Unique and beautiful. You can walk into Franklin or drive to nearby Huonville. Excellent view over the river. Everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Hosts were very welcoming.

The unit was lovely and spacious with a beautiful bathroom and kitchen and an excellent view. It had everything you need for an enjoyable stay and lots of information about things to do in the area. Wendy is friendly and easy to communicate with. It was a relaxing couple of days.

Simply stunning. You feel like you are in a secret forest looking out on a magical place. Comfortable furnishings and bed which were also super stylish and made you feel right at home. Waking up and lifting the electric blinds in the morning to beautiful views was breathtaking We loved sitting on the decking watching the birds and little boats. We would sit for hours not wanting to leave to explore but when we did we found lots of interesting things to do in the local area. We can not wait to come back The host was responsive and super helpful especially when we could not return home to NSW because of the cyclone warnings allowing us to stay a little bit extra. Much appreciated thank you.

I loved this self-contained studio. It was private despite being next door to the hosts, and had all the facilities I required. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the styling in the studio. The drive in from Huonville was scenic, with the last road set amongst trees. It was also only a 7min drive to Cygnet which had an IGA. The views were spectacular near the gate entry and also looking out from place. The room held onto the warmth of the day and didn’t get too cold. Both Jane and Phil were very friendly
