This was the best Airbnb we've stayed at. Lovely village with restaurants, a bakery and markets for most of what you'd need. On arrival the house had been generously stocked with more than we expected. Argiro and her family were very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend Iro House. Thanks so much Argiro, we will be back!

Very nice, a little off the beaten path. Fantastic house with great pool. Communication was friendly and straightforward. The people in the village are very loving and there is no shortage of cute cats. Highly recommended!

Gonia is a great, quiet village. Perfect for a relaxing getaway after the chaos of the more populated areas of Greece, yet still close enough to get to the other areas of Crete that we wanted to visit. The host is a super-host for a reason! She brought us fresh produce from her garden throughout our stay, including the most beautiful tomatoes that we had ever seen. The house is very quaint and the stone keeps it cooler during the very hot summer months. The outdoor space offered here is wonderful for relaxing, either downstairs in the shade or upstairs in the sun in the hammock or at the second dinner table. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Had a great stay at Ioanna's place. Great, if you prefer a quieter village setting. Anytime again.
