Mrs. Enedina and her family are very friendly, helpful and discreet. Juan was very helpful at all times and his directions are very precise. Pleasant, clean and comfortable spaces for relaxing. The layout of the house allows you to move from one room to another, kitchen and living room in an instant; all exits open onto the patio and pool.

The house is very nice, just like the photos, everything is very clean. It has all the cookware. You sleep very comfortably, you don't hear any noise despite being on a small avenue. The pool is a good size for the house and very nice. Mr. Felipe is very formal. The taxi had a hard time finding the address, the street where it is located is narrow but it is in downtown Cuernavaca. Thanks to Mrs. Marcela for her excellent attention and always attentive to everything, thank you very much. We plan to return.

I took my pets and I liked that there are several bars preventing free passage if required, such as to the pool area, when we were not using it, I felt calm that my dogs would not have an accident in that area. Lu's attention and communication is impeccable, always attentive, she provided us with local information, and she also helped us to have a person for cleaning and cooking during our stay. i would certainly come back 😉

Very nice apartment and the subdivision too, the pool water was warm, the paddle tennis and tennis courts are very close, you can see them from the apartment so you can see your children. Everything was great, I would definitely choose it again.

Adriana’s place was so nice. One of our main concerns was having a place with AC. We had a hard time turning on one of the AC units but Adriana replied within 5 min and had the AC running perfectly. We loved how responsive and understanding Adriana was. We would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a cool clean place to stay during the summer.

The apartment was perfect for our long stay in Cuernavaca. The place is beautiful and comfortable. Showers had hot water throughout and great water pressure. Building staff were friendly and professional. Michele was super communicative during our stay. We would definitely stay again.
