Il soggiorno presso questa struttura è stato estremamente piacevole. La camera matrimoniale, dotata di una TV Samsung Smart, offre un ambiente confortevole e ben arredato, ideale per momenti di relax. Il bagno e la cucina risultano entrambi funzionali e forniti di tutto il necessario per un’esperienza comoda e autonoma. Il valore aggiunto della proprietà è senza dubbio l’area esterna: un giardino curato e accogliente, perfetto per godere di momenti di tranquillità. A completare l’esperienza, una vasca idromassaggio situata accanto al giardino, ideale per vivere un momento intimo e rigenerante. La posizione della struttura, a breve distanza dal centro di Firenze, la rende particolarmente adatta sia per soggiorni romantici che per chi desidera esplorare la città senza rinunciare al comfort e alla quiete. Un’esperienza che ci sentiamo di consigliare con convinzione.

Op deze fantastische locatie is Gary altijd aanwezig en de geweldige gastheer: behulpzaam op ieder gebied! Van adviezen over restaurants, de omgeving, routes tot hoe je een boete moet betalen De locatie is wat afgelegen maar dan ook heerlijk rustig!! Het huis heeft meerdere appartementen maar toch allen heel privé! Het enorme zwembad is heerlijk (en mooi schoon) Het appartement is fantastisch met super uitzicht over de wijde (prachtige) omgeving We hebben enorm genoten!!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella villa per un week end fra amici. La posizione é perfetta per raggiungere Firenze in pochi minuti. L'alloggio é incantevole, con tutti i comfort a disposizione per passare un soggiorno memorabile. L'host é stato da subito disponibile e gentile e pronto ad accogliere le nostre richieste!

Ambiente paradisiaco, in uno scenario spettacolare, vicinissimo al centro. Casa piena di tutti i comfort, elegante, perfetta per un totale soggiorno di relax. Antonio sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni tua richiesta, gentile, cordiale ed ospitale. Da ritornare sicuramente!!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Carlo et Elena. Le jardin clôturé et la piscine étaient de vrais plus. Sans compter toutes les petites attentions que Carlo a pu avoir pour nous, et même un cadeau pour notre petit chiot. Le logement est paisible entouré de montagnes avec une belle vue. Nous recommandons cette maison et son hôte car tout était parfait!

After being scammed by a con artist who advertised a villa that was derelict we found ourselves with nowhere to go to celebrate my mother in laws 60th birthday. We had a Grandmother over 80 and two children under 3, nine people in total and absolutely no idea where to stay. After a desperate search on air bnb, we found this beautiful villa. Having auto-booked it, we crossed our fingers and hoped we wouldn’t be disappointed when we arrived the next day. I can safely say, we were not. The house is absolutely phenomenal. Beautiful, spotlessly clean and so stylish. It manages to be spacious and airy while retaining a coziness and Tuscan charm that we were originally looking for. Our host, was charming and accommodating. He gave us the privacy to enjoy his home while still being on hand for anything we might need. The bedrooms are beautiful and the beds were very comfortable with crisp linens and fans in each for those hot Italian nights. The swimming pool is enormous, perfect temperature and CLEAN thanks to both the man who came to clean it for us and the little robot that chugs around the bottom when we weren’t using it. The kitchen facilities are top notch and our gorgeous host left us a basket with ingredients to make fresh Italian pasta with basil for our first day. He also popped down with a bottle of champagne for the birthday celebration. So kind and thoughtful. The house is in a wonderful village with an exquisite little restaurant nearby that serves some of the best pasta I’ve ever had. Situated under an hour from Pisa, Florence and Lucca it’s ideal for day trips. We had an absolutely unforgettable time and if you come to Tuscany I can not recommend this property enough. Thank you to our beautiful host for making the week so perfect. Ciao!

