Condo vacation rentals in Francavilla al Mare

Obwohl wir spät angekommen sind war der Check In völlig problemlos - ebenso wie der Check out. Giovanni war immer erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet und immer eine gute Lösung gefunden, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche und eine riesige Terrasse mit Meerblick auf der wir unser Frühstück genießen konnten. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer war tadellos, sodass wir gut schlafen konnten. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig in einer Seitenstraße- man ist zu Fuß schnell in der Stadt und am Meer. Giovanni und seine Frau Francesca sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen

I stayed here with my partner and two children (9 and 13). Bianca and Alfonso were brilliant - always happy to help. The apartment was very comfortable, we had everything we needed, I particularly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with my morning coffee (a real bonus as it was April). As mentioned there is a walk up the hill into town. From the apartment door to the station this took 15-20 mins, we had to walk up the road though as the path behind the apartment was temporarily closed - that would have been quicker. It is such a beautiful location though, with stunning views over to Vesuvius all the way, that we never minded the walk. This was a great base for visiting Pompeii, Naples, Herculaneum and Vesuvius. The local train does get busy but is easy enough to use otherwise. We were glad we booked the airport bus to and from the airport with our luggage! There are plenty of shops and restaurants in town - Alfonso gave us some recommendations which I appreciated. I would recommend.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille. La communication avec notre hote a toujours été bonne, cordiale et très réactive en cas de problème ou question. L'appartement est bien situé en bord du littoral avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la baie de Naples (du coté balcon et chambre des enfants) et sur le Vésuve (du coté salle à vivre). L'appartement est grand, lumineux, bien entretenu et assez bien équipé. La plage à proximité est agréable. Il y a des commerces à proximité. Le seul point génant a été la difficulté à trouver un stationnement pour notre notre voiture les soirs de fin de semaine (vendredi au dimanche). Si vous venez en voiture, il est surement judicieux d'utiliser le stationnement proposé par l'hote.

Daniela met us at the Piazza and walked us to the AirBnb while showing us around the area. She recommended some amazing restaurants and bakeries and suggestions on using public transport. She was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was at the perfect location close to the Piazza with not too many steps . Even though the streets are busy, you don't hear the noise inside.

What a perfect apartment for our week in Dubrovnik! Ivana is a lovely and helpful host, the apartment is spotless and well-equipped and the location is very convenient with a terrific view! Do not hesitate to book this - you'll love it, too. Maro arranged excellent day trips for us (he's a great help!) and Ivana even helped us with re-booking flights home. They are easy to communicate with and always reply promptly. We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough - 10 stars, if we could!

Maria Rita cortese e disponibile. La casa nuovissima, impeccabile nella pulizia, ha tutto ciò che serve; lenzuola e asciugamani profumatissimi. Vicinissima al mare, a pizzerie, bar pasticceria, pasta all'uovo ed altro. Comoda la posizione ed in un posto tranquillo e silenzioso di notte. TOP

The breathtaking view is worth every penny and Ciompi is fantastic host, although easy to find on the map I would strongly recommend using the metro unless an experienced homer, as Google maps loves taking you up the stairs! Great pizza place just the local shops and a short walk from buses and metro, the walk to the central city is nice going downstairs too. 11/10 recommendation!

Giorgio est un hôte très sympathique et réactifs. L’appartement est propre et bien rangé et dispose d’une climatisation. La plage et le centre ville sont accessibles à pied et il y a un parking gratuit à 15 minutes de l’appartement. L’endroit est calme et près de la côte. Giorgio était toujours disponible en cas de besoin et habite juste dans l’appartement d’à côté. Nous recommandons ce airbnb!

L'alloggio ha corrisposto alle nostre aspettative, è fedele alla descrizione, curato nei suoi particolari e Patrizia è davvero molto attenta, disponibile e presente per venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti e risolvere piccoli problemi che possono verificarsi (come una ruota forata). L'appartamento è bene equipaggiato e quindi già perfetto, anche per il soggiorno estivo. Inoltre ci sono a disposizione le biciclette, utilissime, in una settimana non abbiamo mai spostato l'auto: il centro di sbt e il lungomare si raggiungono in pochi minuti con le bici. Ci è piaciuto davvero tutto, il suprlus lo fa poi sicuramente Patrizia, presente, gentile ma non invadente. Davvero tanti tanti tantissimi complimenti! E' raro trovare una host così attenta e un appartamento così ben tenuto ed equipaggiato! Se ne avremo la possibilità torneremo senz'altro! grazie

Sabrina’s place was what we needed - a secure place to unwind and clean up after each day spent on our feet. We found a different good pizza restaurant nearby each night. And Sabrina left us some juices and yogurts to tide us over until we visited the grocery. Sabrina is an excellent host.

