Vacation rentals with beach access in Giannella

We loved staying at Alessio's place. It's even better looking in real life. The views, the space. The little things such as having coffee and a little breakfast ready for you. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

We had a wonderful time in Giglio. The apartment exceeded our expectations, everything was there, everything worked, just so that it was comfortable for us from the first moment. The view of Campese is spectacular, the surroundings around the apartment are beautiful and functional. The communication worked tip top, we arrived late, but that was no problem. Since friends of ours were also on the island and we visited each other, I really appreciated that the kitchen equipment was not "counted", which means that there were also glasses, cups, etc. for visitors. We will be happy to come back!

Martine is a wonderful hostess. Super helpful and friendly. On your homepage she gives the best tips for going out, restaurants, beaches, etc., etc. We really appreciated all this information. Martine was always available for further questions. Her apartment is lovingly and nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Martine's friend Carla. The entire 4 wochem in Follonica were magnificent. We enjoyed the apartment ourselves, the location of the apartment and the city. One small thing we missed at the end of October were warmer breathable blankets. Everything else was perfect. Thanks Martine!

We loved our stay at Einar's property, the view is to die for, and the proximity to the beach brilliant! Einar is very helpful and responsive and quickly sorted little issues. The flat was spotless, and is well equipped. The only negative was that the master bedroom got very hot as the ceiling fan wasn't working, but I think Einar is planning to address this. We fell in love with Giglio and hope to return in the near future!

We had a wonderful stay. Solange was a great host, kind and provided lots of local recommendations. The apartment has a large patio perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or working. When we arrived by ferry we were warmly welcomed by the host who accompanied us to the house, very close to the landing place; we immediately settled in comfortably and also received advice on what to do in the afternoon and where to go to eat! Absolutely flexible and convenient check-in and check-out times without the hassle and boredom of having to find a place for luggage; Overall, the accommodation, although small, was very welcoming and with great sea views! If we were to return to the island, there is no doubt about where to stay!

We had a relaxing week, all above our expectations. The only weak point of the house is the very narrow bathroom and the lack of coverage of some very weak telephone networks, then everything was superfluous because we often used the outdoor shower, which is warm and very comfortable and the two TVs of the house at some moments of rest. The highlights are the air conditioning, the umbrella with chairs included, right behind the house and all the comforts you can find to spend a pleasant vacation. The house is really nice, comfortable within walking distance of the center, overlooking the pedestrian passage but it is not noisy, and on the beach it is the best to enjoy the sea. I highly recommend it.

Maurizio was a great host, picked us up from the bus stop showed us everything and even helped us rent a scooter. Very proactive and at the same time professional. The apartment has a great location, shopping and cafes are right around the corner.

We had a wonderful stay in Elisabetta’s beautiful apartment. The location in Castiglione is perfect, with the beach in 150m walking distance. The beds are extremely comfortable with real duvets. The heating was a real treat in winter. Everything was squeaky clean and very well equipped and Elisabetta was a friendly and responsive host who thought of everything up to dog beds and treats for our dog. We will be back for sure.

The house has a very convenient location for the beach and is equipped with all amenities, including WiFi (convenient as there is not much network coverage in the area). Cinzia was very nice and responsive, even when we had to delay check-in due to an unexpected event.

Spotlessly clean and tidy cottage and garden in a lovely, quiet and beautiful area. Fabulously clean and sparkly swimming pool. Eleanor, our host was friendly, helpful and very responsive, and made good suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. The food at Ripetta restaurant in Gradoli was excellent. Definitely a place we would be happy to return to.

Everything was perfect, even the weather.

Everything as expected: great location, spacious apartment for couples, very nice hosts, we will definitely be back.

We had the pleasure of staying at the house in Tiro and it was a great experience. The first night the gas tank ran out, not only did Giuseppe rush over to replace it, but he also gave us a bottle of wine to apologize for the inconvenience. What can we say? We think we couldn't have found a better host.

Our stay at Alessandra´s place has been fantastic. The house and the terrace are gorgeous. Stitting there in the late afternoon and evenings, watching the sun set is a dream - no need to move much. A nice beach with pebble stone can be reached in walking distance. The house has everything you need and is spacy and comfortable. The mosquito nets in front of doors and windows are pretty useful. For everyone enjoying a great view over the sea it is highly recommended. The communication has been easy and fast. Nothing to complain. Thanks for the great time we had.

The Apartment is located in the heart of Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo and boulevard leaf with restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The place is very well utilized - everything is present in a few square meters. From rainshower Up to ambient lighting. Sparkling clean; lovely bed. Recommended!

We can wholeheartedly recommend this place because we had a great time and felt at home. The hosts greeted us personally and were always available by mobile phone. Individual requests such as intermediate cleaning were addressed directly. The decor corresponds to the pictures. The furniture is new, the beds comfortable and the kitchen visually beautifully designed. We also loved the balcony, extra laundry room, smart TV, fast internet and AC/heater. Only suggestions for improvement: For longer stays, more tea towels, potholders, pads for the outdoor furniture and sofa pillows would be nice. Follonica is a cute resort town - great for long beach walks in October and to discover well-known nearby places like Volterra/Pisa. Unfortunately, Follonica itself seems a little extinct at that time, as some restaurants and bars are already completely closed. Thanks to Dario & Debora! :-)

Perfect apartment, there was everything you needed. From the balcony you can see the sea. Mauro personally welcomed us and gave many helpful tips for activities and restaurants. He is super nice and was always available. The location of the apartment is great, close to the beach. The city and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Bright and cozy house exactly as shown in the photographs and description. Functional kitchen and spacious and well-disposed spaces. Clean and modern bathrooms. Terrace with sea view and fantastic views at every hour of the day and night, we were mesmerized! Quiet and relaxing setting within the Cala Moresca consortium that we already knew but was able to amaze us again with the well-kept and very clean common spaces for the amazing pool set in the rocks with an attached descent to the crystal clear sea. Top! Finally, a delightful and very helpful owner who made us feel at home. Absolutely repeatable.

The location of the house is perfect, close to all amenities, downtown and the beach. The house is commented on its own by looking at the photos. In fact, we found an apartment with a number of tools, spaces, decor that I doubt is reachable elsewhere. Downsides: None.
