Vacation rentals with beach access in Farmer's Hill

Sheila’s “Lower Deck Apartment” was a perfect jump off spot for our active family of four. Although not within practical walking distance from the beach or amenities, everything was a short drive away. Groceries, restaurants, beaches, boat rentals, etc. were nearby. You will need a rental car if you stay here, or get really good at arranging taxis. We couldn’t find snorkeling gear to rent, so we bought some where Sheila recommended and donated it to the house. The apartment is peaceful and pretty with just enough of the basics to cook most anything. The beds are plastic coated, which we figured is normal in the tropics. But it does make for noisy shifts in the night. All in all, we would like to return to Sheila’s place should Exuma be a future destination. The island is just wonderful with excellent splashing and snorkeling, and the many locals we interacted with were warm. The general easygoing vibe there affected the whole family.

Very good. Practically on the beach, sunbeds, towels and snorkeling equipment available. Well furnished house, very clean, very comfortable for two people. Very convenient check-in and check-out. Glenn is always available. The perfect location, on a great beach and with a great restaurant just a few meters away. Everything was very good. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Bonefish La Vista. Jott the property manager was fantastic and made sure we had all the island information we needed as well as making sure we were okay during the stay. The beach location is incredible and the apartment ticked all our boxes. A fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again if/when we revisit Exuma!

Marisa’s place is just perfect! It has everything you need and it’s a 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beach. Very spacious with a perfect layout. We enjoyed our stay here so much. Recommendation to rent a car if you want to explore different areas in the island. Thank you Marisa for being the perfect host!

Great location and place to stay while visiting Exuma, Very clean and lots of space for the two of us or more. Convenient area to walk to splash bar across the street or to Jolly hall and enjoy the beach. Beach towels/cooler/sunscreen was also available on hand to make the most of our beach days. Clinton was very responsive and accommodating for any needs or questions. I will definitely be booking with Clinton again when returning to Exuma.

As described, for us it was practical and comfortable, the location was perfect and the views were like postcards.

We had an amazing stay in Exuma! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Janerese was an incredible host — so kind and helpful. She even picked us up from the airport and brought us back when we left, which made everything so easy. We truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Exuma!

Our stay at Da Junkanoo Shack was one of the best experiences we've had. Our place was perfect for the two of us. Our hosts were so frienldy, helpful, and polite. We highly recommend staying here. Jack’s Island House was phenomenal. The house itself was clean and extremely well appointed. There were more than enough towels, water pressure in the showers was amazing, the outdoor showers are a dream, the mattresses are comfortable, pillows are fluffy. It was all great. No complaints. The kitchen has more spices than I do at home and every utensil you need to cook. We cooked dinner almost every night. The view is stunning and literally takes your breath away every morning. I will miss morning coffee on the deck looking out at the blue water. I think Jack could charge double for his place- I was truly in awe of where we stayed. We vacation 2-3x per year and usually stay in an AirBnb because we have 3 kids- I can say without a doubt this is the best place we’ve ever stayed at. Both Jack and the house manager were so helpful and responsive for any questions we had. We were so very sad to leave!!!

We had an amazing holiday, and this was mostly thanks to Alicia, the co-host of this apartment. From day one, she offered us to drive us to the most wonderful beaches and since she knows the island very well we couldn’t have a better experience. She has given us the best advices on where to go, what to do and who to refer to for excursions. The house was amazing, very big and in a very safe and quiet zone. It had everything someone could need, from the kitchen, to the bathrooms, the bedrooms and living rooms with comfortable sofas and a big TV. We were impressed by Alicia’s kindness towards us, she treated us like close friends from day one and we were extremely pleased to had the opportunity to enjoy her company during our holiday. If you are visiting Exuma, you really want her to be your host, trust me! She will give you the best advices ever to visit every corner of this precious island, to appreciate every moment spent there. Grateful to have chosen Alicia and this apartment!

Paradise Point was absolutely perfect! We let Travis do all the thinking for us and we were so glad we did! We truly got to relax and Travis took care of every detail from the rental car, excursions, and even restaurant recommendations. We will never forget the moment we first walked thru the gate at house. The view was breathtaking! This home exceeded all of our expectations! Resa was amazing and was just a message away if we needed anything. The house was fully furnished with things we didn’t even know we would want or need! Thanks for sharing your home! Ghandi’s place was absolutely perfect! Waking up to the ocean view every day was amazing. We really enjoyed everything about Ghandi’s place. The driveway is a little rough so I would definitely recommend renting a jeep for travels but aside from that we enjoyed everything! Traveling 5 minutes from the house you can visit Cocoplum beach and exuma point beach, I recommend seeing both at low tide! I also recommend eating at Shoreline restaurant, also 5 minutes from the house. It was the best food we ate all week. You can also easily get to exuma water sports tour from Ghandi’s place. You will not be disappointed!

