We really enjoyed the days in Piombino. The apartment directly in the town is in a great location, you feel like a part of life here and is also in no time by the sea overlooking Elba. The rooms are modern and tastefully decorated, there was everything you needed. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating, their tips for restaurants were great.

The accommodation far exceeded our expectations. The view is breathtakingly beautiful - you have the opportunity to grill overlooking the sea. Luca and his family were very nice and always available. The beach is within walking distance of a few minutes. We also thought it was great to borrow surfboards and kayaks to paddle and store our sup at the bottom of the beach. It is also great that you can use sun loungers and sunshades on the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and even a dishwasher and washing machine are provided. We especially enjoyed the peace and the view!

First of all, I would like to emphasize the availability and courtesy of the people who welcomed us. The farm is quite close to places of interest and at the same time well isolated because it is above a hill... ideal! The property is spacious and well organized in two blocks and this ensures calm and privacy. The apartment is very nice, rustic and cozy.

Our stay at Mariacristina's was excellent. The house is spacious, super clean, and comfortable. There's nothing missing. We spent a short, peaceful and relaxing vacation feeling at home. Mariacristina is attentive and courteous and quickly provided us with all the information we requested. Great experience, to do again!

We felt extremely comfortable with Italo and Simona. We were welcomed by Italo on the first day with homemade pizza, which we greatly appreciated - especially after the long trip with child this was very pleasant. He also had already provided us with his own olive oil and wine from the winery. In addition, he and Simona kept bringing eggs during the whole stay and there were even gifts for our 3-year-old daughter at Easter. The two are really very accommodating, nice and very lovely - we enjoyed the time with them incredibly. They were also always available if we had any questions or anything else. Our daughter was still allowed to borrow some stuffed animals and she had a huge joy in the cats and horses who lived in the vineyards and roamed the garden from time to time. The house was very nice, super clean and very well maintained. The kitchen had a huge stove and was very well equipped. Glad to come back!

Susanna gave us an excellent welcome. The house surrounded by nature is beautiful and equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. The large, fenced garden is perfect for four-legged friends who can play free and worry-free. The quiet area sheltered from traffic gives guests the right relaxation. The center is less than a 5-minute drive or can be reached on foot by taking a nice walk in the green of the Maremma. Amenities - such as supermarkets and clubs - are also less than 5 minutes away. Excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at this vacation home! From the first contact, the owner was extremely kind and helpful, making me feel immediately welcomed. The place is perfectly equipped, there's really nothing missing: from the full kitchen to the small details that make the environment comfortable. I felt right at home, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was the ideal place to relax, immersed in tranquility and comfort. I highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for an oasis of peace and impeccable service!

Charming studio on the heights of the village (5mn walk from the port and shops) with a very pleasant terrace overlooking the sea. Clean and comfortable bedding, well equipped kitchenette with the essentials to make the kitchen simple. Above all, very good hospitality (thank you again for the prosecco!) and easy exchanges. Perfect for exploring the island, its hiking trails and coves.

We were very satisfied with the apartment. The views are great and the bed very comfortable. The furnishings are simple but everything worked perfectly. In the complex it is very quiet, yet the nearest pizzeria is less than a five minute walk away and you can also walk to the center of Capoliveri in 20 minutes. Full recommendation on our part!
