Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg

We were in the apartment with a group of 8 girls. It was the perfect size. The location is a little "outside" but with the S-Bahn directly outside the door no problem to get anywhere at any time of the day and night. Communication was friendly but not intrusive. We had some concerns about our volume because of a few reviews, we play a lot of games and it is laughed out loud and heard music at normal volume. Fortunately, we didn't bother anyone, so I can't understand the negative reviews on this. All the best. If you behave normally with common sense, you have a nice time there.

The accommodation is in a very good location with the bus and metro train station nearby. The apartment was spotless, tidy and very nice, we felt very comfortable. The neighborhood is charming, it is quiet, nice and has good restaurants nearby. Tobias lives next door and for anything we have it there, and he is a attentive and very friendly person. On the last day of the stay, Tobias keep our suitcase in his apartment without a problem so we could take advantage of the last day by Berlin.

It was really perfect stay! Nikolai and his brother were extremely kind and the communication was very easy and perfect. As Nikolai was away due to travel, his brother helped me for early checkin and bring my luggage. The location is very close to tram(almost 1-3 mins from the building) so I felt very safe to come back home at night. Going to the city centre takes only 10+ mins by a tram and it was very convenient to travel around in Berlin. The room was very bright, clean, cosy and super spacious! The bed was comfortable and it has enough space to unpack my luggage and hang your clothes. The wardrobe has really big mirrors, which is a big plus to me :) I’d definitely come back here if I visit Berlin again!

We had a wonderful time in Berlin! We feel that Andrew enjoys meeting guests and sharing a passion for his city with them. The place was clean, perfectly as described, and the welcome very warm. We recommend this place for those who want to experience Berlin by staying in a clean, well-equipped, organized studio at a good price. We had a great time. Ekki gave a good reception and extensive explanation about the house and tourist tips in the area. The house was very much and was had enough space for two adults and three children. The garden was great, the car could be parked on property. There were bicycles to borrow, we canned in the area and we could make a fire in the garden. The kitchen was very extensive with appliances. Beautiful bathroom with lovely shower. The connection with public transport to Berlin was good; the station in Wilhelmshaven was easily accessible by car, and from there you are in the heart of Berlin in 30-45 minutes. In short, recommended for people who do not want to be in the hustle and bustle of the city, but do want to go there a number of times. We definitely recommend this stay!

Beautiful and high-quality depot, centrally located yet very quietly located in the middle of Berlin with flexible arrival and departure, great communication and functional furnishings. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. Carsten

I was super satisfied with this accommodation, Özgür has an open ear for everything and is always happy to help you, rarely experienced such an attentive and nice airbnb owner, the property is in the green and is well maintained, you don't need to worry about anything with him.

This is definitely one of the best place I’ve stayed in Berlin, very quite area and family friendly. The owners are very nice and always there to help in anyways. This place really makes you feel like home. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone 😘

We spent a very pleasant week with the family at Katrin's house. The house is perfect and it feels good: spacious, clean, well-equipped, set in a peaceful environment (we had a good restful night), surrounded by forests - beautiful with fall colors. We were able to reach Berlin easily and also the city of Bernau not far away. Katrin is a friendly and available host (who speaks very good French!). We wish we had stayed longer!

Absolutely loved the place. Its outside the hustle bustle of the city and very nice place. The place is big with so much ammunities. We cooked for dinner in the nights. My son who is 3 years old loved the place more than anyone else. There are lot of toys for kids plus the cute Nemo who would always come for meals. I would absolutely recommend the place to whoever going to berlin. We stayed there for 3 nights and loved everything about it.

We loved our stay at Denise & Jurgen’s! They were lovely and responsive hosts who were super accommodating too. The place was beautiful too, just like the pictures.

My parents and I stayed at Jan’s flat for the Berlin marathon. It was ideal — the flat has great amenities and it’s large, spacious and very well-organised. Jan was the perfect host because he was responsive, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s also close to public transport links so we were able to travel to the centre quickly and easily. Overall, highly recommended and I’d love to stay here again when visiting Berlin.

The place is located near the subway and tram station so you can easily move around the city. The apartment it’s just as described in the photos. Jana was super friendly and easy to communicate and made us feel at home the whole time. Thank you again!

Tarik is truly a “super” super-host. From making sure I was greeted personally at check-in to messaging me daily to be sure I had everything I needed, Tarik could not have made my stay more welcoming. The apartment is fantastic: spotlessly clean, roomy, and well-appointed. It’s actually nicer than it appears in the photos! Just one example of Tarik’s commitment to his guests’ comfort: a small glitch with the shower was repaired immediately (how did he find a repairman so fast?) and Tarik followed up with me to be sure the shower was working. He even offered me use of his own shower (!), but that wasn’t necessary. This stay was definitely my best AirBnB experience of many. I looking forward to staying here again!

Amazing flat in a great location - Friedrichshain is great! Hosts are amazing and very responsive, they helped us with everything we needed very quickly. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Berlin.