The house was really nice and as described, located in a more quiet area on Exuma. Direct beach access from the terrace. Check-In and communication was nice and easy. All facilities as described.

This was our second time staying here, we love it!! Quiet area, great view and convenient location if you want to adventure north or south.

the place is more beautiful than the photos so private so peaceful absolutely enjoyed my time there I can't recommend it enough the place is so clean and the views are amazing lots of space beautiful wrap around deck I will definitely go back

A Home Away from Home in Paradise 💫🏝️ We recently stayed at the Jericho Beach House in Exuma, and it was an extraordinary family trip! The moment we arrived, Exuma and the Jericho house felt like home. A special thank you to Karin, who was incredibly helpful. She provided excellent suggestions on restaurants, boat rentals, and anything else we needed, responding almost instantly to our requests. We didn’t meet Karin, but we left feeling like we made a new friend. The cottage exceeded our expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice—it’s clean, with comfortable beds and nice linens. The kitchen is fully equipped with every gadget imaginable, making cooking a breeze. We enjoyed local fish and lobster from vendors nearby. The huge grill outside, made cooking and dinning el fresco so enjoyable. The beach, right outside the door, is one of the most beautiful I’ve seen. The location is perfect, being close to Georgetown and the airport. We highly recommend this gem, we will be back so

It is located in Little Exuma in the area where there is almost nothing. House in the tranquility of Barraterre beautiful and has just been renovated all new . Equipped with everything you need It is built on two floors with 2 bedrooms (one double and one with 2 single beds) each with bathroom A shared bathroom Small but fully equipped kitchen x 4 She also provided us with water and drinks in the fridge. Mirrored Ground Floor. There's a place with a washer dryer and all detergents Outside 4 sun loungers for relaxation. Very windy at night but I don't know if it's the time Jenny(the wife)was always available for anything(she also helped us with excursions)and one morning she cooked us the typical Bahamian breakfast. I'd be back in a hurry! Terrace with a view of thewater

A great budget option in the middle of the island for easy exploration and walking distance to Jolly Hall. The apartment was quiet and comfortable. We also rented a kayak from the host who directed us to nice quiet beach around Man O War cay for novice kayakers. Highly recommended!

We loved every bit of our stay. The owner was responsive and very friendly. There is a bar/restaurant right in front of it- super convenient, and we met the owner of that restaurant who was also very friendly. It is a popular spot for the locals at night. The home was clean, no complaints. There is AC in both of the bedrooms, which is great, but not in the living room/kitchen. That was not a problem for us with the temperature during April, and able to feel the breeze through the screen at times. The beach is gorgeous and private. It was one of our favorite beaches that we had visited/experienced. We saw starfish, an eagle ray, and lots of fish right off the beach. We stayed at Hoopers Bay at another airbnb right after this stay, and we prefer this spot. Hoopers is nice and very convenient to shops, grocery, and restaurant options. But this spot is mixed in with the locals and the culture. We hope to be back again soon!

Terecita's place is well thought out. It is clean and comfortable with everything you need. The complimentary toiletries, drinks and snacks were very thoughtful. Thank you. I look forward to staying here again.

Our second floor apartment looked even better than the pictures! Villa #8 was spacious and perfectly clean. The beach view from our balcony was divine with access right out of our door. Our hosts were available for all of our needs and they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We highly recommend with extra stars!!

We loved the condo and pool!

This place was incredible and has hosts to match! Lidia and Eric went above and beyond to communicate with us before and during our trip. They were so helpful and answered any questions we had immediately! The condo is located in great proximity to most things we wanted to do and seemed central to the airport and to the main town of George Town itself. We rented a car and explored the island but I wish we had devoted more time to just enjoy the beach at the condo. It is simply beautiful at Hooper’s Bay. We spent many afternoons and evenings just floating in the bay or going for a trip in the kayak or paddle board. They have many chairs as well on the beach. The balcony/deck chairs are great to sit out on and enjoy the view from above. The concrete stairs down to the beach can feel a little steep but there is a handrail and they are really wide and easy to navigate. Outdoor showers and water hose was placed perfectly to use after being on the beach. Comfy beds and a nice kitchen area!
