Vacation rentals with a home theater in Francavilla al Mare

We've had a lovely little weekend in Pescara, staying at Daniela's place. We found the description and picture to match the reality, really clean, right in the center, close to the beach and great restaurants with yummy local food. We were able to have a smooth check in and check out and Daniela has been an amazing host, very prompt and answering all our questions graciously and friendly, very prompt. It was a bit colder than we expected but that was just related to the weather and the period we visited. We were able to turn on the heat and make it comfortable for our stay which was great. Loved it and I definitely recommend you to stay there, you'll feel right at home !

Manuel was a great host. Very responsive, great recommendations for the area and hospitable. The location is perfect, great links to public transport that takes you all over Napoli be it train, bus, funicular, metro. Nice little apartment tucked away in a very quiet area but turn the corner and you’re on a busy street with lots going on. Great place to stay too accentuate your time in Napoli

Aleksandar was a terrific host, and the place was better than the pictures posted. He was always responsive, helpful, offering personalised service like picking us up some groceries, because we arrived while it was raining. He was ALWAYS reacheable during our stay. The area is residential with a spectacular view of the coast, and it takes only about 7-10 minutes to the Old City in a cab. Everything in the apartment is very well-designed, clean, with well-appointed spaces that are tastefully decorated, ample storage space and a complete kitchen. I am told this was supposed to be his place, and never meant to be rented out, which is reflected in the high quality of finishes! We were so lucky to find this wonderful place, and would recommend this spacious, comfortable place to everyone staying outside the Old City.

super apartment in great location. we were easily able to take a bus or taxi into the old town or take a stroll along the marina towards la pad and beaches. would definitely recommend. nice conveniance store, bakery, cheese store, plus breakfast and dinner options nearby

Alessandra è stata disponibile, gentile e una host fantastica. La casa è molto accogliente, pulita, arredata con ottimo gusto. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Ci si sente a casa. In salone un grandissimo divano ti permette un piacevole riposo guardando la grandissima tv. L'host si è dimostrata subito gentile e alla mano, consigliandoci luoghi da visitare per rendere più piacevole il nostro soggiorno in un quartiere, Chiaia, che ti permette di raggiungere facilmente tutti gli angoli più belli e caratteristici di Napoli. Assolutamente consigliato!

L'appartement est très bien placé à proximité de l'aéroport, très propre et spacieux. Floriana nous a bien indiqué la marche à suivre pour notre arrivée tardive le soir, ce qui a facilité notre entrée dans les lieux (nous n'avions jamais fait une arrivée autonome auparavant).

Alloggio pulitissimo, ampio e accogliente, situato a pochissimi minuti dal casello autostradale. Daniele è stato molto disponibile ed estremamente reattivo. Sicuramente ci torneremo alla prossima occasione.

L'appartamento di Stani è stato assolutamente perfetto per le nostre esigenze (due persone), ma potrebbe tranquillamente alloggiare quattro persone, non solo per le grandi camere da letto, ma anche per gli spazi comuni, cucina e soggiorno, comodissimi anche per più persone. L'alloggio è tenuto perfettamente pulito ed in ottimo stato. È dotato di tutte le dotazioni necessarie, sia in cucina, sia negli altri servizi della casa. Tutte le attrezzature di servizio (piano cottura, frigorifero, doccia, sanitari etc.) hanno funzionato perfettamente. Stani è molto gentile ed amichevole. Ci ha accolto personalmente malgrado il nostro arrivo sia stato in un giorno festivo, ed è stato con noi tutto il tempo necessario a illustrarci l'abitazione e a darci altre informazioni su Forio ed Ischia. L'alloggio è centralissimo, la spiaggia e il centro si raggiungono in pochissimi minuti a piedi. Il collegamento con i mezzi pubblici per il Porto di Ischia è rapido e frequente. We had a great stay! The Airbnb was spacious, modern, beautifully renovated, and spotless. We really appreciated how easy it was to access the apartment. Alessandro was extremely responsive and always attentive to our needs. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. Parking was easy to access and free, which was a big plus. The bed — and really everything — was super comfortable. The city itself felt a bit quiet in April, but the square had a nice vibe and the people were absolutely lovely. Definitely recommend!

