We had an amazing easter vacation at this incredible place! Herman was friendly, always courteous and super helpful with our questions and requests. He even made sure the beer pump that wasn’t working was replaced (at 10pm!) thank you a lot again, you saved our evening. ☺️ All in all a beautiful trip we’d love to repeat and our group of four approves. We were allowed to spend an unforgettable week in the "Old Painters House." Upon arrival it becomes clear: The location is an absolute dream. Quietly located, right on the water and away from the small country road, great for switching off. The decor is not only tasteful and cozy, but also designed with a lot of love for detail. We especially liked the large bedroom with its wide view over the surrounding meadows. A real highlight was the observation of thousands of nuns - right from bed! Nature up close without leaving the house. A short walk leads over a small jetty to the Sieltor, from where you can enjoy a great view of Ems and Dollart. Although the nearest rolls are a bit far away, they are of the highest quality. Conclusion: A wonderful vacation home with a very special atmosphere, surrounded by a quiet, inspiring environment. A week full of peace, nature and well-being – we will be happy to come back!

Jan is a super awesome host and the property is totally amazing!

Me and my partner stayed here for 5 nights and it was incredible! It matched all descriptions and anything that we had wondered about, Jolanda would be very accommodating and helpful. The Albert Heijn is less than 5 minutes away for groceries and cooking in the kitchen was comfortable. The windows are remote controlled but quite easy to figure out. Zwolle is one of my favourite cities and if I were to come again, I would definitely try to come back to Jolanda's.

Wonderful midweek near the Noorderplantsoen. Fantastically fully furnished house, with all the comforts, including work tables in the 2 bedrooms. Boes and Annemarie have really thought of everything, there are convenient brackets, storage space, hangers, etc. Well-equipped kitchen, which we have made little use of, honestly, because there are so many good places to eat in Groningen. Among other things, a great Ukrainian restaurants a few doors away. We'd love to come back!

We were there with two couples for a weekend from Friday to Sunday and had a great time. The apartment is newly renovated and nicely furnished. Towels and linens were provided. Check-in and out were uncomplicated and the apartment has everything you need. The rooms are much bigger than it looks in the pictures 👍🏽 The only flaw: in the bedrooms there are only thin curtains and no blinds, which is why it was very bright in the morning and with windows open and a lot of traffic a bit noisy. But that bothered us so little that this apartment definitely deserves 5/5 stars, ⭐️👍🏽 we'd love to come back :)

What a beautiful house in the middle of nature. We enjoyed the house, the garden and of course the area. The hosts are very nice who have used their cheerful art fame for style.

I felt very comfortable and welcome. It was nice and warm on arrival, it has everything you need, it is quiet. It also reminds me of Sweden, which makes me particularly happy, because I love this country. So everything is wonderful...

Lovely cottage in a farm house. The bed is extremely comfortable, pictures don't do the place justice, the interior is very cozy and charming. Host is very kind and the place feels home. Shops are walking distance, and the house is located opposite the canal, sunsets are beautiful. There is a bus 5 minutes walk from the house. Nice area to relax and unwind - away from the hustle and bustle of cities. The neighbourhood is peaceful and the villagers are friendly.

Good location, nice on the water Cozy and fully furnished space. Very friendly reception and guidance by Olaf. A plus is the garage box nearby that we could use, because parking is difficult in Groningen and the availability of bicycles.

What a delight and privilege to be part of the high standards of the Cloppenburg familie and enjoy the authentic activities of being on a working farm. As a city slicker from 1.6 million person Calgary, Alberta, Canada I do not know which end of a chicken is up so watching “The Farm Channel “ every day from our lofty perch…a sunny south facing deck of our pristine and pragmatic apartment was much fun. As part of a 7 week self planned independent road cycling vacation in northern Germany and Northern Netherlands Nenndorf is a very strategic area for road cyclists…near the Nederlands border and in #1 rated ADFC…German Cycling Association Emsland area that hugs the Dutch border at the western extremities of Germany. The beautiful towns of nearby Papenburg, Leer and little Rhede add value and opportunities to our stay. There is a huge Sport 2000 store in Aschendorf…5km away and a very new Giant concept cycling store in Rhede. This location, apartment amenities and superb family…Wow!

It was beyond expectations, feltl like home. Kitchen utilities were plenty. Surroundings were beautiful, peaceful and private.

Lyda's place is located in a wonderful spot in a beautiful town. The apartment is perfect for transport and to explore the surrounds. We had an amazing time!

I had a wonderful stay at Kerstin's place! The apartment was very quiet and perfectly equipped, there was really everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially want to highlight the cleanliness of the place, I felt at home from the first moment. My dog also felt right at home! Kerstin is an incredibly friendly and helpful host who was always available. I can absolutely recommend the place and will be happy to come back!

I needed a place to stay at short notice due to construction work. The location of the apartment is super central, restaurants are close by. The contact was very nice and straightforward. There is nothing to complain about.

We enjoyed it very much at Insa and Torsten's place. They offer a lovingly furnished apartment from which you can do a lot of business. Insa and Torsten were very helpful and friendly. We can only recommend the two. Jeannette and Birgit