Appartamento come da descrizione, molto comodo e in una posizione perfetta, a due passi dalla spiaggia e dalle aree di principale interesse. Marco si è dimostrato collaborativo dal primo momento e ci ha messo completamente a nostro agio

Cannot fault Antonio’s apartment as a first time visitor to Naples. He charmingly greeted us on arrival & acquainted us with the apartment, neighbourhood & the further Napoli attractions/recommendations he has compiled for his guests. The apartment is spacious & lacks for nothing ensuring a trouble free stay. Turning right at the corner of the Plaza is a Tramvia bus stop so convenient for accessing Pompei, Herculaneum, the Amalfi coast; & from that same stop the local 204 bus runs to the must visit National Museum & onto the Capodimonte Museum & beyond & loops back to the start providing a great perspective of the vertiginous apartment growth up the steep slopes of Naples. Further on from the bus stop is a supermarket with great variety to set you up with provisions for the stay. Then you are set to plunge into the old section of the city; the Spanish Quarter and beyond! My daughter and I spent a wonderful week in Naples at Casa Patrizia. This spacious well appointed apartment is in a darling village, so close to the beach with a sea view (and without steep stairs like so much of Amalfi Coast!). Maurizio is a wonderful host—kind and helpful and responsive. Multiple great restaurants are close by. There is a large patio with chairs which is delightful. Pictures of inside do not do it justice! The trade off for a very convenient location is the street noise in the mornings but earplugs are a simple fix.

L'appartamento di Sara è stato ben oltre le aspettative! Tutto perfettamente in ordine e pulito; le differenze si possono apprezzare anche nei minimi dettagli come le forniture nel bagno e cucina di prodotti non da discount ma bensì di ottima qualità, kit di primo soccorso, olii essenziali e diffusore annesso, wifi. L'appartamento multo luminoso è situato in zona tranquilla, servito da un ottimo box e un ampio parcheggio gratuito di fronte al complesso. Cucina attrezzatissima, balconcino che offre la possibilità di poter cenare all'aperto o semplicemente godersi un po' di relax. Sara è sicuramente un host molto attenta ai dettagli e sempre disponibile. La terrò sicuramente in considerazione per viaggi futuri a Chieti.

Appartamento dalla posizione strategica perfetto per una vacanza rilassante! La vista mare dal balcone è davvero spettacolare – ottimo per colazione pranzi e cene in completa privacy, visto che non ci sono edifici frontali. La camera matrimoniale è spaziosa e silenziosa, mentre la cameretta singola e ideale per i bambini. Il salone è grande e luminoso. A 1 km dal centro e vicino a tutto: spiaggia, negozietti e ristoranti. lo consiglio vivamente!

Ornella was very communicative and gave us great recommendations for the area. Train travel is very easy to the major cities and sights in the area.

The best airbnb host ever. She went above and beyond, from greeting us upon arrival, giving local recommendations, and even bringing us pastries on the day of our departure- she was just lovely and helpful the entire stay. The apartment was spotless and well stocked. The balcony was absolutely beautiful. It was an easy walk to the main streets of Sorrento. But again, Maria is what really made the stay special. I’d 100 percent stay here again.

We had a great time here, the apt was very clean and had great views of the trees. The area is very walkable and close to the tourist shopping area, felt very safe. The apt seems like there are locals that live there so it’s more of a real experience rather than touristy which we liked. Graziano was very nice and helpful.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. L'endroit était très propre, tout est neuf, la piscine parfaite. Même si les propriétaires habitent au dessus, le logement reste vraiment individuel et Regina et son mari sont très discrets. Ils nous ont donné toutes les instructions nécessaires pour que notre séjour se passe à merveille. Encore merci !

Can’t fault the apartment, location or hosts. Could have happily stayed longer. Loved it.

Wonderful place for a family. close to all the attractions. Safe and quiet. we loved the view of the ocean from the balcony. Great cheap pizza across the street. Our teenage boys went and got one every night when we got home.

We loved our stay! There was an outdoor spiral staircase to get to the unit, and on top was an amazing sitting area. We were able to dry our clothes up there. The pool was an amazing touch. There were so many lemons and oranges for us too! Our hosts booked us a trip to Capri, and did our laundry! They also offered other services, but we did not need them. They were wonderful host! Thank you!

Antonio’s father met us and briefed us on the accommodation and his mom had made us lemonade and cake, wonderful to have after our journey. The apartment was clean, cool and private. Everything we needed was provided and was wonderful. Having access to the swimming pool was much loved by the youngsters and sitting in the shade under the lemon trees was enjoyed by the elders! There are both places to eat and shop within walking distance. Giuseppe and Palma were very helpful without being intrusive and Antonio always responded promptly to our messages. We would not hesitate to return if we are near Naples in the future.

Ivana was great, warm host. Apartment was best ever seen. Good location, easy to walk or drive anywhere.
