Unwind with spectacular sunrises from this sunny waterfront cottage on a tidal cove in the Kennebec River! 30 minutes to Popham Beach, this is the perfect home base for a midcoast Maine getaway. The post-and-beam cottage has cozy furnishings and expansive views across a field, pond, and cove. Bald eagles and osprey soar overhead, sturgeon leap in the river & nights are full of stars. Not recommended for those with mobility issues. Owners live on property with small dog. Best for 2 adults.

Sunny room w/room darkening shades. Radiant floor in the bathroom. Smart TV. Low radiation WiFi. Ethernet jack. Heat pump for heat or AC. Large under counter fridge w/out freezer but we have one in the garage. Two burner infrared cook-top. Toaster oven, Hot H2O kettle & coffee maker. Kitchen is ready for cooking.

Close to great shops, restaurants, and beaches, and just a 20-minute drive from Bowdoin College. Adjacent to a boat launch, and a short walk from the Bath Marine Museum and a scenic dog park.
