I had an unforgettable stay at Saro's apartment around 40 days. The place was simply amazing: modern finishes, high-quality appliances, and a great location. The building and entrance were also very impressive, everything was clean and well-maintained. I want to especially highlight the host, Saro, who was very responsive and kind. Sona and her team were brilliant, they responded fast to any questions, so helpful and kind. I had a crazy early flight and I was fortunate to get an early check in. They went out of their way to meet me early in the morning, which they did not need to do. You cannot go wrong with this place - walking distance to everything including supermarkets, restaurants etc. I will more than likely be back next year.

Awesome, clean, new, and good looking

It’s a great place with a friendly landlord. Davit is very supportive. The apartment has everything you might need. It’s close to 24-hour shops, an underground mall, restaurants, and the Cascade Complex, one of the must-see attractions in Yerevan.

We had an incredible time here (5 weeks). This is a super modern apartment in a new building in a quiet, peaceful, safe, and less polluted area of Yerevan (higher in elevation by a few hundred meters compared to the center where all of the air pollution collects). The photos correspond exactly to how the apartment looks in real life, so I will only mention what you can't see in the photos. The bed's mattress is quite comfortable (not too hard and not too soft), even though it's just a double bed. The couch and chairs are very comfortable. All of the appliances (heating, water, washing machine, drying machine [!!!], coffee machine, toaster, microwave, blender, espresso machine [!!!], etc.) were super new and worked perfectly. Food delivery and taxi apps worked very well. The host Anna was absolutely outstanding!!! She was prompt and helped us with any questions or requests we had. She even installed *additional* dark window blinds upon our request, which was amazing for us night owls.

I had a wonderful stay at Gohar’s place! The accommodation was comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. It was well-suited for a long stay, providing everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. Clean, tidy and comfortable apartment for two

We really enjoyed our stay in this Airbnb. We came after midnight and the check in provess was a bliss. Instructions were to the point. The airbnb was very clean and we felt like home right away. It‘s just few steps away from the cascades and has a beautiful view over the city. Highly recommend!

Irina was an amazing host! She was incredibly helpful and ensured everything was perfect for us. Even though we booked last minute, she went out of her way to provide a baby crib and even asked if we needed toys for our infant. The apartment was spacious, beautifully arranged, and conveniently located near shops, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. It truly felt like a 5-star stay. Highly recommend staying here!

The apartment has everything you could need: a dishwasher, washer and dryer, a work desk with a comfortable chair, plus extras like salt, sugar, and cooking oil. The location is ideal—right in the city center but still quiet. Check-in and check-out are easy. The only minor issue is some occasional noise from the neighbors, which is common in many Yerevan apartments and not something Levon can control. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Levon's place.

Wonderful experience staying in the wonderful city of Yerevan! The apartment is great, everything is exactly as pictured! The apartment is fully ready for your stay, there is absolutely everything from a toothbrush to leaf tea. Hosts are responsive, if anything is missing, they will bring them. We were with a small child, there is also a high chair and a crib. We left with a lot of gratitude to the hosts, thank you!

Such a nice place, complete and spacious! Felt at home. Gio communicates so well and is attentive to my needs. It’s a good walk to the center, close to universities. The neighbors in the surrounding apartments are friendly. Just a note in case you have heavy bags, the place is at the top floor with no elevators. Not a dealbreaker for me, aside from this everything was perfect.
