Vacation rentals with beach access in Gioiosa Marea

The apartment exceeded my expectations and I think it is very good value. I especially appreciated how charming, large and spacious the apartment feels. High ceilings make the apartment feel bright and spacious. The location of the apartment is superb, not only very close to the beach, but also close to a supermarket, cafes, a patisserie, and specialty fish shop. Agatha provides details about all of these local gems upon arrival. The apartment is in the seaside town of Letojanni, a very short distance from Taormina. By staying in Letojanni, I think I benefit from a more peaceful, relaxing stay, while still easily reaching Taormina for sightseeing. Agatha is a superb host in every way. Timely communication via the AirBnB app, a very kind in person greeting upon arrival and departure made me feel welcomed and at home. The local recommendations were perfect. Thank you Agatha for helping to make my visit to Letojanni so memorable!

Wow, what an amazing apartment!! super clean, the best location, the bed was amazingly comfortable, the shower and bathroom facilities super clean and high end. The cozy terrace was perfect for sitting out in and enjoying. this was the perfect place in every way for our stay.

Very nice, well-kept apartment close to the beach. Via a footpath you can reach numerous good restaurants and a small supermarket within 5 minutes. The amenities with air conditioning, dishwasher and washing machine are very good. The private parking space fits well for the typical Italian small cars.

Marco and his parent were the sweetest hosts. We where traveling with our two small children and they where so considerate, finding useful stuff, toys, beach towels, highchair etc. The apartment is even more beautiful in reality. Everyday we woke up to the sunrise. Unfortunately the gas went out, and the dishwasher broke while we were there. Things that sometimes happen. But the way the family helped us and responded so quickly to our needs was amazing. Useful things to know: the public transport with bus is very unpredictable. There is a noisy street right in front of the building, but the sound of the ocean is higher, so you won’t hear it that much. The apartment is located in the best part and more local restaurants are nearby. To walk to the train station from the apartment is very uncomfortable, without sidewalks on some of the road.

Excellent condo, very clean, well appointed, beautiful views, and comfortable with split AC units in living area and both bedrooms to keep cool at night. Very close walk to Isola Bella beach area. Close walk to funicular that takes you up to Taormina town, and restaurants are also a close walk way. Note that funicular costs $6 per person one way up to the town, and $10 roundtrip...a bit pricey for such a short ride. It is a relatively easy walk down the mountain from Taormina back to the beach area and condo though, so recommend doing that and getting a little exercise on the way down. Walkway drops you right near the condo. Parking is easy in the gated condo community, so car is in a safe area. Would definitely recommend this place for your stay in Taormina.

Great apartment in the middle of Naxos! Infront of our favorite restaurant. Great hospitality by our host and helped out with what was needed in order to have a great stay!

My family and I had a great time in this place. It’s really clean, luminous and well arranged. It’s wonderful to see Isola Bella and the sea from the terrace and the windows. We had great exchanges with the host. It was a great journey!

We liked the location and spaciousness of the accomodation. The roof terrace with extra cooking facilities is a lovely extra space. It was well equipped with everything needed and Salvotore left us some extras such as prosecco, coffee which was appreciated. he also sent us a guide of the local area which we used and was very helpful. It is easy to get to Taormina from here and we also had a car and visited Etna alone with the use of his recommendations. We would stay again.

Gorgeous, gorgeous. Lovely sandy pubic beach out front, and a lovely space within. After traveling for many months, we were happy to have a good kitchen. Super quiet. A good value within the area (of wealthy resorts). The place smells very clean. Book it!

Upper apartment in wonderful 2-Whg.- House in a quiet location, very nice and forward-looking with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Breakfast on the balcony with great views of the nearby sea, sleeping with gentle sound of the sea, wonderful. Access to pools and sea via a small, beautiful garden. Host Daniele helpful, reliable, very friendly, his German is perfect, good tips. Location Giardini Naxos very lively, pre-season recommended. Guided tour to Etna is worth it, our guide Denny (Sicily-Adventure) extra class because he knew a lot and was funny. Also well organized. Tip: you can easily reach all destinations by bus (drivers are nerve-strong artists)!!! Castelmola a must. By the way, easy bus transfer from Catania airport. You can actually save yourself a rental car! Last but not least: Italians very friendly people! And they can drive very well, even if you hardly believe it as a German...

