Family-friendly vacation rentals in Garni

For the entire month that we stayed here, this flat served all our purposes. The location is probably the most outstanding feature which is right in the middle of one of, if not the most, trendiest streets in Yerevan with lots of interesting shops, cafes and restaurants. Being on the fourth floor, the apartment was surprisingly quiet and it was nice to sit out on the balconies during some cooler evenings. It's a very spacious apartment, well equipped and nicely furnished for long stays. My only reservation was just the one air conditioning machine in the living room which was temperamental at times. We had to make constant effort to ensure that all other rooms were kept cool during 35-40 degrees heat outside. However, I can't imagine spending this month in any better location and in what was a very comfortable place to live in for spending some very special times. Thank you.

It is indeed nice and cozy place. Windows are on the west side. Sun lights balcony from 3 pm till sunset at 7pm. Air conditioning works well. Balcony is really spacious. You have everything you need in the apartment. Location is great too. Shopping mall is 100 meters from the building. Fitness center with pool & tennis courts is 10 minutes walk. Though highway is nearby, it is pretty silent in the apartment. No insects, no birds. Great place to stay!

Levon and his wife are absolutely AMAZING! They are the sweetest couple and so welcoming. Their house is a dream house for anyone who likes the traditional Armenian style. In fact, the place is where they both live so its super cosy and you feel totally at home. If you are after luxury, or a super comfortable bed and pillows, this place isn't for you but if you are looking for a place to feel at home, be comfortable, safe, have great hosts and have everything you need + the best location possible in Yerevan, then don't hesitate to book it. The balcony and the view! What can I say - it's almost impossible to find anything like it. Also its important to note we arrived at 5am and Levon greeted us with no problem - he also let me stay in the house until 10pm on my last day rather than midday which was the checkout time. Levon, thank you so much for being such great host. If I come back, which I know I will, I would love to stay at your place again if you let me! It was our second stay in Gary’s place - and I still think it’s one of the best apartments to rent in Yerevan! Totally recomend

Very pleasant apartment with fantastic views from the very top. It's clean and generous. The restaurants and other facilities are within walking distance. It can only be a little more difficult for people with a weak walking disability (e.g. with a floor). However, taxis are cheap via the common apps and come quickly. Overall a very good experience. Great and spaceous place at super convenient location! It is only few minutes walk to city center. Metro station, grocery store and bakery just across the street. Vardan is a is great host, prompt with communication and ready to help with everything!

Shushan’s place is very lovely, with a great balcony and beautiful open space. We really enjoyed our time here. The kitchen and living space have everything you need to relax, and it was cool and pleasant even in hot days in July. The only potential point to consider for group travellers is that the separate bedrooms do not have doors, only curtains, so you have to be comfortable with an open space. But for two of us staying, it was very comfortable! Hope to stay again in the future 😊

We had a wonderful stay at this panoramic apartment! The views from the windows truly made our experience unforgettable. The space was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was exceptionally helpful, and providing great recommendations for the area. My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

I'm so happy I found this place and met Rusanna and Ruben. They are the nicest couple, very kind and welcoming. The place felt like home, tasteful artistic homelike interiors and beautiful garden outside, it feel so nice to be there and wake up to the quiet of the nature. The location is truly unbeatable, with 5 minute walk to the Garni Temple and stunning views (which can be also enjoyed form the garden). Delicious meals available at the stay and restaurants with fantastic kitchen also within 3-minute reach. I couldn't wish for anything else, this location is a gem for anyone that wants to feel Armenia through their heart.

Tigran was very helpful, and responded very fast to all of our questions. We felt welcome and had no problem during our stay. The apartment is clean, cozy with a lot of natural light, and located in the heart of Yerevan. Everything is basically reachable by foot. Thank you again, for making our stay so easy, practical and enjoyable! Yerevan is a lovely city, and we can’t wait to be back!

The place is in a wonderful area and certainly worth the money we paid for the stay—great restaurants and shops right in the heart of Yerevan. The apartment was peaceful and quiet while life went on through the night in the streets. You won't need a car to walk through all of the attractions in downtown or shop at a grocery store. Exchanges and pharmacies at every corner. As to the host, Thomas and his assistant were very responsive and friendly. Once we had an issue, and Thomas took care of it right away and made our stay more comfortable. They even allowed us to check out later so we didn't have to carry our baggage with us while waiting for the departure time. The assistant helped carry the heavy suitcase down the stairs too. Very friendly and nice people.

It has been our third stay at George's apartment in Yerevan and we will definitely return again. Since our last time, the washing machine has been replaced with a new one. The apartment was very clean at our arrival.

We came in the middle of the night and Arpina was there to greet us. Whenever we needed something she or her mother responded right away. It’s close to corner grocery stores (literally a two minute walk away) and an easy walk to the Rio mall. Is simple to get taxis to the sights like Republic Square and Cascade Complex. We had 14 people (8 adults, 6 children—4 of whom are under 5) stay very comfortably. Only thing to watch out for with children is falling in the pool and if you have really little ones falling down the stairs. We kept careful watch though and everyone enjoyed.

I’ve never met such a hospitality as it was provided by Hasmik. Firstly she was very flexible, we arrived of a group of 11 men in the very morning and we left at 3am in the morning. Hasmik, even if it was such a terrible timing welcomed us and was bidding good bye to us, before we left she provided sandwiches and fruits for a journey. During our stay she served amazing breakfasts and was helping us with planning our journey around Armenia, arranged transport and was taking care if all is fine during the trip. She served us beautiful Armenian style dinner and drank a wine with us. House is equipped fully with whatever you need to have your stay pleasant and even if something is missing it will be arranged by a host. It has beautiful garden with swimming pool and bbq area. It’s really hard to express how grateful and thankful we are that we stayed at your place with you as a host ( even that there were some small issues with loudness of our group. Hasmik - you are a shining star!

This is the second time we’ve been staying in Ester’s apartment. The apartment is located in a nice complex. The host is very friendly and communication was great!

We are regular airbnb travelers and would rate Karen's place as the nicest we have ever been to. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, a beautiful place where life has its own pace. The place was very clean, self-made, had everything we needed to feel at home for a long stay - really sometimes even better than at home. To describe it shortly, it is a whole house at your command! WIth its own pool, beautiful garden, even domestic birds! Karen made sure that it is the best place to stay, the amount of work he put in this place is outstanding. Communication with him was great too - he provided everything we needed - even though we had a long stay, was always available and genuinely a great and kind person! We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment as this is one of the best experiences on this app. We are looking forward to staying here again!
