We were super satisfied and would be happy to come back! Mohamed was very friendly and flexible, came extra to the apartment and showed us everything. In case of problems, he was immediately available. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment has a great location right by the sea and above the Istmarina Mall where there are great restaurants and shops. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment offers a perfect balance between price and quality. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need. The best part, however, is its location — within walking distance of all the main sights. It takes just about 5 minutes to reach the seafront, and the Kadıköy ferry station is a pleasant 15-minute walk through the stunning streets of this beautiful neighborhood. I would definitely recommend Demet and her apartment for a lovely holiday in the amazing Moda.

A little Gem in Moda. Located right in the Center of Moda, equidistant to anywhere you want to go to in Moda. You will find restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and any outlet you may think of within a walking distance. Orhun was an excellent host, sent us all what we needed to know ahead of time with very clear instructions. He was quite helpful and accommodating in every sense. The apartment was immaculate and everything was spotless with fresh linen. Extremely well equipped apartment, having literally everything you need for a short or a long stay, and would make you feel right at home. The apartment was well heated, with excellent plumbing and a very practical and well equipped kitchen. If you are looking for a hidden gem, that is practical with no frills and lets you discover Moda in every way yet knowing you will come back to a comfortable and homey apartment, I highly recommend Orhun's apartment.

Acun's apartment was really clean and well organised! It had everything we needed for an amazing visit to Turkey, in an incredible location. The sea front is 5 minutes walk away and there are tons of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Totally recommend staying here as an alternative to the much more touristy parts of Istanbul. Acun was really helpful and quick to respond. Great flat in a a great building in a great area. No more needed.

Hülya is a great host. Polite, informative and helpful, when asked. Tolerant to the pets - most important for us. We will be staying there on our next vist to İstanbul.

Serkan's apartment is quite unique. The location is excellent: a vibrant neighborhood with excellent bars and restaurants, but also great places for kids such as a part, a basketball court and access to a Bosphorus walk. Still, the house is a bit protected and does not get any of the noise of these places. the apartment is quite special, very well structured, lots of space and 3 bedrooms, which is very rare in Istanbul! If you are travelling with kids/family, this is the perfect place for you!

We had a great time! The house is suitable for children and dogs. Our dog loved the garden! Living area looks like small in the pictures but it was more than enough for 4 people. We did not have any problem with heating stystem and hot water. Communication with the host was very easy. Thank you we enjoyed our stay very much!

We were actually given a different apartment/ house but just around the corner from one we had booked as there was a problem as previous guests had damaged the first one. Overall it worked out better for us as it didn’t have stairs to go upstairs etc and my friend who has trouble climbing stairs found this better for her. Check in was easy and instructions clear. Lovely place to stay and in walking distance to Moda sea front which is beautiful and lovely bars and restaurants and shops and ten mins walk to the ferries to the European side. We would come again! We stayed with my wife for 1 night, Mr. Fatih helped us with everything, everything was clean and tidy, the temperature of the pool was very good, the morning breakfast was quite sufficient for two people, there are problems with hygiene in such places, but everything was sparkling clean, maybe we were more careful than I was pregnant, there are shops 2 minutes away by car for dinner, we preferred to take meat and barbecue in the garden, we had a good time on the advice of Mr. Fatih, we had a very pleasant time, the host woke up the morning with a bell and breakfast, they entered the garden directly in the bungalow we stayed before, they respect your privacy here, everything was as in the photos and worked smoothly, air conditioning, wood fireplace, barbecue, shower, hot water, projection, in short, we were very satisfied, in short, it was more convenient than other comparisons, it was a place we would prefer again, my only suggestion was that you should take the time off, you will be more comfortable. A house with a spacious porch in a beautiful location. But it is not possible to go down around the stream, it is quite steep.

It was EXTRAORDINARY. I think it's one of the best apartments I've rented in Istanbul. Breathtaking views of the islands. The cleanliness of the place, access to the metro and shopping centers very fast. I highly recommend this apartment, Mehmet was very responsive, very professional and really very kind. The apartment was as shown in the photos. It was clean and comfortable. There was no safety and privacy issue. Although we kept it recently, Mr. Deniz was helpful. Shops, restaurants nearby in the location. Transportation is easy. I recommend anyone who wants to stay on the Anatolian side to give a chance.

Very beautiful place and host! The area is amazing, with a lot of cafes and restaurants, but not crowded and very friendly. Sengul is amazing host, very helpful and kind.
