This is a 158-year-old apartment in the historical Urgliavich Building with the closest and widest view of Galata Tower. The building was renovated in 2012 and today it is redecorated. Very well located apartment, between Taksim Square and the Bosphorus. It's really clean, it has everything you need for cooking. There are restaurants all over the neighborhood and a small supermarket. Far from the hustle and bustle, it allows you to rest in peace after a day of walking. The tram, buses and metro are a 10/15 minute walk away. You can get everywhere on foot, just bring good walking shoes! Hassan is responsive, available and does everything to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Very friendly, he answered all our questions, without ever getting annoyed! See you soon in Chaa Allah!

A great place and a fantastic host all around. The apartment is spacious, cozy, and has everything you need for a short to medium-term stay. We stayed in the apartment for about a month. The host was extremely flexible and accommodating our requests for additional amenities and special requests like early check-in and late check-out. In terms of value and considering the current market for BNBs in Istanbul, I would say this is a good deal. Thank you, Ergül, I look forward to staying with you again!

Beautiful apartment located on the hillside. It is an old historical building with no elevator (the apartment is on the fourth floor). A big terrace with a stunning view. Two comfy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, and a big living room. Fully air-conditioned. The only problem we have experienced was mosquitos (we suggest the host increase mosquito nets). The furniture on the terrace has to be improved (more oversized table, chair). The neighborhood is pretty, with stores and restaurants. Consider that the house is on the hillside, so all the streets are uphill.
