Beasley Backwater Retreat on Lovely Lake Eufaula

The Beasley Backwater Retreat is located on beautiful Lake Eufaula, between the historic towns of Abbeville and Eufaula. The house, built as a vacation house by my grandparents in 1963, is pretty much vintage, with some more modern conveniences, such as microwave, dishwasher, HVAC, internet access, and a Keurig. Located on a peaceful area of the lake, with a private dock and nice neighbors, it's a great place to get away from town and create fond memories--it certainly has been for us! Enjoy!

Nice and spacious brick home located in the picturesque small community of Pittsview just 20 minutes from Eufaula, downtown Columbus and Ft Benning (about halfway between Eufaula and Columbus). 10 min. to the Omaha Brewery, 30 min to Providence Canyon State Park, 17 min to Lake Point State Park, 20 minutes to White Water Rafting on the Chattahoochee, 7 minutes to Hatchechubee Creek Park w/ boat ramp. Pittsview is a quiet and quaint community that everyone falls in love with once they visit.

This tiny cabin nestled in the West Georgia backwoods was once the vacation home of the previous owners. The recent reno features beautiful renewable resources. Enjoy a cup of coffee or wine as you sit on the screened porch watching the wildlife play. Our friends say it looks and feels like the mountains. We are located close to hiking, boating, parks, beer & rum tasting and more. If you want to get away from it all, this cabin is the place to be, simple but with the comforts of home.

Feel as though you stepped back in time. Built in 1900,(but city records put build date 1850-1875) located less than a 10 min walk , along a tree-lined street to historic downtown Eufaula. This quaint area has unique shops, restaurants,boutiques and is only 2 miles from Lake Eufaula, the"Bass Capital of the World".bring your boat. Prepare your meals in the well-stocked kitchen, and relax on the side, screened in porch or the large front porch over looking well known Kendall Manor.

We are on a quiet county road that is a safe place to come home to after a fun day on the lake or busy day browsing through the many shops or historic homes in Eufaula. Oh did I mention, we have beautiful sunsets too! If the moon is full, it is just perfect rising above our barn! You just have to come see for your self!
