I'll start with the host because people are the most important. Jose is amazing. Very nice and kind. Very helpful. Always at your disposal. At check-in, he greeted us in person and showed us the apartment. During our stay, he asked if we were missing anything. If we had any questions, we could always contact him and get help. We are delighted and wish all hosts were like that. The stay and check-out also went smoothly. Jose personally said goodbye to us. A wonderful man! When it comes to the apartment: it's not too big but it has everything you need and the location is simply the best in the world.😍😍😍 Right on the beach. The view from the window is stunning. The sunrises and sunsets are wonderful. The apartment looked exactly like the photos. The air conditioning is new! It cooled like a 🤩 refrigerator. There were three of us. And for us, this apartment was perfect. from the apartment, communication is very good with both Alicante and Benidorm or Calp - just a tram whose stop is close.

Carlos was a great host, he welcomed us on time and was attentive to anything we needed during the days we stayed at his place. We'll be back for sure!

Incredible stay! Easy check in, great location and they have everything you could need. Beach umbrella, beach towels, the front terrace is great and the pool is peaceful. Lots of yummy restaurants close by and the beach is just a few minute walk away. Eva and Ruben were great hosts!

We stayed at Elizabeth's place for 3 weeks and had a very pleasant stay there. The reception at check-in was very warm and everything was shown and explained to us in a friendly and patient manner. During our stay, Elizabeth was very attentive and helpful. The apartment is in a very good location with many restaurants and supermarkets, all of which are within walking distance, as is the beach. In addition, it is very cozy and very cleanly furnished and looks exactly like the pictures. We highly recommend the apartment and thank you for the wonderful time and the respectful atmosphere.
