We had a wonderful fall weekend at Elaine's place on Loon pond. It was quiet and peaceful, just what you would expect of a small cottage near the water. Elaine was very responsive and we had no issues getting in or finding the house!

Such a perfectly peaceful get away. The view was incredible and the home itself was beautiful. The large master with the wood stove was so cozy. Thank you for a wonderful stay 😊

My wife and I just returned from this property. This was our fourth consecutive annual visit and we have already reserved for 2025. When it comes down to it, there are only 2 things that are important and draw us back time after time. 1. The home and its views: We have had the opportunity to stay at a number of New England Airbnb/VRBO properties, this is the only one we want to return to, over and over again. Its popularity makes it difficult to reserve- please ask yourself why? The home is delightful, comfortable, affordable, well equipped, clean, private and with a view of Sargent's pond that never stops mesmerizing us. If you are an outdoor action or more of laid-back type - no one will be disappointed. 2. Andy and Emily are the quintessential hosts. From the welcoming package, including doggie snacks - they think of everything. They are kind, honest and thoughtful people who want to ensure your needs are met but are never intrusive. We sincerely trust and thank them.

This house is a great place to stay, very clean, plenty of space and a full kitchen. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place to stay with family and/or friends. lots of room to stretch out and enjoy the space. Everything was very clean and well organized. The host was very responsive answering a few questions that I had. Two thumbs up for sure

What can I say about this amazing getaway other than, we will be back! Beautiful surroundings right on the lake, with amazing decks and dock on the water. It was great to soak in the peace at this time of the year ( mid November) This house has so much between the hot tub, all the games to play, fishing poles, and tons of cozy blankets you never have to leave. If you are looking for a local restaurant, Wontons was fantastic, we recommend the Seven Lakes Special. All around great spot, and the dogs were so happy with all the sun you get on the porch.

We had a very enjoyable sisters weekend! The house was peaceful, private and comfortable. Could use a refresh after what I assume was a very busy Summer but it met our expectations and was clean and had most everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

I can't say enough how the pictures online don't do this place justice. The scenery, the setup, the outdoor fun, the indoor fun, all of it was perfect. Dolly was responsive, accommodating, patient, and responsive. The area is peaceful and quiet, quick to an interstate for other attractions and areas, and the people in the area were friendly. Lots of good info in the rental as well for restaurants and recs. So happy we chose to stay here, it made our girls trip so much more enjoyable. Thank you!!

This farmhouse is so relaxing that I really didn’t want to go back home. This Airbnb is something to tell your friends and family about it’s cozy, clean relaxing and absolutely stunning everything is exactly as described if anything the pictures don’t do this place justice. I bet the trees are beautiful in the fall. Definitely a place I would like to stay at again. The gift card was a nice bonus. Thank you Elizabeth and Norm.

Comfortable stay in a beautiful location. Heidi's was exactly what we expected and good value. The views in pretty much every direction from her home are just stunning this fall and we loved stepping outside each morning by quiet Opechee Lake. Our Labrador had a great time too with lots of space to run around.

This was great! The lakeside view was stunning and the condo was very clean and easy-to-access. Rahna was very responsive and provided clear instructions. Highly recommend for anyone doing a few days of hiking/lake exploration in New Hampshire! Will definitely be back!

My friend and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay for our Bank of NH concert. Easy and short walk to the venue, the terrace was perfect for chilling out after the show, and they provided snacks and water, which were very much needed after having a few drinks at the venue! All in all, the perfect place for our epic trip!

This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

This condo was impeccably maintained and was very clean. Even the sheets smelt brand new! We were very pleased with our stay! We had an issue with our tv and the owners were on FaceTime with us late at night to try and rectify the issue without hesitation. 100% would stay here again.

Amazing host. Lynne was very quick with questions and concerns. She was always friendly and professional. Her place was well kept and very peaceful.

Heatha and Paul’s place was beautiful! Everything was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed being so close to the lake and the peaceful surroundings. We loved it!

Absolutely loved the house ! Was perfect very homey. We used the kitchen for thanksgiving had everything we needed to make dinner. I would definitely recommend this place I most definitely will be coming back again. Hopefully soon

Matt’s place in Conway is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Clear instructions on everything and when we had questions he responded immediately. Loved the amenities, kitchen and bathroom. View was amazing and so peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed at Pebble cottage for five days while visiting nearby relatives. It offered the perfect haven and convenience with charm and comfort. Located near the central Bridgton area, it can be walkable to the downtown area, restaurants and lake without snowy conditions. (Snowstorm season!) This small cottage is a 1900s treasure, wonderfully restored and updated. Cheryl had provided all the amenities needed for a short stay on our arrival. The cupcakes were a welcome surprise as were the basic kitchen necessities supplied. The cottage is well equipped, so providing a “mom cooked”dinner was possible for our family. Pebble cottage is like staying at your grandmother’s home. A preview of the “Christmas house”at the main house was a seasonable pleasure. Thank you Cheryl.

What a great stay! My friends and I needed a peaceful weekend getaway, and we definitely got it! Beautiful area around the lakes close to some great trails and towns with great restaurants. The space itself was very comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this stay!

This is a hidden gem in the lakes region. Very comfortable, quite, and secluded. Helen would respond within minutes with answers to questions. After a snow storm she inquired about the snow plow, and his arrival. I would highly recommend this cottage.
