It’s a perfect place for a vacation of hiking and rafting. We used it as a respite on the halfway point heading home from a southern vacation. It was comfortable, super clean and a supremely well equipped kitchen. There’s a nice neighborhood bar and grill a stones throw away.

We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back. Pervis is a phenomenal host. He went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and has everything you need to enjoy time away from home. Don’t miss the hikes on the property. One of the highlights of our whole trip was hiking down to the river and enjoying the water. We also appreciated soaking in the hot tub when we were done with our hikes. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Maryana’s place was perfect! It matched the photos and description perfectly. The beds (even the couch — though we didn’t use the pullout) were SO comfortable! The towels were amazingly soft, the water was hot, and the kitchen was so stocked and easy to use. It was clean and cozy, and we would come back to stay any time. Maryana and her co-hosts were very communicative, which we appreciated.

From booking to check out Sharon was quick to respond and very helpful. We felt right at home from the moment we walked into her house. Beautifully decorated, spacious and has every amenity one would need. No detail was missed for their guests. Everything in the house is labeled and easy to find. The home brings a calm for relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. We loved our weekend stay and will surely be back.

Harmony house was fantastic! We had a great time exploring the national park just a stones throw away (literally). Laura went the extra mile and got me a cookie cake for my birthday which made the experience unforgettable. Would highly recommend.

This is the perfect spot for a bachelor party weekend. We came out to do some white water rafting, so the location was perfect. The pool, hot tub, outdoor grill setup is top notch. Our only criticism is that the kitchen is a bit of a wreck with a ton of water leaking out of the fridge and a heck of a lot of mold growing under the sink. That doesn't bother 9 guys on a rafting trip, though. Absolutely would come back!

Honestly the photos don't do this place justice! It is so much more beautiful and cozy. We didn't want to leave! So clean and thoughtful. They have anything you may need! He was very respectful and made sure we had everything!! The fireplaces and hot tub amazing!!! Their are so many places around to hike or walk. I highly recommend this cute little place! My little family had the best weekend! I'm so thankful this made such great memories for us!

We traveled to the area to explore New River Gorge. Easy access to the park. Traveled with my elderly parents and the accessibility features were perfect. Easy to get them in and out with their walkers. Relaxing space and quiet street. It was perfect for us! My Dad mentioned they were the most responsive hosts we have ever had at an airbnb.

I am very particular about where I stay. We would definitely stay here again. This is a very old home with a lot of character. It was truly like staying at a friends house. Very cozy. There are 3 bedrooms and a comfy couch. The kitchen was easy to cook in. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean. The linens and towels are not brand new, which was a bonus because they were super soft and comfy. They were all clean and fresh and smelled wonderful. The beds and couch were very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the Wii U. Karen was more than helpful and was super attentive and happy to help us with anything we needed. I was concerned that with it being a pet friendly rental that it would smell like dogs but it definitely did not. The trains do come by often. If you wear ear plugs they won't bother you at all. Honestly we enjoyed them. They are close enough to see and hear but not so loud that they hurt your ears. Our kids and family definitely recommend this rental.