This home is the epitome of a classic villa in the chianti region. Lecchi is very a small village that is walkable to a market, bar & cafe, and one of the best dinner spots we visited in our entire trip to Italy - the Malborghetto restaurant is a must! We rented a car for this week of our trip, and would highly recommend doing so. There are many nearby villages with great trattorias and shopping options - and gorgeous views everywhere you turn. Casa di Lyndall is a roomy, well appointed home with all the amenities you could need. Very clean, and very comfortable, and the view out the front windows is beyond compare. Lyndall was very responsive and provided us with excellent recommendations of things to do during our stay. Clementina greeted us when we arrived and was so sweet and helpful. There is nothing we would change about our stay!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, entspannten Aufenthalt auf Bellavista. Angela und ihr Vater waren überaus gastfreundlich. Wir wurden mit eigenem Wein, selbstgemachtem Gepäck und hofeigenen Früchten versorgt. Der Aufenthalt auf Bellavista hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt und sind wir irgendwann erneut in der Gegend, kommen wir wieder! Familie Wehrli

Wij hebben 2 weken enorm genoten van onze vakantie in het heerlijke huis van Jeroen. Jeroen is een zeer attente, sympathieke gastheer: van de filmpjes ter voorbereiding van je verblijf tot tips voor uitstapjes en allerhande praktische zaken. Het huis is schoon en van alles voorzien. In de omgeving zijn mooie wandelingen. Steden als Lucca, Pisa en Florence zijn een stukje rijden, maar zeker de moeite waard. Het meest bijzondere van ons verblijf was toch wel de plek van het huis. Het uitzicht is echt fantastisch! We hebben enorm genoten in de tuin van het uitzicht, de stilte, de telkens veranderende luchten, de kerkklokken van de dorpjes in de verte… Wij gaan zeker nog een keer terugkomen!

Wat een fantastisch verblijf hebben wij gehad in dit heerlijke huis in Matraia! Vanaf het eerste moment voelde het als een thuis weg van huis. Het huis is ruim, smaakvol ingericht en brandschoon – precies wat je hoopt te vinden. Hoewel we de pech hadden dat het de eerste dagen koud was, bleek de verwarming snel en efficiënt. Binnen no-time was het huis behaaglijk warm, waardoor we volop konden genieten van onze tijd samen. Het absolute hoogtepunt? Zonder twijfel het terras. Vanaf daar kijk je uit over het schilderachtige Lucca – een uitzicht dat elke dag weer betoverend was, zeker bij zonsondergang. Een plek waar je eindeloos wilt blijven zitten, met een goed glas wijn. Voor onze kinderen was de slaapvide een groot avontuur. Ze vonden het geweldig om daar hun eigen knusse plek te hebben een detail dat hun vakantie nog specialer maakte. De ligging van het huis is ideaal: rustig en omgeven door natuur, maar toch dicht bij tal van leuke uitstapjes. Wij kijken met een glimlach terug.

This is an absolutely stunning place, on so many levels. The villa and surroundings look exactly like the pictures, but they can’t truly do justice to the tranquil beauty of the landscape and the comfort of the house. We loved this place. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. It was a bit cold for the pool, but we braved it a few times - hard to resist with the stunning view. The house is a quick walk to the tiny yet utterly charming town of Montebenichi, with its one lovely little restaurant (with wonderful food). There are other walks in the area, including down the road towards the nearby wolf sanctuary - the wolves add to the magical atmosphere with their baying at intervals during the day. The road to the house is narrow at times, and intimidating at first, but gets easier as you get familiar with the twists and turns. The overall location is perfect for exploring Tuscany, a quick drive to many of the top sites. This place delivers on the Tuscan dream vacation.

Comfortable and nicely appointed three bed / two bath apartment within walking distance to Luca old town. Very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend as an AirBNB. Host provided check-in and other information well in advance, and lots of helpful tourist advice / information about Luca and the area. Found Luca a great base to explore Tuscany.

We had a wonderful time in Vittoria's house in this fantastic location. Although we had so many difficulties getting there and only arrived at night (flight delayed and highway closed), her husband greeted us very kindly and showed us around the house. Vittoria was always super quick to respond and always helped us (e.g. turned on the heating when it suddenly got cold). Highly recommended!

Des hôtes disponibles et serviables, un hébergement conforme aux annonces, un excellent pied à terre pour découvrir la beauté de la toscane : Sienne, Pise, Florence, le chianti, la côte tout est accessible moyennant 45 à 60 min de route.

