Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Frigiliana

Victor’s villa was amazing! We loved our weeks stay there. The hot tub and the pool table was a big hit with the children. It was clean, spacious and had a good vibe. Almuñécar is a beautiful town and not too touristy so we got to experience the culture. We loved visiting Nerja nearby and Granada is an hours drive away. The only issue we had which has nothing to do with the villa and not Víctor’s fault is that it was up a very steep hill and would be challenging even for the fittest person. In my opinion you would need a car. Overall a 5* experience!!! 👍

Amazing place, we will definitely be back. Car is needed if or if to get to and from and go to the village. The house has all that you need and more. WiFi could be improved.

Rosario’s place is in a perfect location, great views, quiet yet close to restaurants and tapas bars. I wish I would have stayed longer at her place. The snacks were a thoughtful gesture arriving tired after my 2+ hour bus trip from Granada. In addition, a bathrobe and a pair of disposable slippers were provided. The apartment is as described. It’s more than what you see in the pictures because they don’ t show how the views when you are inside and how spacious it is with lots of natural light. And the patio, it is so pretty I could spend the whole day there with a book or with a sketch pad. I highly recommend her place in Frigiliana, a wonderful town. Huge thank you, Rosario and Javier, for your warm welcome and hospitality. The kindest airbnb host I have ever met. I hope to stay again at their place, hopefully next year. P.S. Javier was so kind to meet me in Nerja on arrival, and also on check-out day, drove me back to catch by bus to Malaga as he was going out to do an errand.

Great location, very comfortable for a large group. So many restaurants , the beach, public transportation all within walking distance. We had an amazing time in Malaga. Thank you Augusto

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Tony’s house. Everything we needed was available to give us a comfortable stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. Tony and his wife are great hosts and extremely friendly 😊

We had a very nice stay with two adults, a baby and two dogs at Joaquin and Manoli's place. The place is a good size and was very clean. The outdoor area is also very well maintained and perfect for relaxing days by the pool. Joaquín and Manoli are great hosts, check-in and communication were straightforward and warm, we felt very welcome right from the beginning. Particularly noteworthy: 1. On the second day, you put a stuffed animal with personal message outside the door for our son. 2. After our departure, you sent us an item of value that we forgot in the apartment from Spain to Germany without incurring any costs. So absolutely recommended overall, and thank you for everything!

A place full of magic, pleasant tranquility and natural beauty, without frills. The perfect place for rest and unforgettable holidays. We were there as a patchwork family with four children (11-16 years), and it was ideal for us. We loved cooking together and enjoying the time together. A car is necessary to reach the beautiful beaches in the area (about 30 minutes drive). We really enjoyed our stay.

You cannot live closer to the beach. The apartment offers everything you need and is kept clean. The communication between the host was very friendly, clear and fast. Two points to consider: there is no air conditioning (fans are installed) and it’s not easy to cool down and the area itself wasn’t the prettiest I ever saw and therefore didn’t quite suit the lovely apartment. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend this stay. Thanks to Gina and Jan!

We really enjoyed our holiday in this very special place. The great taste in interior design, the fantastic garden with private pool and ocean view made our stay even better. Juan Jesus' apartment is very cozy, in a great location (supermarket, bars and restaurants, bus stop below the house, a stone's throw from the beach). What surprised me the most and left a mark is the beauty of the view that the house offers: from its balcony you can see the whole country and the sea. Juan Jesus was very helpful and responsive to our questions. I will recommend it to all my contacts when they want to go to Malaga and I will definitely come back myself on my next trips to the city.

Nice appartment. Everything that needed was there. Rooftop terasse with a wonderful view. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Simon & Jeanette are a really friendly couple. Can absolutely recommend the stay, when you’re looking for an accommodation.

Wonderful retreat - fantastic 360 panorama with astonishing views. Incredibly peaceful and exactly as described. Absolutely top quality design/architecture of the property as a whole, it has been really thought through and marries form and function beautifully. Mette is a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble and she was incredibly responsive. The only guidance I would add is that it is isolated - which is the whole idea! It’s not a long drive (40 mins to nearest beach) but the roads do need a bit of getting used too and you need to be a bit more planful than spontaneous. But overall as good as it gets for this sort of holiday and property!

Fantastic experience. My guy and I went to spend a few days relaxing and they have been great. The place is beautiful, even better than the pictures. A small house with everything you need, very clean and tastefully decorated. The garden is a blast, a magical place with amazing view. The estate is secluded from the village, so it's perfect for disconnecting from everything. It is close to Frigiliana, Torrox and Nerja, so there are a thousand plans to make. Special mention is the treatment of Angela and Fernando, who have been unbeatable hosts, who have been unbeatable hosts. We will be back, the week was short for us.

We had a wonderful time at Craig's house which exceeded our expectations. Craig advised us from the first contact, easily made special requests possible and was in touch during our stay. Georgina, the housekeeper, welcomed us as if we were guests with friends and supported us far beyond her jurisdiction. The house and outdoor area are beautiful and even more great and cozy than in the photos. We used all the areas and - to tell the truth - we almost never left the house because we felt so comfortable there. The quickly accessible Competa is a lively, beautiful village with great people, and you can't get enough of the scenery that you can see over the infinity pool and from all the windows. Many thanks to Craig and Georgina for the fantastic stay!

Helen went above and beyond in so many ways! We were so grateful. Helen makes a handshake feel like a hug, and like we are her family’s personal guests. She was so helpful is every way, and amazingly kind.

The house is great, with plenty of details. It's a 10 minute drive to the beach and next to the highway to move to other areas. What we liked the most were the views and the fireplace, there was firewood available for use.

It was an absolute privilege to spend 10 days in this STUNNING villa. The decor, the pool, the views, the choice of patios and balconies, the flowers ... every thing about it was absolutely perfect. The pictures do not do it justice! I highly recommend this villa.

This property is lovely, with a great pool. Communication was really good with Christian. Although it’s not far from Frigiliana it’s not really possible to walk due to lack of pavements on the bendy road - however it is a quick drive. Frigiliana is beautiful. We had a great time staying here.
