We enjoyed our stay! We had everything we needed, it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely recommend this as a place to stay!

Perfect weekend getaway. Very cozy, private and just enough space for the two of us. The hot tub was perfect to soak in and relax on a chilly day. The owner was generous in extending our checkout by quite some hours and provided amazing recommendations to check out around the area. I will definitely come back and recommend this to my other friends.

Jared was an incredible host. He was helpful, flexible, and responsive regarding our questions. The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures! It was spotless, and had every immensity we could need for our stay. We visit North Conway about once a year and will certainly consider this property again in the future. Definitely 5/5 stars!

We had been in an accident earlier in the day and Thomas couldn’t have been more compassionate and understanding. He went above and beyond what any hosts would be obligated to do. The home is spectacular and I would definitely make plans to stay at that property again in the future, as well as recommend it to my friends and family also.

My wife and I just returned from this property. This was our fourth consecutive annual visit and we have already reserved for 2025. When it comes down to it, there are only 2 things that are important and draw us back time after time. 1. The home and its views: We have had the opportunity to stay at a number of New England Airbnb/VRBO properties, this is the only one we want to return to, over and over again. Its popularity makes it difficult to reserve- please ask yourself why? The home is delightful, comfortable, affordable, well equipped, clean, private and with a view of Sargent's pond that never stops mesmerizing us. If you are an outdoor action or more of laid-back type - no one will be disappointed. 2. Andy and Emily are the quintessential hosts. From the welcoming package, including doggie snacks - they think of everything. They are kind, honest and thoughtful people who want to ensure your needs are met but are never intrusive. We sincerely trust and thank them.

Kevin’s place was perfect for spending the holidays! There was enough space for the family to gather around dining table and couch in the living room but also enough space if you wanted to be alone and have your own space. I liked that he left brochures of activities in the area as well!

The house was comfortable and very cozy for our group of 5 plus a dog. The location was accesible to the ski resort, hiking trails, lake and restaurants. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Allendre was super responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful loft!! Jessica’s place was so comfortable. Amazing light through the many windows, a private balcony, comfy beds… One of the best I’ve stayed at! Everything was spotless, modern and lovely. The color scheme is beautiful. We loved the sound of the train and of acorns dropping on the roof. A perfect place, in my opinion. Perfect fall getaway with stunning colors and views. Great location to get around the White Mountains, easy access to I-93 but super quiet and peaceful property. Cute little cabin perfect for sleeping at the end of a long day. Gunnar was always responsive and greeted us as soon as we arrived, showed us around and gave great hiking recommendations. We made a fire on the chilly night and enjoyed the peace. Beautiful brook about a 15 minute walk through the woods:) I totally recommend staying here!

The condo was cozy, clean and easy to find. Christopher was very responsive and gave very clear directions about everything! We stayed in December, so the area was quiet and easy to get around. Perfect for a weekend away!

The host was very responsive and proactive in reaching out and making sure we had everything we need. The condo itself was very cozy and had all that we could ask for. We will definitely book again!

Easy to find, conveniently located with lots of hikes and food options nearby. Very quiet. The loft makes the place feel much larger and plenty of room for 2 people. Great communication and hospitality to ensure we found the place. Bed was super comfy and kitchenette has most things you would need. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo but it’s cozy.

Donna is fantastic and if your looking for a charming New England spot this is it! We Are very satisfied with this home.

We love staying here! It is big enough for our whole family to come, but still not feel crowded. It is a good price for what you get, and we are excited to hopefully go back next year!
