This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

A unique, wonderful hideaway! The apartment has recently been renovated and complete interior designed by the owner who managed to match beautiful features with pragmatic living. It enjoys its own private entrance trough the garden and is situated in a prime location in Kreuzberg. In the vicinity you will find beautiful shops, supermarkets, restaurants, museums and Berlin's most popular parks. The apartment is the perfect base for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families.

Ein ehemaliges Ladenlokal wurde ausgebaut zu einem Wohlfühl-Apartment mitten in Berlin Kreuzberg. Hofseitig, hell, begrünt und ruhig. Das Haus ist liebevoll saniert und hat eine nette Nachbarschaft. Die Umgebung bietet vielfältige und erlebnisreiche Straßen mit Restaurants, Cafes und kleinen Läden. Der Supermarkt gegenüber und ein "24h-Späti" versprechen kurze Einkaufswege. Es gibt eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung! (Potsdamer Platz, Hauptbahnhof, Mitte und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten)

In mei een week verbleven in het huisje van Monika en Uve. Het ligt op een prachtplek in een buitenwijk van Berlijn. S-bahnstation op loopafstand. Het huisje is volledig uitgerust. Knus. Heerlijk wandelen en fietsen. Kortom wij hebben een geweldige week gehad. Aanrader!

Wer sich auch im Urlaub wie zuhause fühlen möchte, ist bei Peter und seiner Frau goldrichtig. Beide waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben gern weitergeholfen. Vom Check-in an habe ich mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Apartment ist wunderbar in einem grünen Randbezirk Berlins gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Haushalt braucht. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, die fußläufig erreichbar sind, ist man auch schnell bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Berlin zu bieten hat. Ich komme sehr gern wieder und bedanke mich für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Andre and Daniela were great hosts. The apartment was ready for us and the entry was easy. Everything that is needed for a disabled person was readily available and had instructions on its use. It was a comfortable, quiet time, in a great neighborhood. If I come back to Berlin, I will be sure to try and book another visit with Dani and Andre. Thanks!

Gwendolyn's apartment is stylish, super comfy, with brilliant bathrooms and a well appointed kitchen. With it being a ground floor ex shop with huge windows to the street, I was worried about privacy but the curtains and (triple?) glazed windows make it totally private and surprisingly peaceful! The location is well connected with buses and U-Bahn, two minutes from a supermarket, and practically on top of Charlottenburg Palace and its beautiful park. A perfect, relaxing holiday spot that's still a great base to visit central Berlin via public transport. Gwendolyn was a super responsive, friendly, polite, and helpful host, with no fuss or confusion. A1 stay - would LOVE to come back one day. Thanks Gwendolyn!
