Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

Tiny House in the Groningen meadows

Enjoy a wonderfully relaxing stay in the Tiny House among the animals in the Groningen meadows. The cottage is in the middle of the nature reserve ‘Ae's Woudbloem’ and you can find many beautiful bike/hiking tours. In addition, from the cottage you have a beautiful view of Gronings and you can enjoy your holiday/weekend away with peace and quiet. B and (B) Op Steendam, the Front House

A stylishly furnished B&B, you stay in the restored front house from 1912. During the renovation, the history and the authentic colors of the early 20th century were taken into account. The B&B has its own toilet and bathroom. There is a small pantry with a fridge, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso machine. There's plenty of closet space for your clothes. The bedroom has a bed with 2 pcs. 80×200 cm mattresses and there is a sofa bed for 2 pers. in the sitting room.

Old bakery Rysum - near the North Sea! Building monument!

Monument-protected bakery in the town center of Rysum: Live in exceptional ambiance. Spacious living-dining kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom with corner tub, one shower room. Light-flooded living room with TV in the gable. Wifi but wobbly! Two small terraces. Bicycle shed. The path to the small "secret" beach by car: From Rysum to Emden, turn right towards KNOCK, turn to the end of the road (STRANDLUST), park your car and walk north on the water...

Cozy room with bathroom.

This nice room is built in a barn has its own shower and toilet. Ten minutes drive to the Wadden Sea. So no beach but dikes with sheep on it. However, a few sprayed fake beaches and the ferry service to Borkum for the real work. Waking up to cackling chickens under your window. Wood-burning stove warmth, with support of electric stove. The price does not include breakfast. Preferably no employees, unless..... Dogs welcome for a small fee.

Modern cabin

A cabin from 2021 with all facilities you need. Easily accessible by car and located between Groningen and Delfzijl. The cabin is situated in the Hoogeland region which is known for its calming views and beautiful Groningen sunsets. It is not uncommon to see a herd of deer grazing during breakfast! This is the perfect accommodation for a walk- or biking tour in the area, or to see the rest of the northern Netherlands or Germany by car.

The "Arda" apartment in the far north of The Netherlands, surrounded by the North Sea and the Groningen plains, offers a wonderful base for exploring the mystical landscape. Treat yourself to a nice walk in the morning up to the dike, which offers protection against the relentless North Sea. New owner of this beautiful location. Always wanted to spend the night in a church, or better yet, a real church organ? Then come to the Groninger Hoogeland. In our beautiful church "De Kleine Antonius", you actually sleep on the old church organ, where a beautiful double bed has been made.
