Waterfront vacation rentals in Grad Kaštela

Nice quiet position with a lovely pool on site, and secure parking. Easy walking distance from bus stops and local supermarket. Pretty view of the sea from our balcony and plenty of local walks along the coast line with some interesting history and local landmarks. Convenient for the airport. We enjoyed and would definitely like to return.

A lovely little one bedroom apartment, just across a quiet road from a beautiful beach with great safe swimming, in a lovely little village minutes fro Trojir, and just a half hour drive to Split. The apartment has parking on the property, is very secure, and best of all has an amazing sunny and very private top terrace (about 15-20 square metres!) with 270 degree views of the sea and the village. great restaurants and supermarkets close by. Everything you need for the apartment, the terrace (tables, chairs, recliners, umbrella etc) and for the beach is there!. Perfect spot! The hostess is a lovely lady who lives on the ground floor - she was the BEST HOST you could ask for. Great value for money. Go there - but keep it a secret ;)

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'appartement : très propre, grand, très bien équipé pour cuisiner, calme. Le séjour a été bien agréable. La mer est proche avec de belles balades et des plages proche. Le parking sous la maison est très pratique, mais il ne faut pas avoir peur de passer par le passage étroit qui y mène. Le père d'Ivana nous a bien guidé pour passer la première fois.

נהנינו מאוד! היינו 10 ימים בבית של Dunja. אנחנו משפחה מרובת ילדים והיה לנו הרבה מרחב. Dunja אישה מקסימה ועזרה לנו מאוד עם כל שאלה ובקשה. נהנינו מאוד מחוף הים, העיירה עצמה וכל הסביבה. אני ממליצה בחום 🧡

Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert. Lage zwischen Trogir und Split mit Auto sehr gut erreichbar. Gleich neben dem Flughafen. Da nicht viel Flugbewegungen (Oktober) stört der Flughafen nicht. Superschöne Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Kleiner Strand in der Nähe für einen kurzen Schwumm am morgen. Zwei gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Absolut empfehlenswert die Wohnung.

l hébergement proposé est bien situé au niveau géographique dans la région de Trogir et permet un accès à de nombreux sites. il est conseillé de louer une voiture pour circuler. Ivan est très réactif et met à disposition un logement propre, bien équipé avec une vue sympathique en lien. avec les hôtes qui logent au rez-de-chaussée. Ils sont très prévenants, pleins de petites attentions (accueil, apero....) et s efforcent de communiquer avec une meilleure maîtrise de l allemand. Ils travaillent visiblement pour Ivan. Il est facile de stationner à l'entrée du bâtiment. Si la proximité de l aéroport peut être un avantage, elle n est pas plus un inconvénient pour les nuisances sonores qu en terrasse à Trogir, et nous sommes loin très loin d un trafic aérien gênant. Les balades à pied sur le bord de mer le long des Kastel sont agréables, jalonnées de plages, bars et restaurants. Les commerces sont proches et divers. un agréable séjour en ce début mai.

I had a great time staying at Jakica’s place. It’s so close to the water which is lovely for walks and swims. It’s quiet and peaceful. You are a 30bus from Split or 15min taxi so you can easily go to the city if you want more to do. It’s all a short bus in the opposite direction to Trogir, Jakica’s place has everything you would need, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine etc etc

我是从Hvar岛回到split需要转机离开克罗地亚才入住这个房源，所以定的时间已经很晚，但房东反应很及时让我及时定到了这个房源，而且因为行程的关系，我到房源已经很晚了，将近晚上10点，房东也一直等到我到了房子后交代清楚才去休息，。房源在海边，景色十分好，而且附近有不少餐厅，住宿实在方便，至于房子非常整洁干净。设施齐全，房间也安静，让我有种回家的感觉，度过了舒服的一晚上，这次也是因为行程关系。暂住了一晚。以后有机会来split一定会再考虑这个房子，并更深入的探索周边！

This house is amazing. I spent great time with my daughters. Just a few steps from beach, but since sea was cold in spring we enjoyed private pool. Kitchen is full equipped, and beds, even sofa extremly comfortable. Local food snack was delightfull.

Wir haben 14 wunderbare Tage in Mias Haus verbracht und können es anderen wärmstens empfehlen. Das Steinhaus ist wunderschön und Innenausstattung und die Deko passen perfekt zum Haus. Die Lage hat uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen. Wunderschöner Strand (angenehmer Kies) mit langer Promenade mit Restaurants, Bars, kleinen Supermärkten, Bäckereien, Apotheken… alles was man eben so braucht. Es werden reichlich Ausflüge geboten. Die fehlende Terrasse haben wir überhaupt nicht vermisst. Rundum haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt 👍🏻😊 Mia ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für alles.

