Maximum occupancy is 2 Adults or 1 Adult and one child. The condo is new renovated in 2018 (new furniture, new kitchen, new TV) State of the art equipment : cable LCD TV, PlayStation 4; Apple TV ; Microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator; water kettle, Brita water filter, Keurig coffee machine & Filter caffee machine, Amazon tv with Netflix; first aid kit, fire extinguisher Our condo is ground floor, only 20 ft to the swimming pool. In addition, you'll be able to watch the sun set across bell channel from the back door. You'll be able to make your own meals in our fully furnished kitchen, or go into Port Lucaya or Taino Resort as options for meals. Pool Access Shared Access to Laundry The condos at Obera Beach are in one of the most peaceful and serene settings in Freeport. You will enjoy the quietness of the area, or you'll be able to go to Port Lucaya for nightlife and activities only a 10 minute boat ride from the flamingo bay hotel, which is only two minutes away from the condo.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The condo complex is located right on the white sands of Coral Beach in Freeport and our condo unit is on the first floor. Also on site is a bar/restaurant and a small spa for your benefit. This is a great location to unwind and unplug.