Wir wurden vom Empfang bis zur Abreise herzlich betreut. Das Häuschen in dem großen Gehöft war schön eingerichtet und mit allem Erforderlichen ausgestattet. Selbst gemachter Kuchen stand als Gastgeschenk für uns bereit. Bei besserem Wetter hätten wir auch gerne den großen, einladenden Pool benutzt. Zwei kleine liebenswürdige Hunde besuchten uns ab und zu und holten sich ihre Streicheleinheiten ab. Es war für uns eine erholsame Zeit mit vielen Möglichkeiten zu interessanten Ausflügen in die Umgebung. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

This 500 year old house is ideally situated in Tuscany and the Chianti region. It is a perfect place for day trips to other towns, for wine, tasting excursions, and for visiting Florence. The idyllic setting gives you a sense of country life in Italy, and the views from the patio and house are stunning. There are spectacular wineries within 5 to 10 minutes of the house. We found the house very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very very much. Rose and Pier couldn’t have been more helpful in planning our stay and excursions. We found through them fabulous restaurants, and wineries that we would not have discovered on our own. They were also incredibly responsive when we had questions. Our only confusion about the house was that the listing showed three bathrooms, but one was in the laundry room in a separate building . Just something to know. Thank you to Rose for a lovely vacation ! It was the perfect place to explore Tuscany from!

Alcova romantica a due passi dal centro città ma con i pregi della casa di campagna, silenziosa e ritirata. Bella struttura dove abbiamo passato una settimana di relax e che abbiamo usato come base per visitare Pistoia e l’Appennino. La signora Gianna ospite impeccabile. La consiglio

Sehr schöner und ruhig gelegener ehemaliger Bauernhof mit sehr netten und hilfreichen Gastgebern. Entspannung pur.

Das alte Steinhaus von Sabrina und Massimo ist sehr schön hergerichtet worden. Es ist gemütlich und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Da wir grosses Glück mit dem Wetter hatten, konnten wir die Laube im Aussenbereich mit fantastischem Ausblick, den Garten und den Pool ausgiebig nutzen. Ein Tipp von uns wäre noch, dass an der Eingangstür und den Schlafzimmerfenstern noch Fliegengitter angebracht werden könnten, dann wäre das Lüften einfacher ohne, dass es abends überall krabbelt. Ausserdem ist zu erwähnen, dass es direkt nebenan ein Haus gibt, das wohl selten genutzt wird, aber bei unserem Aufenthalt die letzte Nacht bewohnt war. Für alle, die absolute Ruhe suchen, wäre das vielleicht schwieriger. Für uns war es jedoch keinen Stern Abzug wert, da wir am nächsten Tag ohnehin abgereist sind. Sabrina und Massimo sind fantastische Gastgeber, die da sind, wenn es Hilfe braucht, aber nicht aufdringlich sind. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Séjourner chez Stefano & Roberta a été réel un plaisir. L'emplacement était parfait, la maison est super, confortable et très propre comme sur la description. Très bel environnement, calme et avoir un jacuzzi est un réel privilège dans ce bel endroit. Stefano & Roberta étaient toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Nous y reviendrons sans hésitation.

This was the most perfect, gorgeous stay. Irene gave us an amazing tour and the pictures of this villa don’t even compare to how beautiful this place is in real life. It was so peaceful and my friends and I could not have asked for a better stay. I wish I could stay forever, thank you so much Irene!

Un sogno che diventa realtà, uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia dove regna pace ,tranquillità e semplicità. Borgo di Quota a 10 minuti dal paese Poppi percorrendo una strada di tornanti ben mantenuta accessibile a tutti,tra l'altro nel paese di Poppi puoi trovare tutti i servizi possibili. Una menzione particolare alla Host Claudia , persona stupenda così come l'appartamento. Ma penso che le parole non bastino un posto così bisogna viverlo,e aggiungo che in zona si mangia davvero bene. Dimenticato a Quota troverete anche una bottega rifornitissima gestita da persone speciali.
