Location a short walk from the center of Matera. New and equipped apartment, also equipped for breakfast. Not easy to find free parking but we were lucky and parked right in front of the entrance. Recommended

It was really great to stay at Domenico's place! It was our first family holiday with a 3 yr old kid and due to some health issues we spent more time in the house than anticipated. Luckily, this house was superb and we had a fantastic stay as my son loved the house with all its owls ( so as we! ). Domenico was extremely helpful and ALWAYS responsive. We couldn't be more thankful for their concerns and help with our well-being! Can definitely say that despite this was our first family holiday it will be the most memorable for a long time! The place was super clean and well equipped for all our needs! Loved having breakfast and dinner on the terrace!

We really enjoyed staying in Albas apartment. Stand out for us is it truely is a home away from home. So nice and relaxing to go back to after a day out seeing the sights. Alba is a very friendly helpful lady and has created a warm and inviting space to stay.

Had a great stay. Super friendly, if you had any questions or needed anything there was super quick action. Everything is at walking distance and the town is great too. Large supermarket a few minutes by car. Accommodation was super neat and clean, beautiful resort, clean swimming pool, super neat all. Can't help but give this a big 10. Keep in mind that if you have a stroller, there are a lot of stairs. Have breakfast at Verno, tasty croissants and cappuccino. Lots to do in the neighborhood as well. Within a radius of 30 minutes by car, you can entertain yourself all week with all kinds of nice villages.

Giovanni is a very kind and helpful person despite the various health difficulties we had. Highly recommended host.

If I were to return to Bari, I would definitely want to return to this apartment. Everything we needed was there and even more. Cozy, clean - you can feel at home. Close to the center, but the area is quiet and you can't hear the noise of the city. Communication with Nicoletta was great, she answered every question immediately and she also anticipated our questions. I am very pleased and will recommend it to my friends who are going to that area.

We had a great stay! The Airbnb was spacious, modern, beautifully renovated, and spotless. We really appreciated how easy it was to access the apartment. Alessandro was extremely responsive and always attentive to our needs. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. Parking was easy to access and free, which was a big plus. The bed — and really everything — was super comfortable. The city itself felt a bit quiet in April, but the square had a nice vibe and the people were absolutely lovely. Definitely recommend!

For our first trip to Puglia, we couldn't have dreamed of better accommodation!! We felt very good instantly: Great amenities perfectly arranged and equipped, excellent decor... The list of superlatives would be too long, in a word, for us, a real little gem!! The stay in Giuseppe's "little house" was exceptional. Small but functional and cozy accommodation. Furnished with care and equipped with all the necessities. Very clean and located in the heart of the city. Definitely worth coming back. Highly recommended!!!

The best days were undoubtedly in Italy in the house of Alberto. He is an excellent host along with Renata. Very friendly, always responding quickly and helpful. The 1er Grand Cru of airbnb. In Te Reo Maori has a word to describe care and hospitality, being manaakitanga. Pasquale has this with a strong commitment to his craft of hosting. He spent time orienting us with the area and provided a generous selection of local delicacies. An unobtrusive host with a meticulously appointed property. Beautiful accommodation within a good distance to the central station in Bari and to the old center of Bari. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and was clean. My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in these new apartments and we can say that it was a really excellent experience. The spaces are modern and very well cared for, with a fully equipped kitchen that offers everything you need to cook like at home. We really appreciated the availability of a washer and dryer, which were freely usable. The apartment was extremely clean and well maintained, an aspect that impressed us positively right away. The terrace and front garden are really lovely, decorated with care and taste, a great place to relax. There are several parking options, which was very convenient, and the location is super central. Within walking distance are restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets, making everything easily accessible. A special thank you goes to Marta and Enzo, who were incredibly friendly and helpful. The beach and city center are within walking distance and there is free parking 15 minutes from the apartment. The place is quiet and close to the coast.
