Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Cozy older vacation home with charm in the middle of nature. The whole house is available and can accommodate up to 8 people. With four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Our cosy Swiss chalet is situated in Flumserberg Bergheim - a quiet residential area, the closest ski lift is 5min by car or accessible by public transport. The apartment is accessible down a flight of stairs with a separate entrance and private garden/patio. The 1 bedroom apartment with a sofabed in the lounge is suitable for 2 adults & 2 young children or 3 adults. There are spectacular views of the Alps (Churfirsten) from all windows. Newly renovated & fully equipped.

The luxurious, 2-story penthouse on 130 m² scores with a unique and quiet location right on the lake. For example, you can walk to skiing, hiking, water sports, sunbathe on Lake Walen or cozily into the charming restaurant/bar by the lake. Everything is right at your doorstep.

A cozy tiny house on 36 m² in the mountains. The well thought-out layout offers a lot of comfort in a small space. Far from ordinary. The entire living, dining and sleeping area as well as the shower and separate toilet are built in modern light-flooded wooden construction. The outdoor area is equipped with a cozy seating area and outdoor oven. In the middle of a spacious meadow landscape surrounded by forest with views of the mountains. Unwind and relax.

Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Radiation-free natural oasis

An oasis of calm, simple, natural and homely. There is a 4 bedroom apartment in old farmhouse with wood stove, kitchen, bathroom and second toilet. The house itself is radiation-free, there is no mobile network and no Wi-Fi. But there is an Internet connection via cable for the laptop and cell phone. You are surrounded by a large garden with cozy places to relax and enjoy! The place is an ideal starting point for hiking and biking.

The cozily furnished studio (first floor) is located at 800 meters above sea level in a quiet residential area. From the sunny seating area you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Alpstein (Säntis). A grill bowl is available there. The bus or Appenzellerbahn train can be reached within a 10-minute walk. Within 10 km there are various leisure facilities (mini golf, swimming pools, hiking, skiing, biking).
