Vacation rentals with a patio in Golem

My family and I visited Albanea for the first time. Having a good place to stay was essential. Clean, organized place with space for my baby to walk around and a wonderful view of the sunset. I highly recommend it. Looking forward to returning next holiday 😍

A pleasant and quiet stay, apartment located a stone's throw from the beach and shops and clubs suitable for young people and families, as soon as you enter you immediately feel a fresh and clean scent, the room was super equipped with all services, fresh clean sheets and towels, the bathroom is very comfortable with shower and washing machine, I am really satisfied, I recommend it, I thank Urim and his wife for their availability and kindness.

I had a lovely stay here in Durrës. The location of being right on the beach was perfect for me. The downside was the construction noise in the building, but it seems to be quite common in the off-season as the city is growing and continuously improving. Any issues I had in the apartment were dealt with in a timely manner. Overall, I had great stay in Durrës!

The location is absolutely ideal, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants and the beach. WIFI is good The apartment itself is spacious, well-lit, and equipeed for long-term. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to move here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful apartment in a fantastic location! Host was very friendly!

Very nice apartment, just like the pictures. 🤩 It was a short walk from the center (2 min) where grocery stores and restaurants are. The apartment was really nice and what was needed was in place! Xhulia & Marcelo were very nice, they gave tips on restaurants, cafes, etc. around Durres! So kind. Xhulia was very helpful with everything & Marcelo offered to drive us to the airport. Highly recommend these as hosts and their nice apartment if you are going on vacation in Durres! ☺️

violeta is a very friendly host and at the service of her guests, the apartment is clean and ideally located for families, away from crowded places and quiet, the sea is 150m away, you can leave the accommodation in swimsuit and market 3min to get into the water. we had a great time at Violeta's place.

My husband and I spent two wonderful days here. The accommodation is in a very convenient location — close to the bus station and not far from the beach, yet in a quiet and peaceful area that’s perfect for relaxing. It’s worth noting that to get to the beach, you need to cross a railway line. There is a pedestrian bridge available, although it doesn’t appear on the map, which might make it seem further than it really is — in reality, it’s very close and easy to reach. There are also plenty of fish shops and restaurants nearby, which adds to the convenience and charm of the area. The house itself fully matched the description: clean, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for cooking and a comfortable stay. We were very happy with our time here. Many thanks to the hosts for their hospitality — we truly appreciate it and wish them all the best!

Elio was a good host, responded quickly and came up with clear info. Problems with the wifi were solved very quickly by him. The house is complete and in a nice,quiet place. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The house has no pool but 10 minutes' walk away we could swim for free at the hotel royal g max

One of the best Airbnb’s we have ever been. Place was even more beautiful then on the pictures. Pool was amazing and beach just 100 meters walk was great. Elio was very friendly and communication was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

The accommodation is very nice, the only thing I would complain about is that we did not have a single roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, fortunately it was not acute and we went to buy our own. 😌 The place and surroundings are very quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Silvana and especially her mother were very kind and decent hosts who, whenever we needed some help, were supporting us. We are looking forward to come back one day!

It was a smooth,super friendly and easy going operation with this host. The apartment itself is really neat, convenient and comfortable. The pictures you see is the real view you'll get. Great place to stay in Durres. About a 15-20 min walk from city center, but closer to all the good restaurants. I highly recommend staying here and visiting Gate03 for dinner. It’s totally worth it. Great views and can tan on the balcony after around 15:30 (3:30 pm). Will hopefully be staying here again!

Minus: Only real small grocery stores in the area. No bus stop near the area. Plus: Many high quality restaurants with reasonable prices in the area. Local Taxi works perfect. Donard is super friendly and takes care of everything. 2 minutes walk from the appartment to the super clean beach. Personal sunlounge and parasol at the beach for the appartment guests. Thank you soo much for the nice holiday!!

Arsen is a great host. Top notch apartment with all you need. The balcony is perfect for spending all day. Sunchairs and furniture makes it a great place to be in the sun as well as eating and relaxing. Water dispenser, a lot of blankets, towels etc. It’s highly recommended if you need a stress free vacation. Can not thank Arsen enough for a great stay.

Arber spent much of the week attempting to solve mobile phone IT problems, transport and booked taxis for us. Apart from a small check out mis communication he couldn't have done more to make our holiday trouble free. A very nice helpful host.

We were very pleased! From landing in Tirana to departure! The hosts are very reliable, courteous and kind! The place is very clean and absolutely as described! It has everything you need in the immediate vicinity! All in all we had a very pleasant and relaxing holiday in this apartment! We were very pleased and can only recommend these hosts!
