Vacation rentals in Franklinton

We are repeat guests and can never say enough about how wonderful this place is. Ralph and Audrey are perfect hosts. It is serene and peaceful and a wonderful retreat. We have enjoyed this beautiful spot so many times through the years it feels like coming for a visit with family.

Wonderful farm. The house is great. Feels like walking into Grandma's house. Very warm and comfortable. Lavonne is the nicest person very polite and friendly. I hope to stay here again next year. Thank you.

Place was great. No one bothered us, quiet and peaceful, loved the baby doe out in the pasture. We would sit and watch it in the mornings. Nice clean quiet place. Would definitely book again.

We absolutely loved this place -- as did our dogs! Ainsley was a great host and communicated extremely well. We definitely will be booking again for another getaway!

Such a beautiful location with plenty of room for a large family! Bonus getting to see all the beautiful horses and the sweet dog, Petunia. The home is well stocked with everything you need for cooking and all kinds of amenities. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing place that is away from the city, but still within a 20 minute drive to restaurants, shopping etc.

The house was bright and clean. Excellent instructions. It was just as described in the listing. If I come back to Franklinton I'll definitely stay there again.

Beautiful location right on the river. House has everything you need. I also loved the deep clawfoot bathtub. Kat was very responsive to emails and seemed to genuinely care that we were happy and comfortable. I highly recommend this spot.
