Monthly Rentals in Garden City

This was a quaint little house that is within minutes of downtown and the interstate. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We enjoyed ending our nights sitting on the backyard patio set with light conversations until bed. We arrived late in the day and had issues connecting to the Internet (AT&T outage) and Linda immediately responded and checked on it for us. We enjoyed our time here.

We had a problem with our hotel in Savannah so last minute we booked this great apartment. Matthew responded immediately so the process went very smooth. By the time we arrived at the apartment we could get right in. Thank you Matthew for such a quick response time! It made our frustrating night at the hotel turn out so much better! The apartment is great! Just as pictured. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Matthew is very good with communication. Instructions were perfect. We had a fabulous stay!!!

Extremely clean. Nice layout. Quiet. Nicely stocked kitchen that was a joy to cook in. Also, cold filtered water. It was truly such a nice and restful stop for our family on the way down to Florida. We were able to quickly get to Savannah in the morning after breakfast. Juan made everything super easy, plus he provided snacks and did I mention how CLEAN everything was? The cleanliness made it feel even nicer to rest after a long day of travel. Thank you Juan. (I was worried about the open stairs with my crawling baby, but Juan bought a baby gate to accommodate us and you can also very easily block the stairs with the big club chair.)
