Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Grace Bay

Debbie and Dan were exceptional hosts! They clearly care about their villa and maintain it very well. The villa was stocked with a full usable kitchen with all the tools one would need to cook in. The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean and can’t beat the location just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the quick walk to Taylor Bay and the villa was equipped with lots of extras like pool/beach toys, towels, etc, and even had a washer and dryer! Debbie and Dan are a wealth of knowledge and had lots of useful recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay at Casa De Isle, we will return!

My husband and have been Airbnb'ing in the Carribean countries for 5+ years in different places and this is spot is the best/our favorite among all those we have visited. The pool and surrounding gardens at Chelle's place are lovely and private. The location is in a great part of the island, close to everything but not too busy or noisy. The ACs in the two rooms made the Villa very comfortable quickly and is well set up for your needs. I know sounds odd for vacation, but we really enjoyed the kitchen and grill to cook when we opted to not restaurant and just hang by the pool for the evening. The beach is short walk from the property. Chelle, the host, is very responsive and has great recommendations for restaurants and activities in TCI. We will definitely be back and hope you all enjoy, but don't tell everyone about TCIs best AirBNB!

The condo was exactly as advertised! King bed was so comfortable, big shower with great water pressure. The pool and patio were lovely. The Host was proactive and responsive and had great local recommendations. This is part of a duplex - so you will have neighbors sharing the pool and patio. There are beach towels in the unit and two chairs and two snorkels to share with the other unit. Great stay 10/10 would recommend 🤣

We had a wonderful time at the house, it was quiet when we were there, stores and food all walkable distance. There is a wagon with beach toys and chairs also which was a wonderful addition. We had a great experience here. It was clean, cozy and very easy to get to town. GPS took me down the wrong road but host was great at keeping in touch and we figured it out easily it was just one road off not a big deal. I highly recommend this location. The beach at the ritz was our personal favorite

From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome with her warm hospitality and thoughtful touches throughout the home. Katherine went above and beyond as a host—quick to respond, super accommodating, and genuinely kind. She clearly puts a lot of care into making sure her guests have a great experience, and it really shows. I can’t recommend her place enough. It’s hard to put into words what an amazing trip we had and how much this wonderful place contributed to that. It was quiet, private, and even had a private beach within walking distance. Everything you needed for cooking was in the kitchen, and the rooms are nicely separated for privacy. Our favorite part was Soldier, our island dog, who loved to walk us to the beach every day and was waiting for us when we woke up. The location of this place was great and that it is close to grocery shopping, the airport and some cute restaurants. We will definitely plan to visit again. Great place with great hosts!

Wow . What an INCREDIBLE experience. Not only was she always one call away , but she met us at the property and made us feel right at home . She had balloons and cupcakes waiting for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was so special. There was plenty of space for our group , the private pool and basketball court featured at the house made a great night in . SPOTLESS home with soaps lotions gels and more included in the bathroom. We always had fresh towels and she even helped coordinate our taxi from the airport . She helped us get to the local market for snacks and I cannot say enough about the level of hospitality provided . Our entire group can speak on the fact the house looks BETTER than the photos. It doesn’t even do it justice . There are balconies attached to the rooms and air conditioner units in the bedrooms. I will always stay with Lisa when I visit Turks . . Do not keep scrolling , book this house . Aziza and Shisha are 10 minutes away. The location was everything.

We had an amazing stay. The villa is so beautiful and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed (BBQ, kitchen, beach chairs etc). It was very close to the kitesurfing beach as well as many nice restaurants. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Staying at Karen’s place was like visiting an old friend’s home. She is genuinely friendly, accommodating and always made sure we had everything we need. I highly recommend staying at her beautiful house in Turks And Caicos.

Great place to stay! Comfortable apartment with a nice pool, walkable to the beach, short drive to Grace Bay and restaurants. Good option for saving some money as compared to pricey resorts. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful pool view studio near Turtle Cove, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, everything went smoothly-check-in was incredibly easy, and I didn't encounter a single issue. The studio itself was pristine, well-appointed, and perfectly designed to make the most of the stunning pool view. Waking up to the serene sight of the water each morning was a treat in itself, The location was also ideal, offering close proximity to the natural beauty of Turtle Cove while maintaining a sense of peaceful seclusion. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I can't wait to return!

Wilbert and Christine were wonderful hosts who took very good care of us! They drove us to the supermarket and to the rental car place and always made sure we had what we needed. The best hosts I've ever had on airbnb!

Cute little place. Private. Nice little pool. Great communication. We were staying downstairs in the blue house - Filip’s suite I believe it’s called. The people upstairs were loud during midnight ish. Other than that no complaints. Clean place. Felt right at home. Good size kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. Would stay again. Recommend getting a better car vacuum but it was nice that they had one- thank you.

