Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Goulburn River

A lot of places say theirs ‘Feels Like Home’ but this one actually does! Kitchen was fully equipped and was great to be able to just do a little grocery shopping and be able to cook whatever you wanted. Extra Blankets for the cold nights. Fire pit with some kindling and wood outside. And best of all, we could bring our 4 legged family member!! Honestly could not be happier, already planning our next stay!

A beautiful home with large rooms & period features that has undergone a lovely renovation. Jo has dressed the home so well. The third bedroom is actually off the second bedroom which wasn’t a problem for us but might be if you required more privacy. Would be fine if you had young children. Toilet is located in the enclosed veranda next to the laundry. Walkable to main street shops. Very comfortable.

My husband and I had a lovely 3 night stay at Kate’s house. The house was cozy and made us feel like we were away on a European holiday. The property is stunning and we would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Mills on The Murray is very good, everything that you need to stay a few days or a week. Easy to find and Andrea is a great host, Love to stay again in the future. Pat

A very well laid out place for families (or groups) with large space to entertain and enjoy and private areas to sleep. very convenient to everything yarra valley has to offer. Nice, clean, comfortable. A beautiful deck to sit and relax with a coffee in the morning and look out over the winery, or a wine at night to look at the stars. The host (Fran) had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable as well!!

Fantastic 3 week for 4 people stay at this outstanding penthouse in Brunswick! The apartment is just minutes walk to the lively shops and cafes etc of Sydney Rd and in particular the local bakeries for breakfast supplies each morning . The location is very close to either the train or trams - literally 2 mins walk to either. The hosts are very responsive and everything was well managed. On arrival there was generous supplies of coffee pods and tea 's provided and a warm invitation to use any of kitchen supplies we needed during our stay. A personal favorite is that a soda stream was also provided (a small thing but always a delight !). The apartment is bright and airy (and just like the photographs) with a very large terrace space with loads of seating and comfy couches. The bedrooms had 'whisper quiet' air con units that made for great sleeps on those extra warm nights. The broadband speed is very fast. We would love to stay at this outstanding Penthouse apartment again.

A fantastic place to stay - roomy, private, cosy, aesthetically pleasing, full kitchen supplies if you want to cook yourself. Right on the doorstep to restaurants, pubs, bars. Thank you so much!

Great area, close to local shops and public transport into melbourne city. Apartment is well equipt with everything we needed and Patrick is an excellent host :)

Impromptu stay and only booked the day before but Annie was accomodating. we arrived late in the evening and Annie turned lights and heating on for us. Absolutely appreciative of her hospitality. Highly recommend x

David’s place was incredibly lovely, extremely well located and David was fantastic in making us feel welcomed to the house. Only a few minutes from the river, if you are taking a paddle steamer cruise or if you are looking for a nice restaurant or cafe nearby. Will definitely come back.

My wife and I had great 5 day stay. Amanda was a great host and clear with her instructions. The unit is in a fantastic position, ultra quiet and close to all you need to do in Melbourne without the hustle and bustle of staying in the CBD. This is our second time staying at Monica's place. The apartment is clean and tidy, check in is easy, communication with Monica is always smooth. The apartment is very close to tram station, so it's easy to go anywhere. Definitely recommend it if you're paying a visit to Melbourne.

The place was in a great location and amazing views from the balcony! Some fab local restaurants and coffee places. Everything was smooth with check in and out. A few issues with items in the apartment but have given feedback to the owners and sure they will sort out.

Great Location with easy access to the city and plenty of restaurants within walking distance, Fantastic views of the city and Western Suburbs.

The unit is close to Fitzroy’s coffee shops, bars and such but its location is peaceful and surrounded by wonderful trees and greenery. It’s cosy and as described in the listing. As well as the local area it was a great base for exploring Melbourne as a whole. Rebecca always replied quickly and she acted appropriately when we discovered a maintenance issue. Two recommendations right on the doorstep: Slowpoke coffee (including the best banana bread); and the tour of the Royal Exhibition Building from the Melbourne Museum.
