very nice apartment in a great location. very good kitchen equipment, comfortable bed, cozy furnishings. The apartment is located in a large complex from the 70s, but takes some getting used to with a nice sauna and small swimming pool.

We had a good time there, as everyone else rightfully said, the Whirlpool was a highlight. The place is really peaceful and private. It is as described here 😊

Felix was a terrific host; the unit exceeded our expectations. Ideal location to get to Old Town and very accessible to shopping, bus station and trains. The unit was well equipped and very clean. We felt quite safe there. We will return!

The apartment fully matched the photos and has everything you need in terms of furnishings. The kitchen is fully furnished, the bathroom with walk-in shower is great and the bed has a great mattress. TV and WiFi up to date. The apartment is absolutely quiet and on the small terrace you can enjoy the tranquility in the evening. Many thanks to Gabi for the hospitality and the nice communication.

Heinz's apartment is a dream! Very nice and high quality amenities and everything you need. The location is excellent, you can walk to the Falkenstein National Park Center in 2 minutes. We booked the place because we wanted to be near Pullmancity. PC was 12 minutes away by car. We found the place right away. Check-in + check-out was flexible with key box and easy instructions. The apartment is super duper clean, everything new and seems to be newly renovated. Bed was soo cozy! We are a Munich family of four , for my 30th birthday I wanted a place with a fantastic view and absolute silence. I had a rental car and drove navigation by car. Unfortunately, I did not turn off the "ferry" option. I have a warning to those arriving with a car navigation system - we would have been taken DIRECTLY into THE LAKE and there was also no lighting in the area from the side at night. No barrier or warning note! So - Be sure to prepare the route well. The space is remote, but it also has its charm. However, the place is beautiful , spacious and clean. The lake is fantastic and idyllic. The sauna is great and warm . The place is extremely modern and the host and his wife are friendly, courteous and communicative. Since we had a small child (1 year old), we could not use the wellness area.

Matthias' house was the perfect place for our vacation to be among us and explore nature. Fantastic house, fantastic surroundings and a super nice landlord who is very flexible and helpful. We definitely want to come again, it was an unforgettable time.

Great value and very well maintained house. The living room is very cozy yet spacious, the kitchen well equipped. Felt right at home. Christoph is really making an effort to make sure his guests have everything they need. We love Bavaria, even without the snow and this place was an excellent starting point for a variety of trips. Highly recommended!

A lovely home in a beautiful location. The house was very clean. We were met by Hanse and he showed us round first. Hanse is very responsive to messages and assured us that if we needed him to just get in touch. The house has everything you need for an overnight stay and I would definitely recommend.

There were nine of us staying at Gabriela's place for a weekend. Great location, the house is well equipped and especially the bathtub appealed to us! For us as a large group enough space and also the communication with Gabriela was very pleasant. Definitely worth a recommendation!

We loved the place. It's spacious and has everything you need. Klara was very communicative and helped us immediately when we had a question. It was a small drive to Arber ski area. Bodenmais is peacefull. We recommend it for sure.

Thanks to Sophie for a great start with airbnb. The place is really great, a huge garden and a total of 4 bedrooms. The highlight is the hot tub. From the accommodation you are everywhere very quickly in the Bavarian forest. A real secret. We'll be back for sure

We really liked the accommodation in the rural, quiet area. There is plenty of space, both in the apartment and in the garden and everything very well maintained. Gerlinde was always friendly and helpful. I would gladly come back.

The stay was very pleasant. Beautiful apartment in a beautiful place. Despite the ongoing renovations next to the apartment, we had peace and QUIET. When we needed anything, Gabriela responded almost immediately and took care of everything. Thank you so much.

Everything was fine. We loved the apartment. Quiet facilities, close to all important attractions. We just would have liked to have known about the smelly before booking. It would have helped us know to buy bottled water for drinking or rinsing food. The water is carefree, but it has an unusual taste. Thank you for a pleasant stay:-)

We had a great time staying at Annette's place, especially in bad weather. Since there was nothing missing. We particularly liked the view of the countryside. The children had decided right after arriving at the apartment that we would have to come back here next year. We can only warmly recommend this apartment.

The stay in Gerlind's lovingly furnished apartment exceeded our expectations. The apartment is large, quietly located and offers everything your heart desires. The beds are large and comfortable. The kitchen is complete and all utensils are available. There is also a parking space on the property. Gerlinde is an extremely friendly and communicative host who exudes sympathy. Her tips for things to do nearby were also helpful. We'll be back.

Great location of the apartment - next to the ski slope, hiking trails, forest. Several restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is clean, tastefully equipped with branded appliances including a sofa bed that can be folded or folded by one movement, plus a perfect mattress that sleeps really well on. The apartment is such a full-fledged accommodation for 4 adults. A big plus is also a private patio with a garden, equipped with a barbecue and a seating area. Host Alena is very welcoming and has tried to accommodate us. We were very pleased with her interest in our satisfaction.