Great stay! The location was very central, quiet, and safe. Danielle provided us with many great recommendations and was extremely responsive throughout our entire stay. You definitely need a car to fully enjoy the island so it was amazing have one included with the stay, as well as the beach chairs and umbrella. We felt safe the entire time and the location is very quiet and peaceful. We would stay again!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Beautiful Sunset. We had so much fun with the private pool and scenery from the pool and patio area. I would definitely book again!

This was a beautiful place and stay. The hosts were very warm and friendly. They actually live downstairs and were flexible with our check in and even brought some drinking water for us which was nice. They do live close to the airport and you can hear the planes during the day. It’s a very quiet and cosy place to stay. You do need to bring your own toiletries. Beautiful country!

Great location and only a 10-15 min drive to most places on the island. Great place to stay if you’re looking to unwind and truly relax - no partying or loud music at all which is appreciated. Ditch the resorts, save your money (because TCI is very expensive) and keep your peace of mind by staying here. This place has everything you need and the owner is responsive and helpful.

Ulma’s place was great. Just a few minutes drive from the airport and walkable to many great restaurants in the area. Very close to Smith Reef which is where we went snorkeling 3 days of our trip. The kitchen was well-stocked and ready for preparing meals at home. The entire house was super clean. We really enjoyed the screened in porch for coffee in the morning and drinks at night. It was a very quiet neighborhood which we appreciated. The central AC worked very well. Great showers with plenty of hot water. Having a washer and dryer was also super convenient. Ulma provided nice, heavy beach towels, beach chairs and lots of other beach items which was so thoughtful. She was very easy to communicate with and provided thoughtful recommendations for our stay. We even had an incident with our flight being grounded for 2 days at the end of our trip. She was kind enough to offer us the place for an extra night if we needed it. Amazing!! I would highly recommend Ulma’s place!

We loved our stay in Wheeland Settlement. This is a remote out of the way location without all the restaurants, shopping and people of Grace Bay area. It is a drive out on gravel roads so getting back into town can take 30+ minutes depending on traffic. The beach, pool and condo were perfect for us and we loved our quiet relaxing vacation. The on site bar and restaurant were also wonderful to have. The condo uses a typical round coffee filters and there were enough for us for our stay. There were also basic seasonings but just a few. We did enjoy the tumbler cups and plenty of cookware. There were also a handful of dishwasher pods and a few washes worth of detergent. It was very easy to get started there! Also there are beach towels and 5 beach chairs if you want along with a small cooler on wheels. Thank you for those!

This is a perfect rental on TCI. Do not hesitate to book it. The location is ideal and just a 10 minute drive from the airport. I recommend a car if you want to explore, but you can easily access great beaches and restaurants just by foot. The hosts provided many excellent recommendations and made my last minute trip so easy. The space itself is incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and so well-appointed. They had plenty of kitchen supplies, linens, toiletries, and everything you need for the beach. I can’t wait to return!

My boyfriend and I along with his sister and boyfriend visited TCI and stayed at Nancy’s place. Nancy’s hospitality is above and beyond and we really appreciated everything. She is what makes the experience even more enjoyable. The unit is very clean, beds are comfy, and it’s spacious. We appreciated the snorkel gear, the beer and champagne! The unit is located right near the pool. The area is extremely quiet and peaceful. In waking distance there was Sharkbite restaurant, Baci, and Mango Reef. We snorkeled at Smiths Reef and enjoyed the short walk to the other end for Grace Bay Beach from the unit. I would recommend renting a car as taxi service is pricey but we got from point A to point B by using the same driver. Best food we had was by far grilling out on the back patio of the unit! We made some great memories for our birthday trip and spending time with his family as well as visiting his other sister that lives on the island at your place Nancy! Thank you! Henry & Crystal

Our family enjoyed staying at Stephanie’s listing. This was by far one of the best stocked Airbnb’s that we’ve stayed at. Pros- walkable to the beach, well maintained amenities, plenty of pool/beach toys, stocked kitchen, plenty of towels/beach towels, etc., very well thought out list of recommendations (there are several copies at the condo). Recommendations- we rented a car for the whole duration and it was great as we wanted to explore more outside of the immediate area, restaurants are pretty pricey in comparison to in the states so we went grocery shopping for some days and breakfast. I’d recommend bringing refillable water bottles to take with you everywhere as bottled water at places/restaurants will typically cost you $8+ per bottle.

We stayed at Matt & Erin’s for our 10th wedding anniversary and it was amazing! Definitely off the beaten path and remote and peaceful. Their recommendations for excursions, restaurants, and things to do around the island were superb! We loved being able to walk out of the condo straight to the beach and enjoy morning coffee during sunrise! There is some seaweed along the beach but they thoroughly explain that it is for the overall health of the marine/sea life. There are areas not far down the beach that had little to no seaweed. We absolutely loved our time here and will hopefully be back soon!!

Mark’s place was the perfect fit for us! It’s quiet and peaceful, you can see a bit of the ocean from within the studio through the patio. Mark provided great recommendations and was super proactive with all of my questions. It was also great that we got to use the snorkel fins and beach chairs they provided.
