The Annex at The Oaks

The Annex is a separate building on two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a kingsize bed and a sofa bed available. We do provide extra laundry for the sofa bed at a cost of £15. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed making up. To access the bedroom are external stairs. Downstairs is a great open plan living space. There is private parking. Ross town is a mile away. PLEASE NOTE: the Annexe is next to a busy main road and traffic can be heard from the Annexe.

A beautiful grade II listed Cotswold house in Tetbury, close to beautiful walks, pubs and all the Cotswolds has to offer. The house has been renovated to a high standard, combining modern design with period features. Sleeping up to 4, it is an ideal bolt hole for friends, couples or families with children. This airbnb is located on our working family farm on the outskirts of Gloucestershire - we are situated only 10 minutes away from the Malvern Hills, close to Worcester and Cheltenham. The Airbnb has just been renovated and there is a hot tub with a built in 100inch cinema screen powered by a projector. The hot tub is placed on raised decking overlooking our stunning garden and country fields. There is also a private enclosed garden perfect for dogs, also a gazebo including a heated lamp.

Seasonal breakfast ingredients provided, but we are afraid you'll have to cook them yourself! Tea and coffee making facilities also provided.