We loved Helena's place. We were 2 families with 4 children under 11, so this house was just perfect! The pool was ideal for keeping out the baking Croatian sun, with lots of sunbeds. There is an outdoor kitchen, as well as a pristine and brand new inside kitchen, fully equipped so eating al fresco was very easy. The rooms housed us all more than adequately, with the double rooms with ensuites facing the sea, and the smaller kid's rooms at the back. The house is located a few minutes walk to a good local restaurant, a cute little beach that didn't get too busy and an excellent beach bar. A big plus was the closeness to the airport so you can genuinely just walk to the house in 10 mins. We didn't hire a car and just took Helena's recommended taxi firm to visit the local town of Trogir. We also did a days boat trip and they picked us up from the beach close to us, so no travelling required. If you're after a quiet and relaxing week, Helena's place is perfect!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole! Marina è una host estremamente gentile, disponibile e sempre attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti: ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. La casa è molto ampia, comoda e perfetta per rilassarsi in compagnia. Il punto forte è sicuramente la piscina, grande, pulita e immersa nel verde, ideale per godersi momenti di tranquillità. Consigliatissima!

Senada was verry helpful, responded to any queries/issues extremely quick. The place was spotless and she was very accommodating. Senada and her husband were the best hosts. They had food waiting for us when we arrived and also drove us to the local supermarket to to get some food. The house was stunning, the surroundings and views were beautiful. The pool was amazing and refreshing to cool down when it was hot. We had such a lovely time, and would highly recommend. We will be back in the future for sure :) thank you both for our lovely stay!

Une très belle expérience AirBnB. Tout était parfait. Qu’il s’agisse de la disponibilité et la réactivité de notre hôte, comme de la qualité du logement proposé. Tout était conforme aux descriptions. L’emplacement est par ailleurs idéal pour visiter Split et constitue un excellent « camp de base » pour visiter les curiosités de cette région de Dalmatie centrale. Antonela was great! I didn’t get to meet her in person just because of schedules but I did meet her son and he was great too. The location couldn’t be better and there is plenty of room in the flat to be more than comfortable. She was very communicative and had the inside scoop on things in split. I definitely would stay again for sure. I really enjoyed the place and her hospitality!

We stayed with Adrienn for 5 days, and had the best time. She organised a transfer for us to and from the airport which worked a dream. We arrived earlier than checkin and were able to get straight into the property. The studio is quiet, clean and most importantly has a great AC! It was a haven after a long day in the sun. We were able to use the villas sun loungers which was very helpful. We very much enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace, which made up for not having a balcony. The beach is less than 2 mins walk, as are a host of very good restaurants (Leonardo, great value for money). The location is great for exploring, we hired a scooter and many other beaches were less than 10mins away (Labadusa, Kava, Duga). We will definitely visit Adrienn again with no hesitation. Thank you! The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

Ante and Linda's place felt like a home away from home. They are both friendly, fantastic and very accomodating hosts, the apartment is very good, short walk from the old town, and in a nice neighbourhood with a lovely sight of the sea. We will be recommending this place to our friends and would 100% it recommend to people reading this review.

This apartment was really a surprise! The apartment was really a lovely place to stay. To say it was spotless is an understatement - it was so clean that it looked like we were the first guests to stay there. The view was fabulous and exactly as the photographs showed. It overlooked the harbor, giving an extra treat of sunrises and sunsets. It even had it's own small balcony. Although I was never able to meet our host Toni, he was very quick to answer all my texts! He even offered to meet us at the apartment late in the evening to assist me in getting settled. Talk about above and beyond! Anybody lucky enough to rent this apartment will not be disappointed! Thank you Toni for making my stay the best of a 3 week trip! You deserve 10 stars in all review categories!!!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

Logement très propre. Bonne literie. Plage à 2 min à pied. Proche de bons restaurants Il manquait juste des rideaux pour m’éviter la lumière du jour et plus d’intimité

Extrem hilfreiche Gastgeberin - antwortet immer sehr schnell. Sehr sauber und alles wie angegeben. Man erreicht die Stadt und den Hafen sehr gut zu Fuß. Die Parkplatzsituation ist angespannt, aber wir haben immer wieder einen gefunden.. es gibt rund um die Unterkunft kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Kochnische ist sehr klein, aber hat alles was man braucht. Wir konnten auch eine Kleinigkeit kochen. Es gibt einen sehr großen Kühlschrank und auch eine Gefriertruhe. Man hört die Bewohner von oben häufig trampeln und auch den Lärm von der Straße, aber das war für uns und vor allem für unsere 1,5 jährige Tochter kein Problem beim Schlafen. Ein dritter Hocker/Stuhl wäre vielleicht noch eine wertvolle Ergänzung. Einrichtung und Dekoration waren sehr geschmackvoll - wir waren sehr begeistert und würden wiederkommen.
