Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Friesland

Our stay was wonderful! The accommodation was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The host was excellent in communication—friendly, quick and helpful. The location was also perfect: a quiet area, ideal for relaxing, but at the same time plenty to do nearby. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a carefree and pleasant stay!

The apartment is fantastic, nicely decorated and spacious. everything was present, including soap, shampoo, etc. There was even some goodies ready for us. We enjoyed it. The area is quiet and you are really within a 5-minute walk in the center.

A nice place, nice spacious and bright house with all the necessities for a few days away. We could cook there and the dog could go outside. The hot tub was a nice addition. Jan and Elly responded quickly to our questions and were very accommodating. Just out of town and a few days Lauwersoog: we recommend it!

We had a nice time in the beautiful Frisian landscape. Enjoyed Lake Tjeukem, ideal place from where you can make bike rides to a lot of nice Frisian towns and lakes. Also rented the sloop from Marcel and Ellen for another day and sailed to the Slotermeer. Wonderfully just. The beds are fantastic. The air conditioning works great. Supermarket 12 minutes by bike. Nice terrace by Lake Tjeukem. The kitchen is small with 2 burners, but everything is there. We can very much recommend this Airbnb.

Spacious accommodation and full of comforts and a beautiful panoramic view. Friendly hosts who are ready for you and enjoyed the hot tub.

Had a great time. We had beautiful weather, but the hot tub was still nice, especially for the kids. Close to the water and a lot to do nearby for those looking for.

We had a super nice and relaxing weekend in a beautiful place. The jacuzzi made it complete. The hospitality made us feel right at ease. We will definitely be back!

We had a short vacation with two children. The accommodation has enough space for a family of 4. The rooms were all clean. You have everything you need. And we had felt like at home. In the garden there is a nice sauna and a large hot tub. The sauna is worth the money in our opinion. And we were allowed to enjoy the hot tub to the fullest with the wood provided to us free of charge. The surroundings and a very nice playground also leave nothing to be desired. I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you and all the best!

The stay is worth the price. However, it is worth having your own basic equipment of kitchen ingredients with you, if you want to cook as wonderfully with the wonderful view from the kitchen to the sea;-). (You will have to buy everything - salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, spices, etc.) But the jumbo in the village is a great shop (7 min. in the car) and the essentials would also be available in the campsite shop. 4 minutes by car/10-15 min. by foot) However, the towels for the bathroom are offered and included. You don't need to bring anything. Look forward to unforgettable days at sea!

The place is in a great location and offers a silence that is like no other. Really excellent for a secluded getaway! We had booked the accommodation spontaneously for one night, as our actual accommodation was overbooked. The owners responded incredibly quickly after we were able to contact them through the neighbors. Without their intervention, we wouldn't have known where to find a place to stay that night. So we had a nice family vacation. Thank you and best regards!

What a wonderfully beautiful holiday home! Everything was taken care of to the last detail: clean, tidy and fully equipped. You notice that this has really been paid attention to. Communication with the host was more than good – quick, friendly and clear. This address is absolutely recommended as far as we are concerned. We would love to come back here again!

Very nice space. Glad there are separate rooms where you can retreat for a while when you are with a group. Room/apartments are nicely decorated and well equipped. The bed cities are also very nice. The amenities are really great. For example, we used the jacuzzi, sauna and the BBQ. The area is beautiful. Were awakened with a view of the woods. And lots of parking.

The house is sensational. Very impressive high rooms, huge and very tastefully decorated. Everything you need is there. You can park right in front of the house. Just right for our family trip (10 people). We wanted a quiet house near the North Sea. Sandra and Nic are great hosts. We can all recommend the house.

What a lovely cottage!! We loved the tranquility and the hottub..the cottage and garden offer lots of privacy! Sjoukje responds quickly if anything is needed. And what a service that the hot tub is already warm when you arrive!

We had a lovely stay at Effeniks's! In retrospect, we secretly regret that we hadn't booked much longer. The hot tub with large wide views, exactly where the sun goes down, is wonderful. The cottage is beautiful, clean and equipped with every comfort. Really a place to relax and get out of the daily hustle and bustle.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house right on the waterfront! The property offers exceptional space and is superbly equipped – ideal for larger groups. We were received in a very friendly manner and immediately felt at home. Particularly practical was also the possibility to easily rent a boat right in front of the house. Our entire group was thrilled, and we'd love to come back. We can highly recommend this house to any group looking for plenty of space and comfort!

Jan provided us with a more spacious cabin that suited our needs (small camping bed for baby). The cabin had just been renovated, everything was new and clean. That's very kind of him. We were located on the edge of a lake overlooking the countryside (cows) it was very peaceful. Also there were campfires and there is enough to entertain young and old. I recommend it!

If you want to stay overnight in the Plattenland, this is absolutely recommended. The description already indicated that it is “back to the basics” staying overnight, so you should definitely take that into account. The chalets are simple but cozy, with a kitchenette, water heater with tap water and heating for a pleasant temperature. The plumbing is in a shared space, and while it is not luxurious, everything is functional with simple showers and toilets. The absolute highlight? Each chalet has its own jacuzzi with views over the country. You can also make your own campfire, although you have to arrange wood yourself. The only thing to take into account is that the chalets are next to each other and the path to the shared sanitary facilities runs along the chalets. So there is no complete privacy and tranquility. But that doesn't take away from this great experience of staying “on the farm”, where you wake up in the morning with a view over the countryside and the day starts in your own jacuzzi

What a wonderful, heavenly place. We enjoyed the gigantic garden, the hammocks, the jacuzzi under the starry sky. The house has also all the comforts inside. We had very nice contact with Yvonne and her nice family, what warm people. Definitely recommended if you want to relax for a while.