We stayed for four weeks in march. We had a great time, we fell in love with the place and their lovely dog Fiocco who is very sweet, also to children. Therèse and Viviana were very kind and helpful when we had questions. The house is situated in the middle of a large lemon grove and a daily stroll to the sea (it's a pebble beach) is greatly recommended. The nearby village San Stefano di Camastra is great for an ice cream and a coffee. We expected more hikes to be near, as it is located right next to Nebrodi but finding and reaching hotspots (hiking or otherwise) was ultimately harder than expected. We encountered this across Sicily though and is not related to the house itself. Our children loved to roam around the premises and find their own little adventures. All in all, we had a great relaxed stay and felt in tune with rural Sicily.

A simple but beautiful villa with plenty of space, several terraces and a beautiful and unobstructed view of the sea. From there you can explore the area on foot or by car and you can discover something new every day. Be it the Castello, the Capo Milazzo or the old and new center of the city. The house is simply furnished, not up to date, but this also has its charm. Yes, there are no real showers or air conditioning, but this has been made up for by the view, the spacious garden and much more. I would like to highlight Alessandra and her family. Super friendly, helpful and respond very nicely and promptly to inquiries. Thank you for 2 great weeks in Sicily.

We loved our stay at Tusa Bay. The location is amazing - two minutes to swim in the sea. The apartment is clean, modern, well equipped and quiet. Great apartment in a great location. I definitely recommend it.

Leonardo and his partner are kind and helpful people, always available. The apartment, with regard to the organization of spaces and its location, was very comfortable and in line with our needs. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed Antonio's apartment very much. We felt comfortable from the first moment. It was clean and there was everything we needed. The apartment is very modern and tastefully furnished. The location is super central at the beginning of the long beach promenade overlooking the sea and Sicily.👍The pedestrian zone and port are also only a few meters away. Various shopping options are close by. The only small downside is the very busy road in front of the house. This is a bit disruptive, especially at night. Antonio was a very attentive and friendly host. Our questions were answered promptly, he gave useful tips and suggestions for things to do, restaurants and ice cream bars. For the return trip to the airport, he even booked us a taxi. Thank you, Antonio, for the comfortable stay! We'll be back.

To get to the center or the beach or back in the evening, you have to go up and down many steps (or you can use the bus). But that's what makes it so appealing. The apartment is also in the house at the top and that's nice.

Domenica and her husband are great hosts, always responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful holiday there and can highly recommend the accommodation.

Alfio is a great host and the apartment is much nicer than in the pictures. He met us when we arrived and was friendly and helpful all the time. Short distance to everything, and at the same time quiet. We would gladly came again

Very nice apartment. Refurbished. 2 steps from the beach and especially from the bus stop (rotation approximately every 15 minutes) which allows access to Lipari quickly and from there everywhere on the island or on the other islands. Lorenza is very welcoming and very responsive. I would highly recommend it.

Looking at the photos and then the apartment, it's much larger than I realized from the photos. The apartment is well lit and the terrace (which has a view of the sea and the city) had a deckchair where it was nice to relax. The apartment is quiet, the bed is very large and very comfortable. We needed some heating and the system worked very well. The advertised amenities were all available. The apartment is impeccable, clean, well decorated and Lucia has put beautiful personal touches in addition to reserving a small souvenir of our stay. Lucia answered all our questions and it was done very quickly and with great courtesy. Thank you Lucia, I won't hesitate to recommend your apartment to friends, thank you for everything and I have very fond memories of your beautiful terrace.

A great spot for a family, great views over the coast and can see the mainland on a clear day. Higher up in the town so easy to get around and see the sights without a climb or lift. Mornings and evenings stunning and easy to good restaurants and shops for bits that are needed. All in all… just what we hoped for and needed. Comfy beds, aircon and chairs. Very good spot.
