Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Grad Kaštela

We had a lovely stay at Mario's villa. Mario greeted us on arrival with homemade wine and a great list of recommendations for restaurants to visit in the neighbouring town. The house with spotless and had everything you need to feel like a home from home. Mario was very attentive and checked with us during the week to make sure we had everything we need. Overall we really enjoyed a peaceful stay and the private pool is a wonderful added extra! We hope to come back and stay again soon.

I rented both apartments for 8 people for 8 days and was very pleased with the quality of the apartments (spacious and airy, well equipped, clean), outside property (well maintained pool and the deck, upper terrace - gorgeous view of sea, lower - next to the garden, privacy with the green space behind the yard), and the location. It's centrally located in Kastelas, 5 min walk to the promenade and the beach, 15 min to airport, 20-30 mins to Trogir and Split, quick walk to a great bakery, markets and restaurants, main bus route is right there to all the towns. The hosts are very accommodating and prompt to respond (flexible check in, help with beach towels, local suggestions, help with parking ticket :). Highly recommend either of apartments. A point of caution if you rent a larger vehicle (I had mini van Opel Combo) - a bit tricky to get into the turn into the property, but that's typical for that size car on a lot of roads in the area :)

We were nine persons at Ante's place for six nights. The house had everything we needed and the older ones specifically enjoyed the table tennis, badminton and the swimming pool. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The house is very well equipped, modern and clean. We highly recommend Ante's place.

We had a pleasant stay in the villa. The hosts are in a villa next door and other apartments are rented but everything was very quiet and we hardly saw anyone. The pool is excellent and the barbecue deckchair area is really good. The living room and bedrooms have air conditioning. Everything was perfect.

Our family spent eight days here with three boys between 15 and 20, and we all loved this place. Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived, the pool was a big hit, the unexpected pull up bar was used a lot, and the large patio was a blessing during the hot days, especially with the outdoor kitchen with Croatian barbeque. Airconditioning in all bedrooms. Also, having three separate bathrooms with showers and toilets was very welcome. A car is highly recommended due to the location of the house, hidden in the hills north of the airport. It's located about 10 minutes drive from the car rental at Split airport, and on the way to the house you pass a reasonably big supermarket for your groceries. Trogir is a nice small town to visit, and only a 15 minute drive away.

Nice quiet position with a lovely pool on site, and secure parking. Easy walking distance from bus stops and local supermarket. Pretty view of the sea from our balcony and plenty of local walks along the coast line with some interesting history and local landmarks. Convenient for the airport. We enjoyed and would definitely like to return.

I booked the apartment for my aunts. They were very excited about the apartment and felt very comfortable. The view from the balcony is fantastic. You can see the sea and also the runway from the airport, which is very interesting to watch. The area is quiet and beautiful. It is larger than it looks in the photos and really very neat and clean. You have everything you need and even more. In the future, they would choose the apartment again.

House Miriam is a new property so everything in it was nice and new. Great for a family with young children as long as they can swim. Basement bbq, table tennis table, pool table is the upstairs apartment is booked as well. Location is away from Split and this was a blessing as we were caught in heavy traffic going into and driving around Split. Wi fi is weak and advised owner to boost its strength. Owner lives next door, that was convenient for check in. Overall a great place to stay if your places to visit are Split, Trogir and the KRKA National Park. Thank you Damir and Ivan.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gaby's apartment and highly recommend it to other travelers. The apartment itself was modern, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. We appreciated that it was equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay comfortable and easy. The highlight for us was definitely the glorious pool area, a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The location was also ideal, offering easy access to both the vibrant city of Split and the charming town of Trogir. Plus, the short walk down to the beach was a real bonus. Kristina was an exceptional host – so welcoming, helpful, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had a great experience. We will definitely be looking to stay here again on our next visit!

This apartment is beautiful with a great view. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was super welcoming and really went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They greeted us personally and were always available to answer any questions we had. They offered us some traditional local drinks and even left water and croissants in the fridge for us, which was such a nice touch! Communication was easy too since he used Google Translate to help us chat, which made everything smooth despite the language difference. The location is pretty convenient - about a 17-minute drive to Split's city center. Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a welcoming host and a beautiful spot to stay!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Very well located apartment: beaches and shops nearby. Numerous excursions possible nearby. Very nice, clean and well-appointed apartment. Responsive and welcoming host.

The place was clean and well-equipped, with everything we needed in the kitchen, including coffee and matcha tea. The only small thing missing were garbage bags, but it wasn’t a big deal. Ivan was very friendly and gave us great tips on where to go and what to see. Would recommend for a peaceful trip.

Beautiful vacation - everything was perfect ! The place was easy to find. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Private swimming pool and even a BBQ barbecue. The owners were very nice and were able to give us excursion tips and restaurant recommendations.
