Welcome to Henry Louise and the Parrot, a charming one-bedroom villa nestled in the heart of the island of Exuma. It is centrally located between the airport and Georgetown. The home consists of 4 units 2 upstairs & 2 downstairs, all consist of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen. However, only two units are available for rental. It is located on a private sandy beach which is several miles long. This unit is located downstairs with its own private entrance.

High tide is a beautiful ocean view home with beach access (less than a 5 minute walk) and about a 5 minute drive of Sandals Emerald Bay public beach access. Quick 10 minute drive from the airport. Enjoy the sunrise from the front patio. We also provide beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels, some snorkel gear, volleyball, frisbee, board games, and books for your enjoyment. Back patio has tables and chairs. Additional chairs are available to pull on to the front patio.
