Had a wonderful stay! The courtyard was sweet and apartment was walking distance to everything in Old Town. Jasenka is a great communicator and very helpful. Thanks again. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Split.

Lovely stay in a quiet residential area with the bonus of a small courtyard garden. Only a few minutes walk to both the town centre and promenade one way and the park the other way. Just to note there are a lot of steps up and down the hill to and from the house - good exercise! Franz was an attentive, helpful and friendly host.

Everything we needed for our stay in Split and a great location. Host very responsive.

Lovely villa and facilities in a peaceful location a short distance from Split. No car is necessary as uber and buses on your doorstep. The vIlla is very well equipped but might not be great if you have mobility issues as over 30 steps down to the beautiful pool and outside eating area. Would have loved to visit the local Mill restaurant but was fully booked as only open over the weekends until July so book ahead if visiting Zrnovnica outwith peak season. Zrnovica like the villa is wonderful. Our top travel tips are go to Omis, Split and Hvar. Dalmatin in Hvar was our favourite restaurant. Antea is a very welcoming host so thanks for making our trip memorable. Alreafy looking forward to a return trip .

Sandras place is in the heart of split city with Diocletian palace and amenities a stone throw away.. The house is very good and full of amenities. She is very kind and answered my questions instantaneously. she was always there for any queries. One of her welcome drinks was a cherry wine and when I appreciated the taste, she was gracious enough to gift a homemade wine bottle. Finally it is the best place to stay in split with good location and good people

It was really amazing! We had a great time there. The appartment is really nice and the pool is a treat. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beach. I can really recommend it!

The apartment was neat and tidy. Everything was just like the pictures. The host is welcoming and always there when something needs. The location is in a quiet place, 3-4 minutes walk from the beach "First Water" and from the restaurant "Lučica". For every recommendation 10/10.

Josko and his wife were very friendly. Very comfortable furnishings and bed. The location was fantastic. Centrally located in Split old town Diocletian’s Palace. We’ll definitely come again.

Amazing apartmant in the old part of Split

Ana and Sara super sweet ladies. We were warmly welcomed, got a lot of explanations about the sights in the area. Sara gave us good tips and gave a good address to eat! Very nice apartment! We'd love to come back if we're split again!

Great place to stay for two couples! The host was flexible and accommodated our needs. I would highly recommend staying at Bruna’s listing, it was lovely, beautiful, and the location couldn’t have been better!!

They gave me a weird hour! The hosts were very welcoming and friendly to us and especially the baby. The place has everything you need, also we had refreshments and treats waiting for us, which was very nice after a long drive. Comfortable bedrooms, great terrace overlooking the sea. The sea is close enough, there is also a small shop and restaurant nearby where we had dinner several times. There is a small beach with a convenient entry into the water where it was good to be with a child, and lots of rocky beaches.

We enjoyed staying in Zeljko' s place. Room is perfect for two people who spend most of the day on beach or outside. It is tidy, comfortable, cozy and on a perfect location. Outside of Split but near the sea (2 min by walking). Everything we needed was just in front, supermarkets, restaurants etc.

⸻ The apartment offered by the host Mirko is very clean and well-maintained. You’ll find everything you need there. There is also a beautiful, clean swimming pool and a spacious terrace with a breathtaking view of the bay and the old town. Mirko also organizes boat trips to the nearby islands – we took part in one and were absolutely delighted! Everything went smoothly, and Mirko made sure we saw the most beautiful spots around Trogir. I highly recommend this place – it’s a perfect spot for a holiday in Croatia!

Anita's home was better than we expected. The pictures do not do it justice. In the main accomodation there were six adults. It never felt cramped. We had two adults in the adjoining space and they were very comfortable. Both places were spotless. The pool area was great and perfect for having a beer after a day in the hot Croatian sun. The sun room was amazing. Anita greeted us. It was a good thing as it would have been a little difficult to find. If you are flying in to Split, and Anita offers you to get picked up, do it. The price is reasonable and you are so much better off if the driver knows the area. We went to an island tour, went to Split and to Krka National park and visted Old Town. Every meet up place was walking distance from the home. Old town was a 10 minute walk. This place is a gem - book it.

Great apartment nearby the Baska Voda Marina!

Amazing. Strongly recommend. Had everything available and accessible. Left beer in the fridge for us, and snacks. We had a rainy day, and there were umbrellas and rain ponchos available, felt like the host was prepared for every possible situation. Place was beautiful, clean and conveniently located. Value for money was fantastic. Couldn’t recommend more!

Fantastic location for the beach and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable

Everything is perfect. Karla's place is very cozy and clean. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom and shower are perfect. There were 2 of us with a child, we were also given a crib that we kept in the very large bedroom. Karla and her family are very kind and helpful people. Communication was excellent. The apartment is less than a 10-minute walk from the sea and a short walk from the historic center of Vodice, full of restaurants and bars. In the garden there is a barbecue and you can spread towels and laundry. There is also a washing machine with laundry products available to guests for free. Parking for the car under the house,with a gate. Everything was perfect. We will definitely return to Karla's place if we go back to Vodice. Great location, close to everything, but in a quiet area. The only thing I would add is the mosquito nets, so you can sleep without the A/C. Everything is perfect!

Three friends and I went for one night after sailing for a week. I remembered the neighborhood from a few years ago, and I still think it's the best area. We loved the terrace and the tranquility of the house.

Had a great stay with 5 people. Upon arrival-friendly welcome and the owner had all kinds of homemade delicacies ready. The accommodation was clean, spacious, cold on arrival and everything you need was there. With 10 minutes by taxi you were in the center of split and within the same time you were on the beach. You also have a supermarket and bakery in front of the door. In short a top accommodation for some nice days split.

The accommodation is simply fantastic. Arrived and felt like at home! The great beach is right across the road - less than 50 meters and you can switch between sand or pebble beach. The sea is fabulously beautiful and the water crystal clear! The apartment is really well equipped. Especially great is the wonderful outdoor area with the outdoor kitchen and the fireplace grill. A large fridge with freezer is also provided. I especially want to highlight the cleanliness in the apartment - I have never found such a clean accommodation!!!! Iris was so nice and left us refreshments and something sweet for us to arrive comfortably - sooo nice! All in all - a really fantastic holiday in a very highly recommended home!
