Vacation rentals in Glenbranter

We had a peaceful autumnal stay in the cottage - it is really warm and cosy and you can walk straight from the garden over the river and into the forest. It's great to be within a short drive of loads of other walks and the Botanical Gardens, too. We cooked every night in the kitchen which has everything you need and a good oven. Very comfortable bed and bedding too, with views out over the garden and onto the forest (you can hear the river with the window open).

Tasteful and cozy small space with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped little kitchen. The home is a beautiful traditional style, walkable to many hikes with easy access to trails. We were there to hike and enjoy nature, not to spend much time indoors, and this place was perfect for coming home to in the evening after a day outdoors! Douglas was friendly, and the check-in process was super easy. This spot is probably ideal in the summer. In the winter, be prepared to rely on the wood stove to get it cozy at night. During the day, the heaters are on but set quite low, and at night, they are turned off entirely. The mornings can be quite chilly once the stove burns out, but as long as you’re aware of that and prepared, it’s well worth it for the location and charm of the space.

A gorgeous retreat in a tranquil village. Beautifully designed and thoughtfully laid out interior, surrounded by stunning views over the loch. The kitchen had everything needed to cook, including a great stove and family-sized fridge, and the bed was warm, cosy, and comfortable. There were even some very friendly robins playing in the shrubs outside. The perfect bolthole whether you plan to go off adventuring, or stay in all day. Thanks Diane and Scott, I had the best time

What a wonderful find! My mum wanted to visit various locations due to her interest in our family history, particularly on my Dads side the “McLachlan” clan! We had a beautiful, peaceful, time. Location was perfect for us. Right at the heart of everywhere we wanted to visit. The lovely wee pet sheep “Gabrielle” was so cute and the roaming chickens were also a bonus. Cottage has everything that’s required and a log fire, great views, comfy beds!! Couldn’t have asked for more. Even the weather was kind to us. We will definitely be back. Lindsay was so friendly and helpful! Zero complaints, 5*

The Steadings is a wonderful place high over Loch Fyne ! Faye was a great host , we arrived to a great welcome pack which included home baked bread ! Fanrastic views and a perfect base to explore the Loch Fyne area and beyond .

Really beautiful Airbnb, had everything we needed! Comfy bed, heaters worked very well, amazing bath. We used the kitchen and the oven and hob worked great! Stunning scenery!! Super remote and quiet, just what we wanted :)
