Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Grand Paris

Loved the homely apartment, it was relaxing and full of character. We discovered so many areas at this location. Enjoyed walking to and from apartment as well as several metro options. We loved the proximity of the Cannibale cafe which we loved and the boulangerie.

The host Ayad was always very responsive, promptly answering any questions and providing helpful assistance whenever needed. The apartment is in a very safe and convenient location, situated near the intersection of several metro lines, with easy access to buses, supermarkets, and laundromats. The only thing to note is that the hot water supply is limited, so guests may need to take turns when showering. If you are visiting during the winter, it would be advisable to plan accordingly.

Warm welcome by the host. Loved our first experience in an Airbnb. We felt at home with our two teenagers. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment had everything you needed to live there. Small touches were intended for us when we arrived, which was greatly appreciated. Strongly recommend this listing.

Small correct studio with everything you need, very quiet, great location, great value and exceptional collective pool with 360° view of Paris that we enjoyed even more in the evening. I recommend it.

This is my third year staying at Nicolas' apartment. As a party of five it is very hard to find a place. Yes, it's a bit far out of the city but, that didn't bother us. We had a wonderful time. Everyone had their own bedroom and bed. The two bathrooms were good to have. The stores and restaurants within walking distance were extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to others, especially large families. Until maybe next year. Thank you Nicolas.

Nice local neighborhood just a short Metro ride from the major Paris attractions. Very eclectic decor with nice art. Excellent communication with the host.

I was there 3 weeks for writing my second novel. The table in the room was perfect for doing so. The apartment is in a lively neighbourhood, but in the apartment it is very quiet. The view is typical Paris. The apartment is spacious and there is a lot of light. Both the Velib bicycles and the Metro are very close. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place in Belleville!

Fabulous bohemian apartment within easy walking distance of Gare du Nord. Two metro stations nearby to get wherever you want and lots of restaurants within walking distance too. Road is bustling in the day and evening but up on the sixth floor it is a peaceful haven. My 80 year old Mum managed the stairs well so don’t let that put you off. Very well equipped and comfortable beds. My room had a fantastic view of the Paris rooftops and the Sacre Coeur in the distance which was magical when lit up at night.

Valérian is very responsive. Large house, clean, located on fenced-in lot. Ultra quiet area a few minutes walk from RER C or N.

Rafika is an incredible host, and had everything perfectly prepared for our arrival. She was easy to communicate with, and facilitated an easy checkin. The home was spotless and the rooms were perfectly appointed. Our large group loved having their own private bedrooms, and there were plenty of bathrooms to go around. We were a group of 8 adults, and everyone was completely comfortable. The home is newly remodeled and tastefully done. The walk to the public transit was 5 minutes. We would definitely stay here again and again! If you are considering booking Rafika’s place, just do it! You will be so glad you did!

My kids and I had a lovely stay. Not only because the rental is tastefully decorated but also because it was really very clean, functional and comfortable (both the beds and the sofa). In addition, the village is very cute and has a peaceful atmosphere. We were able to fully enjoy Paris by going to the RER station of La Hacquiniere which is only 5 minutes by car and where it is easy to park. Angélique is very welcoming and friendly.

Hanging Moment. We had a great time at this Airbnb. Beyond the listing. We had a real experience that Yohann and his wife were able to create. And this one started from the first phone calls . The place is beautiful. The hosts were able to respond with brilliance to all my additional requests (decoration, breakfast). The city is also very charming. Yohann hosted us wonderfully. We had very warm and friendly exchanges. I don't exaggerate when I get back. This was our one year anniversary, I sincerely thank them as they participated in this exceptional time. I recommend!!!!

We loved staying at the apartment - full of character and quirkiness. It completely suited our group who loved the boho feel. We all felt we lived your life while we were there. Area was perfect too - loved the Sunday flea market and Rue Daguerre. Can't wait for our next trip to Paris.

Very nice accommodation, very close to the Stade de France. Very good exchanges with hosts. Very clear check-in instructions, no problem. We were very happy with our weekend.

Adele was such a wonderful host! Very responsive and very kindly helped me with an early check in as my flight arrived into Paris early in the morning. The apartment looks like the pictures and it was easy to walk to the canal and down to the Marais from there. Merci Adele!

This stay at Marie's was perfect! The apartment is bright and peaceful with everything you need to be comfortable. The neighborhood is really nice and a few steps from the Palais des Congrès. I highly recommend it!
