Great view! Close to the airport. Truly a quiet oasis.

Easy 5 star. Good location in the middle of the island and in front of the airport.

Evan was a terririfc host and the house was even better than the pictures showed. A lovely outdoor furniture set, a brand new BBQ with full propane, and just very comfortable and lovely. All together a perfect host and perfect stay. We will absolutely stay here again and cannot recommend it enough.

We had an amazing stay at Crystal’s place. Tar Bay is a beautiful location and the screened in porch in the mornings and evenings was so relaxing. The home was clean and comfortable and as advertised. I would recommend renting portable beach chairs if you plan to go to any other beaches besides Tar Bay as the ones at the property are large and don’t fold to get into a car.

Wow, just wow! Debs place was stunning. The private beach was gorgeous, fishing was so much fun, I bought a pole while I was at browns marina and caught little groupers and snapper right off the beach. We kayaked to the sand bar out back and then walked to the island behind the sand bar. What a wonderful day! We were there for 14 days. It still wasn’t enough. We made dinner in her lovely kitchen and went out some nights too. We enjoyed movie nights and played cards and made cocktails. We snorkled out back as well. From the beach we saw sea turtles, lemon sharks and a sting ray hunting fish. We took pictures of the Milky Way at night on the deck by the water. And had our coffee every morning with the view. We drove to every beach on the island but in the afternoon we came back to our slice of heaven. This home was spectacular and we had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. Deb will answer all your questions and is so helpful! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Dave and Terrilynne were fantastic hosts! The property was amazing, complete with its own private beach, and the Airbnb was spotless and well-equipped with everything you need to enjoy Exuma to the fullest. It’s conveniently located near grocery stores and wine/beer shops, making it even more convenient. They provided us with plenty of helpful insights about the island, which made our trip even better. Everything worked out perfectly, and we can’t wait to come back. Thanks again for your hospitality!

Tree House is a cottage where you can rest and enjoy a private beach. Pam's recommendations are very helpful to spend pleasant moments in Exuma. Pam is very attentive and always available to help. We would stay many more times here

Paul and the cohost were kind to accommodate a last minute booking. They responded quickly to any message. The home had two separate areas making it great for a group trip. The view was spectacular from the home and private dock.

we spend a wonderful vacation time at Deval's place. Great location, close to Georgetown, even if you may need a car at a certain point Deval has always been quickly responsive and even proactive for the check in, perfect when you arrive Ina new place. I highly recommend

Our stay at the Conch Cay Villa was absolutely perfect! The condo itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable – just steps away from beautiful beaches with crystal-clear turquoise waters. The nearby restaurants offered delicious local cuisine, and the recommendations provided by our hosts were spot-on. We loved walking across the street to the restaurant at Hideaways. The food was delicious and the setting was beautifully situated right on the beach. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway in paradise, this condo in Exuma is the place to be. We can’t wait to return! ---

Lott the property manager was awesome we got a flat tire and he came and saved us. Also let me borrow his spear to fish. Place is great location right next to blue hole to snorkel and fish. Only thing is there are tons of noseeums not sure if side of the island or just time of year but would 1000000% bring lots of bug spray and candles because it really affects your outdoor experience for grilling and relaxing. Besides that would def stay here again :)

Teresita was a great host. Quick response, always available and very helpful. Her husband Philip greeted us at the airport and showed us the way to the accommodation. The house is in a quiet area not far from Three Sisters Beach . The kitchen offers everything you need for cooking. As a welcome, there was a bottle of wine and soft drinks in the fridge. A small drawback was the inconvenient mirror in the bathroom. Due to the distances, a rental car is recommended.

Highly recommend. We only needed to provide the date and time we landed and were greeted at the airport with the car for the weekend and a driver to take us to the home. Theodore was responsive with all our requests and concerns. The entry to the home was seamless with the electronic code, once inside i could not have had a better experience, everything was easily laid out, with local recommendations and bottles of water. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked as stated. The location is quiet and convenient to some great little spots, and the nearest beach is a 5 min drive (we went to Exuma Point Beach, OMG). Although you do have to drive to town for a grocery store, there are convenience stores nearby and having the car for the weekend made this easy, and we had no problems on the road. It is a great value and would come back for sure. 5 stars

Margaret's place is quiet with an ocean view. Beautiful sunrises every morning. It sits about 30 yards back from the beach. I was there for 2 weeks and rarely saw other people on the very peaceful beach. A great location, but you will need a car. I will definitely go back.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The location is centrally located and close to George Town and restaurants and stores. We appreciated the laundry facilities and beach gear. Chrystale was very accommodating.

Great location with easy access to a restaurant/bar, pool, and beach. Serves as a cozy landing pad when taking a break between beach days. Private studio amongst a community of apartments. Access to convenient parking lot. We really enjoyed ourselves!

We loved staying at Sandy Beach Cottages - this was our first visit to Exuma and we wanted a centrally located location for exploring the island and this fit the bill perfectly. We stayed in the upper apartment and it was very spacious with large living area, large kitchen area and we loved how the balcony looked directly out on the beach and water. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were very nice as well and we used the washing machine and dryer while we were there. There we also beach chairs, snorkel gear and umbrellas provided as well.

This place was incredible and has hosts to match! Lidia and Eric went above and beyond to communicate with us before and during our trip. They were so helpful and answered any questions we had immediately! The condo is located in great proximity to most things we wanted to do and seemed central to the airport and to the main town of George Town itself. We rented a car and explored the island but I wish we had devoted more time to just enjoy the beach at the condo. It is simply beautiful at Hooper’s Bay. We spent many afternoons and evenings just floating in the bay or going for a trip in the kayak or paddle board. They have many chairs as well on the beach. The balcony/deck chairs are great to sit out on and enjoy the view from above. The concrete stairs down to the beach can feel a little steep but there is a handrail and they are really wide and easy to navigate. Outdoor showers and water hose was placed perfectly to use after being on the beach. Comfy beds and a nice kitchen area!
