Cottage vacation rentals in Ghent

The accommodation was great! We have enjoyed the beautiful location at the holiday home. The home was completely as in the pictures. The Bornem area is beautiful for biking and hiking. The jacuzzi on the terrace of the house overlooking the pond, was blissful after a long cycling day. Just a pity that we had to provide bed linen and towels ourselves. Thank you sooo much Tim!

We had a great week. It is a beautiful house and location. The hospitality is very much appreciated and the animals present make it complete. The children have enjoyed Misty the dog and the horses Fiero and Puzzle.

It’s been lovely being there. We felt like it was our home, but sadly it wasn’t ! Hahaha We also made some friends while we were using the bbq 🐓. We will be back soon! 🥰

Du was a superb host. super friendly. She organised a breakfast delivery personally for our first morning as it was my husbands 60th birthday. Champagne and a bread basket full of delights! We had a wonderful relaxing 3 night break. The facilities were super. Hot tub, sauna, pool. The kitchen was well equipped and like new. The bed was good quality. We slept downstairs and didnt use the up stairs apartment, but had the use of the entire retreat. I loved the African inspired decor. Very stylish. All in all, a 5☆ experience. We cannot wait to visit again.

Top location in the quiet nature and next to the goats/donkey, many hiking trails, close to Bruges/Ghent. The cottage offers everything you need and Carl is an excellent host. Responds very quickly and helps you where necessary. He had bubbles ready on arrival! Cottage has all the comforts. Pellet stove for the cold, air conditioning for the heat, BBQ, garden fireplace, Jacuzzi, seats and a lovely bath. The only point of attention is that you (preferably) cannot enter the kitchen (electric stove) and the sink, which is very small if you have a lot of dishes. For us this is not a problem because we had wonderful weather, but if I had to mention something it would be that.

A wonderful stay. It was quiet, clean, and it was nice to spend a peaceful couple of days here. We wanted a place to unwind and this was perfect for us.

Pleasant stay. Anne Lauren is very responsive, professional and cares about doing well. We feel that the organization is efficient and well-established, and it is very reassuring, especially from the point of view of hygiene.

The stay was wonderful! The space was clean, stylishly decorated, and exactly as described. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. I'd love to come back – absolutely recommended!

Excellent place to stay close to the city centre

Absolutely recommended, we enjoyed the stay very much! The cottage is very cozy, super neat and clean, and the enclosed garden was also perfect for our dog. Supermarket and restaurants within walking distance.

We felt very welcome by all the small and large attentions of Llyn. The house is in a beautiful place within walking distance of the heath. Both inside and outside the house, everything looks neat and nothing is missing. We really enjoyed all the bird sounds, the owl, the sweet dog Rex who occasionally came to sit with us, the wonderful garden, but also inside the beautiful decor, the bath, the large kitchen and so on. As far as we are concerned, absolutely recommended!! We will definitely be back. Thank you so much again for the hospitality Llyn!

We felt very comfortable in Hortensia Cottage! Very cozy and stylishly furnished, very clean and we didn't miss anything! The great location and proximity to the beach is just great ! Thanks for the great place to stay !

Christine welcomed us to her cottage and gave us suggestions for places to visit during our stay. The cottage is larger than we expected from the photos, beautifully renovated and well appointed with lots of little touches which make it a special place to be. We felt completely at home. The garden seating area is great for shade on sunny days and cosy on overcast days. If we are back the area we will definitely stay here again.

We were 4 adults staying at Au Coin du Loup, therfore we had ample space. The common area offered plenty of seating for us. We were able to cook in the kitchen easily. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were private. The two bathrooms were convenient. The gite is conveniently located close to Bailleux which offers shopping for any necessary items. The courtyard is private and peaceful. We were offered a very warm welcome and Elise was responsive with any questions we had. Overall a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to go back.

My sister and I had a great time in the cottage. Everything was found as described, nothing was missing! The apartment is cozy and practical, the bed is very comfortable. The contact with Janneke & Bas was very nice, questions were responded to very quickly. The possibility to lock and charge the bikes was also great. We took daily bike tours in all directions from here. For us, the apartment was ideal and we will be happy to come back!

short family stay just exceptional from check-in to checkout. A lovely hostess, a tastefully decorated and impeccably clean trailer. Well done and thank you for everything.
