Simple & cute, our beachy 1 bed unit is on the 2nd floor with outside stairs The perfect place for the budget conscious traveler that wants a central location on the island with easy access to beaches and nearby restaurants. An ice cream shop and 2 restaurants < 5 mins walk. We're a 6.5 min walk to Jollyhall Beach, and there's a beach < 5 mins from us that is so unused it doesn't have a name! Welcome to the Sea-Garden. A super comfortable studio that has everything you will need for your visit to Exuma. Only 3 min walk to the beach and to the restaurant/bar Splash that is open 7 days a week for all meals. The Sea-Garden provides a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels and floating chairs for you to enjoy at the beach. It is very quiet and easy to access from where you park. Just a few feet! I also own the Sea-Lily on the beach side and the Sea-View.

Ghandi’s place was absolutely perfect! Waking up to the ocean view every day was amazing. We really enjoyed everything about Ghandi’s place. The driveway is a little rough so I would definitely recommend renting a jeep for travels but aside from that we enjoyed everything! Traveling 5 minutes from the house you can visit Cocoplum beach and exuma point beach, I recommend seeing both at low tide! I also recommend eating at Shoreline restaurant, also 5 minutes from the house. It was the best food we ate all week. You can also easily get to exuma water sports tour from Ghandi’s place. You will not be disappointed!

We had an amazing stay at Boujee Beach Villa! Loved everything Hideaways had to offer-beach, pool, SUP/kayaks, short walk to secluded Jolly Beach, and short walk to Shirley’s restaurant. We bought most groceries at Smitty’s and cooked breakfast and dinner-we were exploring during the day and had lunch out. Had some issues with April’s van and she was beyond helpful and understanding. I understand that issues occur with owning a home/car…really appreciated how she handled everything! The people in Bahamas are so warm and friendly too. We hope to return to Exuma and we’d definitely stay at Boujee Beach Villa again!

We had an amazing stay at the Moon House. It was stocked with everything we needed. It had mini split units in each room that kept us cool. The beach chairs were a huge plus while visiting the many different beaches. The communication with the host was flawless with fast responses to our questions.

Marvelous stay on Exuma @ Hideaways care of Linda! The entire stay was remarkable, from the home itself, to the amenities to the view. The view!!!! Water is at your doorstep. This was the best of both worlds with a personal home plus amenities of a resort. All the amenities in the home you need plus comfy beds!!! We ate @ Splash Bar often, kayaked, paddle boarded and swam the days away. Used Exuma Water Sports for all excursions & they were 5 stars too. Walked to Augusta Bay and Shirley’s for dinner - amazing. Everyone on the island is so welcoming and helped us with any questions and history of the island. We are so grateful for Linda and for sharing her home and all the perks with our family! She provides a binder chock full of info and it helped us plan out our days. 5 stars all the way!! Thank you!!

Marinas apartment is perfectly located and is a wonderful place to stay. Just a short walk from the Hideaways hotel which has all facilities (pool, restaurant, water sports, beach) and perfectly in the middle of the island to visit both the north and the south. Great access to the markets in Georgetown as well. Very comfortable and clean apartment with all the amenities one can think of!

We rented both of Eric's houses for a girls weekend with 7 women. We had so much room and we could all spread out and have our own space. The house was extremely clean and we had Brendi, the concierge pick up some food and beverages for us bc Exuma markets are notorious for just closing when they feel like it;) She was really kind and we were very appreciative of her help! We really didn't even need to leave the property, we paddle boarded and kayaked and fished and snorkeled right off the dock. We found a little cove with starfish to the south of the house and to the north there is a large cove with a blue hole in the middle. We saw sharks, turtles and rays off the dock and all around in the blue hole cove. It's is truly a special place. If you are deciding which Bahamian island to visit- I'll tell you from experience Exuma is the only place you ever need to go. The water is clearer and more blue than anywhere else in the world. We had a great time at Eric's! Thank you so much!!