Great place, easy communication with the owner. Love the area very safe, it's right in the heart of Chiaia district. Great places to eat.

Mireia è stata disponibile al dialogo sin da subito e si è mostrata attenta alle eventuali esigenze anche se non presente fisicamente. Nulla da poter recriminare e la casetta, seppur disposta su tre piani, è accogliente e regala una sensazione familiare. Immersa nel verde gode di tanta tanta tranquillità.

Amelia e Kevin sono stati molto discreti, ma erano comunque sempre nel loro alloggio se ne avessimo avuto bisogno. La casa è meravigliosa, molto curata, pulita. C'è di tutto, la cucina è super attrezzata, pentole di altissima qualità, robot da cucina, bicchieri e calici di ogni genere. Ci hanno lasciato il pane appena fatto, del latte e altre cose. Inoltre viste le temperature avevo chiesto dell' acqua fresca al nostro arrivo e siamo stati soddisfatti. Le camere sono tutte bellissime, letti molto comodi. Il salotto con l'home teather è un valore aggiunto. La piscina a sfioro bellissima, luci che creano atmosfera. Insomma le foto rispecchiano la realtà, anzi poi trovarsi lì è anche meglio. Se avete bisogno di staccare dal caos questo posto fa per voi...la notte non si sente un solo rumore. Grazie ad Amalia e Kevin sempre sorridenti e gentili. Spero di tornare!

Antonella and Stefano's place has the classic antique spirit of Italy, but we also liked it a lot because of its functionality. It was comfortable for us (family of 3), had absolutely everything we needed and was absolutely clean. It has been recently renovated. We were greeted by Stefano and he was an extremely nice and kind intelligent man who spoke excellent English. The place is wonderfully located near the old part of the city, but at the same time offers privacy and tranquility. We would love to come back!

Nice place to stay. Main room and kitchen in the middle, on both sides a double bedroom with private bathroom+toilet. There's not a lot of daylight in the main room, but with open doors light from the bedrooms reaches the main room as well. The place is well furnitured and cosy to be in. Some restaurants and two small supermarkets are nearby. Lots more restaurants and other shops are in the centre of Scafati. The traffic is as busy and chaotic as it is everywhere in the area surrounding Naples and Mount Vesuvius. We enjoyed our stay.

I stayed at Mr Pasquale’s place with my parents and he provided all the amenities that we needed. Spacious and clean apartment. Antonio is a lovely host. He made our stay special by picking us up on arrival and also dropping us off. The services he provided is like a Superhost would do. I would highly recommend his place for short and long stays. Truly a Green Oasis. Stayed here with my family of 5, generous space with 2 bathrooms which was a HUGE advantage. Very walkable area.

Un piccolo paradiso in centro a Cava dei tirreni, l’appartamento è curato ed arredato nei minimi dettagli nulla è lasciato al caso è veramente una chicca e Pio è un host fantastico consiglio a chi come me ha una piccola famiglia di provare questo posto. Rimarrete a bocca aperta e finemente arredato con tutti comfort e la domotica rende il tutto molto funzionale.

Appartement très propre, localisé en plein centre du quartier historique de Naples. Tout est accessible à pied. la communication avec Rosario a été bonne, sa famille loge à côté, c'est pratique. Arrangeant et sympathique ! Quartier très bruyant malgré le double vitrage. 70 marches à monter pour accéder à l'appartement, éviter les valises lourdes.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, located in a quiet area just a 10-minute walk from the beach and the marina port. It’s on the ground floor, which made access super convenient. The host was responsive throughout our stay — she made check-in a breeze and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and tours to the Amalfi Coast. We truly appreciated her hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything Elena!

Sono stata lì un weekend, eravamo in 5 persone e 4 cani, non tutti sono disposti ad accettarli tutti insieme, ma Sebastiano è stato da subito disponibile e gentile. Molto attento che avessimo tutto il necessario. Assolutamente da consigliare! La casa inoltre ha una posizione perfetta al centro tra serapo e Gaeta medievale. Tutto stupendo grazie mille ♥️
