The apartment has a nice view when it's high up. Location away from the hustle and bustle and if not good feet you will need a car. The location was good for us. Clean in the apartment. A little bit of updating is needed and the smell is sensitive, don't bother.

This apartment was very nice and really comfortable. I stayed for a month and had nothing but a great experience there. It was just a couple of blocks from the beach. It is really close to public transportation, and it is located in one of the best areas of Alicante. A short walk away we had a grocery store, good restaurants, bars and other stores. This apartment was a great choice for us. The only issue is that it is on a fourth floor without an elevator. Nevertheless, climbing the steps is not as bad as it sounds. We are in our sixties and never had a problem going up and down. Alice, the hostess was really friendly and responsive. If we had the opportunity to go back, we would really love to stay here again.

Central location, excellent price, very helpful host. There is really not much more you could ask for. Not to mention the apartment is quite large, so you have plenty of free space. Kitchen well equipped, balcony is nice to sit and there is all other things you need for a long or short stay (e.g. freezer, washing machine).
