Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Gold Beach

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The beach was really close and beautiful, and uncrowded . The house has been well maintained and has had loads of extra spaces added. We used their grill which worked great, enjoyed their fireplace and the kids loved the game room. Super convenient to use the garage door for loading and unloading. Lots of parking places and really reasonable pricing! Thanks for the great memories!

Nice quiet location, great house with lots of room. Individual heat controls in each room were handy. Lots of good recommendations for places to go, and restaurants to visit. Great value!

Hands down one of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed at. Don’t be fooled by the modest exterior, the interior is spotlessly clean, clutter free and comfortable. Right away we let out a sigh of relief! Beautiful view ( despite the construction), cozy beds, and access to the beach (though the trail is a bit rickety). Great visit for ourselves, a couple toddlers, and a dog. If we’re ever down this way again, we’d love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! Home is exactly as advertised, exceptionally well stocked, clean and roomy. Great location for peaceful visit to northern Cali beaches, touring redwoods, etc. Sandy had super recommendations for kids and adults alike, and was very responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in the area!

The place is great. Beds are comfortable, and the linens smell nice. The showers have good water pressure. The hottub is set up perfectly for star gazing and the upstairs balcony is a fantastic view for watching the sunset. Truly beautiful.

We were looking for something that was relaxing and peaceful. it didn't disappoint us. Jim and Tenea were very friendly and responsive if we needed anything. The Wi-Fi was the only thing that could have been better. The signal wasn't real strong so it would come in and out. It was the best in the master bedroom.

This is a terrific accommodation. The decor and design is comfortable and stylish. The kitchen has pretty much every item one might need, including a knife sharpener! (no thrift store silver or pots and pans) It was easy to adjust the blinds for views or privacy. The hot tub was charming and private. The bed, couch, table and chairs were comfy. Beautiful beaches and mountains nearby. One could live in this place. Top notch! We hope to stay again.

First attempt with MAPS didn’t even find the street. Switched to GOOGLE MAPS and that got us to the street. Followed Bobbie’s directions from there and made it. That was the only downside to this while 5 day experience. Everything else was incredible. We felt like we were invited to stay in her home. The views of the harbor and marina and the ocean beyond were serene. Comfortable wide open living space, plenty of kitchen pots, pans, bowls, utensils and machines. Wrap-around porch was special. Beds comfortable, we all slept well. To top it off weather was the best. I could go on and on for there were many positive experiences in just the 4 days and nights we were there. Last night had fire in the Solo burner which capped off the whole experience.

Kathleen was a great host! The space was just what we needed after a long day of adventures. She was responsive to questions. The suite was clean, organized and very adequate for our needs. Thanks again.

What a lovely location. We rented the lower unit, the entire house can be rented and what an amazing vacation that would be. Our apartment had everything we needed, we were hunkering down during a wild wind storm and had great views and a cozy space to ride out the storm.

Sea Escape is an amazing experience at an incredible price! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the beds are high quality, the shower is clean and very efficient, and the owners are friendly and helpful. The best part of all is the easy and quick access to a wonderful beach that is pristine and where you feel like you have the whole beach to yourself. I am very pleased with my experience and I plan to return! Brent

Clean and well maintained.

We absolutely love the Sea Escape. we have returned many times, and have never been disappointed. This time we rented all 6 rooms to host family members to stay at for a destination wedding in the Redwoods. We had group meals at the picnic tables, with food cooked on the grills and in the rooms. We had all the cooking equipment, plates and silverware necessary for these meals. Susan was gracious, and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back, as will our family members. This little gem is not fancy, but it is always clean, quiet, and welcoming. you can't beat the view, the beach access, and the proximity to the big trees.

Enjoyed our stay in Brookings. The beaches and coastline are amazing! Quiet neighborhood and close to town, beaches and redwoods. Would definitely stay again.

We were looking for a location near the beach, within walking distance and this spot was perfect. Our side window looked directly over the ocean. Heaven! I loved all the little things Susan did to make us feel at home. At check in we had bananas, granola bars, microwave popcorn and coffee available. Inside our unit she had pancake mix, syrup, coffee and tea available. We felt like we stepped back in time with what appeared to be a former motel turned into individual rental units fully equipped with a kitchenette and back porch. Susan’s detail to lovely decor similar to my mom’s 70’s home was endearing. If you’re not looking for glammer and glitz but a comfortable, affordable beach front stay, this is a perfect spot.

Very homey and peaceful. Everything we needed was already there for us, super convenient. They were even kind enough to set out dog beds, bowls, and treats for our fur babies. Very welcoming and responds quickly to any questions you may have. I definitely recommend this beautiful place!

We enjoy staying at Teri’s! It is perfect for visiting my 90 year old mother. We feel very safe and at home there. We had our family with us this time and they loved it as well.

Great location, private, beautiful land, walk to the beach!

We loved our stay and our kids are begging to “go back to the cabin”! Beautiful property with very friendly hosts! Definitely print or download directions ahead of time as there is no signal for a while getting there (which we loved)!

This is hands down the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Here is what stood out for me: • Kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom has everything you need. (Washer and dryer, ice machine, reverse osmosis water filter system, and great cooking equipment) • Only 20-30 minutes from the main/popular Redwood trails • The backyard is perfect for dogs. She even had a bed/bowls for the dogs and a little treat bag just for them which I appreciated. • Every room was decorated thoughtfully. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway and wanting to visit the Redwoods, this is the place for you.

This place is a gem of a find. For a group of 7 and 2 small pets this place is a godsend. I suppose this place will be busy late Spring and all Summer but I’m glad I got the chance to stay here. Our itinerary involves staying a full day to visit the Redwood State Parks and I know there’s only select places to visit given such very limited stay, but it was forecasted to be rainy the exact day! It was a storm and a whole lotta wind and rain. Our group was headed to Oregon coast the following day (also rainy😅) so we decided to just explore the place in the morning and stay in. It was the best decision we made! The place, the community, the vibe had so much to offer. Writing this review I know I may have a slim chance booking this place again in the summer but I sure would love to be back and book the same exact cabin again! Thank you Carina!🙏🏻

Safe place to leave a truck piled high with expensive tools. Convenient location without having to drive to Timbuktu. Proactively helpful boss lady that found a place for us nearby when ABB mis-promised availability. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to offset whatever chronically grumpy karen is responsible for this place having 4.9 stars.
