Nadia was super available! Great location also for visiting Bologna and Modena. Very clean and tidy house!

My stay at the Colibri apartment, for the location , for the availability of services: supermarkets, restaurants, public buses to get around Bologna, met my expectations, my needs to follow , in the delicate aspects, my wife hospitalized in the VILLA TOWERS hospital for an important knee intervention.

The accommodation was good, the bed was comfortable, in a great location, close to the bus station, but the city center can also be walked in. The kitchen is not very well equipped. And every sound can be heard from the staircase attached to the apartment. The apartment doesn't face the street, so it's basically quiet, but the noise from the staircase is clearly audible.

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. Beautiful and comfortable house, tidy and clean, immersed in a beautiful park, all in the name of tranquility. Friendly and helpful owners. Car is essential to get around Bologna. The area is well served by public transport but the stops are not convenient to walk to. However, in combination by car+train, in 30 minutes you are in the center.

Francesco is a very nice host, we felt comfortable and would use the accommodation again and again.

This place is perfect for a group who wants to enjoy group meals, a game of pool, a BBQ in the yard or a walk in the trees. It’s close to town, but tucked away on the hilltop! The best of both worlds enjoy!

We will definitely return to Julia’s apartment. The location is perfect in the middle of Bologna 2 min walk from all major sites and surrounded by some of the best food on the planet!!! The apartment is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. It’s a perfect space for our family of 4.
