the highlight was the two fire Kent woodburners. The ome in the bedroom. was such a treat. one evening we had a dinner it was great to use well stocked utensils and potsnpans. We felt very comfortable and the beds were comfy and cosy. thank you have a lovely place. the weekend was perfect.

Situated in a quiet location next to a park, on the banks of a river, this property is suited equally to a family or a group of 6 friends . It is located within an easy walk to the shops, beaches & many cafes & bars. Kaiti Hill & the cycle way are also within easy access for those keen to exercise. We live in a separate house on the same property but even though we share a driveway & front lawn both houses enjoy a high degree of privacy. *Please note there is unrestricted access to the river*

Craig’s property deserves 6 stars. Hands down the best we’ve ever stayed in. The location is incredible and the house is beautifully presented. Craig is a fantastic host and was extremely responsive. And fresh eggs from the girls was an absolute treat. We will definitely be back but for longer next time!

Stunning location right on the beach front, surf break out front, an absolute paradise. A quiet, peaceful and relaxing spot, with multiple indoor and outdoor areas to relax, a spa overlooking the ocean, we had a great stay thank you! The property manager Kaz was very responsive. Spa was awesome but needed some TLC. Multiple security camera's felt slightly invasive.

Could not speak more highly of this place. It literally felt like home away from home in the sense that it didn’t have that typical air bnb feel; super homey vibe. Lynn was quick and efficient with communication which made check in super easy. The space is open and cosy, and literally had EVERYTHING you could need. The location is great as it’s close to everything but also not right in the busyness of it all. We had the best time during our time down the line and the accommodation played a huge part in it.
