Private Cheerful Guesthouse - Room to Relax!

Our guesthouse is an ADU (accessory dwelling unit)—that is, a private, separate structure on our property with one bedroom (Q-size bed), full bathroom, full kitchen, and living/dining area. The small sofa opens to a double bed and the ottoman opens to a cot-sized bed; however, neither is comfortable for adults ;-/ There’s a small porch for sipping lemonade and plenty of parking. There’s a 50” Roku TV, WiFi, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Tiny House Farm Stay

Cozy, rustic, well-outfitted 2-story tiny home on a 3-acre family farm with a blacksmith shop. The fenced property is surrounded by trees and includes open fields with a vineyard, orchard, outbuildings, and gardens. It is four blocks from the main street in Falls City, and a river and waterfall are within walking distance. The hosts and their two children live 150’ from the tiny house. Guests who book our “Forge a Knife” Experience (Vonhelmick Knife Co) receive a 15% discount on their stay.

Eco-Friendly River House

Enjoy beautiful views and private access to the Yamhill River. The house is located in a neighborhood in Sheridan, a (very) small logging community in the middle of some great places to hike, go wine tasting and enjoy the Pacific Northwest and the beautiful Willamette Valley. The house is only 20 minutes away from downtown McMinnville and 10 minutes away from Amity. McMinnville and Amity both have great places to eat that are included in our guidebook. Cozy 2-bed Spanish Home on the River

The Casita Del Rio has been set up for maximum comfort and enjoyment on your vacation. We have two 4K TVs (one in the living room and one in the front bedroom) and a smaller TV in the back bedroom. There is a small workstation setup for remote work in the living room with both WiFi and ethernet cable access and board games available for your entertainment. A beautiful view over the river and a full kitchen also await you! *Brand New Ductless AC units in both bedrooms & living room!*

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

Beautiful studio in the country, located within 7 miles to the beach, very close to the Salmon River, 5 miles from Lincoln City. Private entrance with full kitchen, utensils, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, private deck with seating, queen bed, electric fireplace, full bath, reclining loveseat. Fresh eggs may be purchased from main house upon request. No dogs or cats allowed, Highly Allergic and livestock on property

Very clean and Entire house available to guests, second house on property. Feed animals, relax in the hot tub or by the fire. Recharge on the porch and enjoy the view of the fields and seasonal pond. Eat fresh eggs collected by host daily. Stroll down the gravel road and appreciate nearby agriculture. Drive to the coast 1 hour away. Take a wine tasting tour. End the day at the fire pit and make s’mores.
