Beautiful and high-quality depot, centrally located yet very quietly located in the middle of Berlin with flexible arrival and departure, great communication and functional furnishings. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. Carsten

Oliver was a great host. He kept in touch with me and was there ready to greet me when I arrived. He is proud of his letting and rightly so. It is a well appointed house suitable for families or groups of friends. The place was spotlessly clean. The showers were especially noteworthy. The area is a short way from the central station. I would recommend that visitors make themselves familiar with the M10 tram line. I would highly recommend Oliver’s house. Thank you for helping us have a memorable weekend.

We felt very comfortable and at home in Jan's apartment! The amenities are bright and friendly, we slept very well and had more than enough space. Jan is very friendly and was able to give us helpful tips on where to buy bread in the morning and where to find great restaurants. If we go to Berlin again, we will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is totally clean and really nicely decorated. Communication with Daniel was super easy. Daniel is very accommodating and even put something in the fridge for us for breakfast. In the immediate vicinity there are opportunities for shopping and the public transport is also reached totally quickly and yet it is quiet. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is great. Spacious living room, kitchen and bedroom, with super clean bathroom. Location is good, easy to find from a nearby metro station. The area around is full of bars and restaurants, a sexy hub for young people or family on vacation. Maddalena is very nice and always ready to help. We communicate very well with each other. By the way, I love the art taste of this apartment, which I can tell the book collection and the painting on the walls. Unforgettable experience!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Cornelius gave excellent instructions and was very helpful with local recommendations. The location was incredibly convenient, with excellent public transport options into the centre of the city. Really easy for us, travelling with a toddler and an infant. We would love to return if we can; Cornelius's place was so much of why we enjoyed our trip to Berlin. Highly, highly recommended.

We booked Frank's apartment for a family vacation with two kids (4.5yr and 8mo old). The place was very inviting and it was perfect for kids: lot of space to run around, cozy atmosphere, a tv with streaming for down time, etc. The area is very nice and has a cute park right next to it, as well as many restaurants. But the best feature was Frank himself! Super helpful, kind to the kids and always happy to give relevant recommendations.

Tamara's place is very cozy, super clean and well located. Communication is fast, straightforward, and very nice. We will be back!

Great place and central location very quiet

We had a wonderful experience at Remy’s place. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth and easy, which made our arrival stress-free. Remy and his team were responsive, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed. We’re very happy with our stay and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience.

Mirco's Airbnb was spacious and very clean, and it was just a short trip from the train station. Mirco was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Anns' place, it was homely and spacious and had a nice vibe to it. The apartment is in a cool area of Berlin and only a short walk from the U and S Bahn train lines to easily get around the rest of the city. Ann was Very helpful and friendly and answered my messaged very quickly every time.

This apartment was perfect for our 4 night stay in Berlin! Barbara is an excellent communicator. She even met us early to let us into the apartment. The apt itself had everything we needed - so many nice comforts which made it a pleasure to relax in after sightseeing. There is easy access to public transportation; we never needed to pay for a taxi (tip- buy a multi day pass). There is a grocery store across the street and many restaurants in all price ranges. While in Berlin we enjoyed the Christmas Markets and Falling In Love show. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We were traveling for the weekend for the first time as a family with a toddler and it was optimal for us. Great location, beautiful surroundings for walking and a wonderful place to stay. Also, thank you for the friendly contact and flexibility. We'll be back.

Summary in English: Staying at Askan’s studio was amazing. The place is beautiful and spacious, with large windows that allow plenty of natural light. It has a well-equipped laundry, an efficient heating system, and a fully functional compact kitchen. The bathroom was great, with excellent heating, and stocked with personal hygiene and hairstyling products, including a diffuser hair dryer, which was perfect for my friend with curly hair. Askan was incredibly helpful, proactive, kind, and flexible, always responding quickly and ensuring our stay was comfortable. The location was excellent—close to the metro, a bus stop, cafes, bars, and a burger joint, all in a quiet street.

Apartment was gorgeous. Comfy beds, plush bedding. Location superb. Towels were provided but only one each..nothing separate for drying hair and the towels weren't really big enough. Friendly neighbours. Would have been great to have a second key so we could split up and explore alone. Slight wait for check in but just was extremely communicative following this and was amenable to a late checkout in return. High ceilings, beautiful decoration, lovely and warm.

The apartment was very clean and Atto was a great host. We were lucky that he was available when we arrived he even carried our luggage up the stairs for us! He was always quick to answer any questions even with how to get to the apartment from Berlin Airport via train and tram. By the way the tram stop is just a few hundred yards from the apartment making it super easy to get into central Berlin.
